HORRIBLE! I have always been a big tipper and all these people do is rip people off. I got a whole set 2 weeks ago paid $65 went back for a fill-in and they charged me $65. That doesn't make sense. How can a simple fill-in cost the same as a full set?! never going back here again! My nails sucked and they left white paint all over my fingers and the tips of nails were rough and unfiled for $65 bucks that's sickening! Do not waste your money on these fools! They do not care about doing a decent job especially for the money they are making off of us. Worst nail experience of my life. All the nails are different sizes and look like crap. read more

i went and got a full set last thursday (3/19) it was not busy at all and the guy who did my nails half assed them and didn't even prep my nails. today is friday (3/27) of the following week and all of my nails have popped off due to the lack of preparation and rushing for no reason and i'm very upset i wasted 60 dollars on a set that lasted a literal week when they're supposed to last 2-4 weeks. never going here again read more

I will not return! I felt extremely rushed through the whole thing even picking my color. The young guy doing my nails continued to jerk my arm towards him. He even cut my cuticle on the same nail twice and then said you move your arm. I have never had such a bad experience somewhere. My nails have bubbles in it as well. I went in at 1:40 I was out my 2:05. Very rushed, very rude and extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your money or time here! read more

Although the nail tech was nice he moved way too fast which is always concerning to me. Not that I want to spend all day in a nail salon, I do appreciate nail techs that prefer quality over quantity. I've gotten my nails done for years so I trust my judgment with knowing who these nail techs are and he did not appear to be one of them. The other workers were constantly on their phones. He did not do a bad job but I would explore another shop next time. A full set and gel polish was $35. This price is a bit high in my opinion. $30 seems to be the going cost for other salons I have went to. He did a great job polishing my nails though. read more

I asked for full set and gel manicure and polish change on my toes. The guy that started off didn't know how to apply a full set and went way overboard with the acrylic and it stuck to my skin. Another guy stepped in and had to take off all of it causing my nails to be ruined and bleed. He started over and couldn't do gel now and had to dip powder. Still not happy with the end product as it looks uneven and not anything like the picture. Still charged me $70 after causing me to bleed and having me leave with glue all over my hands. Will not go back and having to go to another salon to get it all fixed. My fingers hurt so badly from where the first set was taken off. Will NEVER EVER return here again!! Was just here as the ONLY minority; surprisingly 2 Caucasians were taken prior to me,!! Although I was there FIRST!! None of us had appointments...since I was there FIRST I heard them ask! There are new people here so suffice it to say..MINORITIES AREN'T in the new management's business plan; THEREFORE my MONEY ISN'T/WASN'T welcomed here. Not sure IF they looked in the mirror but they are minorities probably utilizing minority grants?!? If you're Black, DO NOT go to this shop!!! I came in before a white lady Sunday, 15 May 22, like by 25 minutes. I told the little Asian manager that I wanted a gel set and a paint on my toes. She said there was a 40 minute wait. I said okay. Once I saw the white lady come in 25 minutes later, she needed gel on her hands. I already knew this Asian wanted to take the white lady 1st, so she did just that. She had them place me in the last pedicure seat, had started the water and they thought I wanted a pedicure. I could hear the Asian lady and could tell the plan was to place me in the pedicure section. She then took the white lady and started working with her. I asked for a towel. I told them why, while everyone was staring at me. I dried off my feet, went up to the Asian lady manager and told her she took the lady before me. The white lady apologized. I told her it was not her fault. The Asian lady couldn't say a word that meant anything. I got in my car, then called this shop and told her I knew what she did and she said oh, she had an appt. I told her that was a lie. I am sick and tired of the Asian nail shops that are doing this to Black women. I will follow up with the BBB. It is ridiculous, they want to fall to their feet and praise the white woman, but the black woman, they look to figure out how they can put them last to serve. Why NOT just put a sign out that says we are VERY PREJUDICE and we serve WHITES 1st, EVEN if Blacks arrive 1st. WE ALSO LIE TO SAY THEY HAD AN APPT. Queen nails in Sanford is a no go for me every time I go in there they say they are go busy and no one is on there mind you tell me to come back at 5;15 and tell me they are now closing. I will never be coming back to this salon ever. When I get my nails done and feet done at the same time and my nails are pretty pricy so they just lost a great customer. I give them 0 stars. This salon could use some spring cleaning and dredging up. The male technician did my manicure was nice and cleaned up my cuticles very good. Unfortunately his gel application could use some work. I had my manicure Friday and on Sunday my accent nail began to peel off and by Monday the tips of my nails started to chip. Gel is supposed to last, I can see which nails he did not "cap off" thus the chipping I'm experiencing. For $35 I was hoping for more. read more
