I go here about every 6-8 weeks for a pedicure. This place is either a hit or miss. It all depends on who you get. Some of them would rather spend time on their phone instead of paying attention to you or rushing to finish you so they can get on their phone while others tend to give you the more quality attention. I find that most of the time it is the males who dont give you the quality although I have had a couple of the females do the same. It depends on who you get. If you find a good tech, remember them for the next time. They dont have name tags and sometimes its hard to even understand them when you ask for names. Today the male tech gave me a deluxe pedi by piling on scrub, lotion on top and short quick massage. Wiped that off and then put mint gel on my legs and left it on then painted my nails(not very well). Then after painting he then wiped my legs(not thoroughly because they still felt sticky afterwards). I have had many Pedi's here and this is the first time I've had it done this way. I had a 2:00 appointment today for three pedicures. We arrived before 2:00, and waited and waited (yes, they were busy, but that is the reason for making appointments) About 2:15 or so, a tech came over and took one member of our group. About 2:40, our friend is done, and we are still waiting. We told them to forget it. In the meantime, they still took some walk-ins who had been waiting. The women techs seemed very concerned and didn't care. A male tech sort of apologized and basically claimed his female techs didn't know how to check an appointment book. The techs barely speak English and border on downright rude. Will not be going back! read more

I experienced a very bad day at this nail salon. I decided to use my gift certificate that my lovely daughter and grandchildren gave me as a just because gift and picked this certain day to do it because I had a stressful day at work. Arrived and they weren't busy. I decided to do Gel nails. Note that this was my second time doing this for myself and trusted that they were going to do service the proper way. Well she did not push back nor cut my cuticles before applying the Gel because after the fifth day my cuticles and my skin on the side of my nails started to get very dry, so the next day I decided to take them off because it looked horrible. I was serviced by a lady that looked like she was having a bad day and sure enough she took all her frustrations out on me. First she took off the nail color by shaving it off, did the basic cutting of the nails down. Now this is where it goes awfully bad. She had me put both hands in a bowl of piping hot water then when it was time to remove the gel nails she kept pressing down on the skin on the side of my nail for each finger in order to slip a acrylic under to remove the gel nail. This process was very painful and I couldn't help but to express the pain that I was enduring discreetly. There was a time when she she flew my left hand away from my right hand in order to continue the manicure. She cut a cuticle too!. I felt so violated and very hurt to be treated like this. I am one not to complain but no one should be treated this way. I was traumatized the entire week by this horrific experience at this Nail Salon and will never go back to a place that shows no hospitality and professionalism. read more

I got a pedicure on an early Saturday morning with no wait. I felt the nail technician took her time and did a nice job. The tools were clean and I saw her unwrap a brand new razor. They have a very decent selection of polishes to choose from as well. My total was $29 not including a tip. I will be returning here in the future. read more

I went on a Tuesday at about 1:30pm. There was only one other customer at the time. When I left a little after 2:00 pm there were only 2 customers. I read other Yelp reviews about this place and it didn't sound good. My experience was ok. Lily did my nails and she was nice. Okay so I went to this salon for the first time. The good thing was there was no wait the many downfalls to this place were, 1. I must not have gotten someone that really didn't enjoy their job 2. my cuticles were not cut very well 3. my pedicure wasn't very good and 4. they don't have dryers to dry your nails and toes when you're done. If this place had cheaper prices it would be okay but their prices are way to high for the low quality service they offer. On the bright side I had a cute flower painted on my nails :). I didn't really come in with high expectations past getting a good gel mani. This place didn't even come close. The light that they dry the gel under was DISGUSTING and I barely wanted to touch it. Then, the gel wasn't all the way back to my skin so it looked almost grown-out upon leaving! Finally, the very next day one of my "lasts two weeks!" nails CHIPPED! I wasn't about to waste more time on my vacation back in this place otherwise I would have gone back and made them fix it but I wanted to save anyone else the headache! read more

Been there twice with my 5 y/o daughter. We both had mani/pedis and the service was great and staff very friendly.

Today was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back! I got a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. The lady who worked on me did a great job on all three! It was very friendly, and I didn't feel like they were talking about me, like some nail salons. I felt very comfortable. The only downside was the massage chairs. They were lacking, I barely felt anything, so that's why it's -1 star. read more

I have never posted a review in my life. So I just Wana make this quick and clear. I came here on a Sunday afternoon around 6:15. I immediately was greeted as I walked into the door and that's about the only good thing here. Other then that the lady who did my nails was very rude and mean. She rushed as she was clipping my nails and buffing it out. my skin around my finger nails were tearing and bleeding. It's just that the whole time it felt like my fingers were being stabbed. She also rushed me into picking out a color she actually told me to "hurry up, hurry up! Pick your color! Which one you want (picking up different color nail polish and showing me) this one, this one, or this one." I finally picked a color and she painted it. After she painted my nails she told me "Okay hurry up, you go sit outside and dry your nails. Go!" She even called my friend who was standing outside to come in and grab my things so I could sit outside and dry my nails. How rude! By the time she was done it was 7 o'clock and the doors were closed. Idgaf what time it was. I'm paying for this. She couldn't even take and extra 10 minutes to let me even dry my nails even after I tipped the bitch. She rushed me out. I just don't get it. I work in a restaurant and when we're closing we don't dare to kick our paying customers out and tell them to go eat outside if they still hace food on their plate. It only takes one person to ruin it. And for that I am never going to return here. read more

