Her name is Lindsey and if you ever want a little flair and a little bling-bling then she's the one that you need to see. The salon itself is newly renovated and very elegant. So if you find yourself in need of a new set of nails, a manicure or a pedicure then you need to stop in and see Lindsey, Peter, or the rest of the friendly staff at Lily Spa on Legion Rd.

They took great care of me. The room was quiet. Everything was clean. The towels were nice and warm. The massage was first rate. I melted into the table. I will definately be back when I am in that area.

A bit more front desk customer service training would be useful. There seems to be a high turn-over of front desk clerks so I'm sure it's a challenge. Prices are fair and as long as you listen and read about the membership program, length of massages, etc., you should have no issues. All of the details are clearly available. Anyway, my 5 stars have nothing to do with the front desk and very little to do with the membership program. They are primarily for my regular massage therapist, Jan. I hate to sing her praises too much because she is always booked up and it's already hard to get an appointment with her but she deserves all praise and recognition. She is simply the best thing this ME location has going for it. She is friendly, personable and completely in tune with her clients. Her massages are phenomenal and the fact that she stays booked up all of the time speaks for itself.
