He's very sweet and has an awesome personality! He took lots of care to make sure my nails were perfect from the shape to the color. I wish I got a photo of my previous set - LIZ did my nails and sis popped off she gave me a gorgeous pink with pink French tip and chrome they were stunning I got many compliments !! Prices are reasonable as well and it's nice and cozy inside. Just keep in mind you have to schedule an appointment, they do not take walk ins. The pedicure began nicely but the person doing it for me had issues with communicating... I asked for a colour and it seemed they were out of it in regular polish. No one explained this to me and instead just replaced it with something else with no notifcation.... I specifically asked before continuing with my manicure if the shop had silver heart gems to achieve a look I showed in a photo. I was given an okay. When it came time I was told no by another person (I believe it was amber who I requested originally in my appt but did not get) and then tried to get me to accept a drawn heart even tho that is not what I wanted... after trying to make me accept painted heart and the woman continually scolded the man who was orignally working on me (clearly someone new? Or inexperienced?) Which made me pretty uncomfortable in its own right... they finally retrieved their various gems and such to show me... I settled because I was at the point i had no choice but to take it or leave with nothing... I dont even feel.happy taking photos of my nails... theyre a mess... paint on my skin... uneven cut... and I was knicked and caused bleeding on 3 different fingers in the process... you can see it on 2 of the 3. Instead of finishing my nails since literally no one was in there but one woman getting waxed, she had someone else paint my nails and toes. She spoke zero english, didnt acknowledge me at all, and her hands were shaking uncontrollably. Talk about expectations vs. reality. I had close to 7 coats of gel polish on my nails. I'm all for training - but when I come in and tell you I have a wedding I'm in the next day, thats not the time to play training. I paid $60 when I would have been better off putting it in the trash. I expressed my disapointment in my nails and was told 'yeah sorry'. Not... I apologize, what can I do to fix them, what would make this better, nothing. It was disgusting to say the least. I literally left one nail place and drove to find another one immediately because it looked as if a 3 year old did my nails. I had clumpy polish on my hands and up my arms. Meanwhile, as my nails are being butchered - two of their 'regulars came in' who got the red carpet treatment. I walked out not having any services done at 5:45, after sitting there with my feet in the water while the staff kept walking past telling me someone would be with me in a minute. When someone did come over. sat down and looked like she was ready to start, she was called over to do someone's nail. The real problem is that people who came in after me, were leaving with big smiles on their faces, happy and content. I will never go back to Nails Care & Spa. It's not worth a 2-hour wait to get your nails done there.

The nail tips aren't measured to each individual nail, just measured on one hand and they think it's supposed to fit the other hand. Then tips are placed on you nail without care or precision. When tips are cut down to your liking they aren't close to being even. My nails on one hand is longer than the other hand. And since the tip weren't fitted properly, my full nail isn't covered with acrylic. Since some are my natural nail is exposed, these acrylic nails will come off easily and won't last. So I basically wasted money for absolutely nothing. DON'T GO HERE! Plus they don't have good customer service skills. It's not a welcoming feeling at any point of being there UPDATE! I tried them one more time just because I needed something quick. Here's pictures of what I received... DO NOT GO HERE! That old lady and man don't know what they are doing! They can't even work the register and add correctly. They always have to call someone else for simple things they should know being that they work there and that person doesn't know anything either.