I have never ever written a review before but after my experience here I had to write a review. this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. the customer service was horrible. I have never in over 10 years of getting my nails done all over the country had somebody start doing my nails and Then tell me they cannot finish. I simply suggested a way for her to take off my jewels from my previous full set and she said no. Then said she wasn't going to finish. Then she proceeded to tell me that nobody else in the salon can do it either. But she had already taken off my nail polish so she finally found one boy that would do it and by then I said never mind, repaint my nails and I left. Also I am used to them speaking their language in nail salons but here they were being so rude and so obvious that they were talking about me and laughing at that. Smh. DON'T GO HERE!! read more

I called in the morning asking to speak to the manager/owner. I explained what was wrong. Tiffany (manager) asked to send pictures so I did. I also said I'd come in to show her. I told her I wanted a full refund & to have them removed b/c they were the worst nails I've ever had. She said I can come in & she'll take a look. When I got there she was busy so she had the owner (guy) not sure what his name is take care of me but didn't bother to take a look at my nails. I told him look at my nails they're all uneven putting them next to e/o. He kept saying he can fix them but I didn't want anyone there touching my nails after what happened. I told him I spoke with Tiffany telling her I wanted a full refund & have them removed he then twisted my words saying I told him Tiffany said she'd give me a refund. He was very rude even the nail tech who messed up my nails gave me attitude AGAIN. My nails were removed & I got a refund. After I left the store Tiffany texted me saying "Hi Marissa as you can see that we solved the problem. To be fair please take off whatever you wrote on the Yelp. Thanks." I'm not taking this down b/c I want people to know my experience so it doesn't happen to them. read more

I've been to this salon several times. The first two times I received mediocre nails, but for the price it wasn't enough to complain. On my third visit the nail technician used the dremel tool to remove my polish, this caused my nail to get cut open in the bed of the nail. That hurt like crazy, especially when she applied the nail coating prior to the acrylic. When she finally went to charge me she tried to charge $21.95 for removing gel polish, I in fact had regular polish and was supposed to be charged $15.75. I had to argue with her over the price difference, in which she told me that she KNEW my previous polish was gel. I even offered to go retrieve my previous polish from the minimal polish selection they have to prove it was not a gel polish. When I left the salon and was in sunlight I noticed the horrible job she did on buffing the nails and smoothing them after the acrylic application. My nails look as though someone chiseled into them. They are bumping, and appear as though I did them myself at home! I will not be returning to this salon, and will refer my friends elsewhere. read more

Had a 25 minute pedicure and french manicure. Was done in 45 minutes and $65 poorer. Can't say it was worth it. I've had better.

Rude, cut my skin more than once & didnt even say sorry, quoted me one price then charged another when it came time to pay, I asked for one color & she did somthing totally different, the lady that did my nails didnt even understand english & I sure the hell coukldnt understand her! I had been going here for over 2 years, when today my daughter and I were treated like absolute idiots. My daughter had tips put on about a month ago, and we had them filled about 2 weeks ago. She decided to do Gelish instead, and the the two ladies I usually see were speaking to each other, in another language, all while I know for a fact that they both speak English quite well, I find this to be very rude! They told me that they can't take the tips off, someone else would have to do it, one of the guys who works there, ( who I won't go to because they are too rough on our hands and feet). I find this to be a crock, I have been getting my nails done for the past 20 years and know that there is nothing difficult about soaking her hands in acetone to remove the tips. They just lost 4 good tipping clients, as a few of my friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere. I had been warned by a few friends not to go there because of their customer service, and that their massage chairs don't work, but I gave it a chance because they are close to my house, well LESSON LEARNED!! read more

Went here for the first time this weekend and was not impressed. I was ignored when I walked in but didn't have to wait that long before my name was called. The Man that did my pedi was really nice but didn't do a very good job. My feet still feel rough and look like I haven't had my feet done in months. And that was with the delux. The paint job was good however. Also there was a lady that came in with her young daughter and while they were getting their pedis the little girl started to cry a little because she thought that it was going to hurt. The lady that was doing her nails snapped at her and said " if you keep moving, it's going to hurt!". I understand how that can be true but the girl couldn't have been more than 4. I also got my eyebrows waxed as well and was taken into the back for privacy which was nice but then had to lay on a bed with a sheet and towel that was really stained and old looking. I paid $55 and really have nothing great to show. Hoping I have better luck elsewhere. read more
