I love this place, very affordable and great service. Estela was the best!! very patient and skilled. I will be returning soon

I have been going to this nail shop for some time and as always I get it no one is perfect on what you want but this has gone to far for them to now say that it's my fingers????? What????? My fingers are the issue ????? Here is the picture I showed her what I wanted and this is what I got yet they want to tell me why didn't I tell her.. that's her job not mine but I know I won't go there anymore sad because I liked the owner and her mom but they charge too much for not doing what I asked for... I would spend another dollar here especially them saying I'm the problem when the nail tech (Nancy) was shown the picture of what I wanted length and all and all they keep saying is color... color has nothing to do with it if they can't see the problem then u will be the problem so sad.. plus they need to upgrade the shop so filthy and dusty. Don't waste ur money there

*** UPDATE*** The owner reached out to me and was able to squeeze me in today to get my Mani fixed. Thanks to the lovely nail technician who did a nice job with my french Mani. The rating of 4 is because the owner actually reached out and apologized and offered to fix the Mani and was able to squeeze me in asap. First time coming here and definitely won't be coming back. I came in as a walk in for a Mani/pedi and I was taken right away which was nice. I wanted french pedi and an ombre french Mani. The man that did my Mani/pedi kept to himself and made me bleed from my toe. Then he told me "No" to my ombre french Mani and I asked why he said he didn't know how to do it. I personally think he should have not taken me as a client if he didn't know how to do a french ombre but I felt like he was rushed because more clients were walking in. I noticed that the new polish that was applied bubbled on my nails but was told that was ok for a service I am paying. He didn't try to fix it nor apologized. I did upload pictures of the mani with bubbles polish.

I have been coming here for a couple of months to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and they've been treating my face well! When I stopped biting my nails, I started coming here for no chip manicures as well. They do a great job with both! I'm so happy I found this place so close to home. Will definitely keep coming back! So I'm updating this review. This happened several months ago. I came to get my face waxed, and when they did my chin, she waxed the same big portion twice with the same amount of wax and the same force. It felt weird and waxy afterwards, and then the next two days it started to get splotchy and raw like in the photo. I had to go to a wedding two days later, so I just had to deal with the raw, sensitive, pink skin. I haven't gone back since. While their no chip service was decent, this ruined my experience here. I've been going to Well-Come Spa on Oak Park Ave, and so far so good.

I have ALWAYS recommended this place to others. Especially when Kenny worked here. Never had a complain until today, I am here at 10:22 (been here since 10:05) and it's still not open. Sign says they open at 10, but I've been here on different occasions at 10 and they are never open on time. The actual job they have done when I receive manicures/pedicures is good. I can't complain about that. They have a good color selection & they are clean.

I made an appointment over the phone for a Friday for 1pm. When my friend and I arrived, we told them we had booked an appointment and they told us immediately to pick a color. Didn't look up our information to confirm or anything. Luckily it wasn't crowded and they were able to service us quickly. It's a clean, nicely decorated nail salon. They have two huge TV screens on the opposite sides. The lady who did my Mani/pedi did a pretty good job with massages and painting my nails. The cost of the mani/pedi was $35. When it was time to pay, I showed them the yelp check in deal for $5 off of $35 for ANY service. One other lady rudely said it only applies to no-chip. I showed her what it said on yelp and good thing another lady pitched in and clarified that the deal applied to ANY service. So $30 for Mani/pedi is a good deal, wish that all staff members knew that so it wouldn't have caused that confusion.

Came here for the first time last Sunday to treat myself to a no-chip manicure before starting a new job Monday. I didn't get the gentleman's name, unfortunately, but he said he only works on Sundays. He was very nice and friendly, and my nails looked beautiful! I waited a week to review just to see how the no-chip would really hold up, and they're still looking wonderful, aside from the inevitable new nail growth since my nails grow incredibly fast. I will definitely be making this salon part of my regular routine to treat myself to some pampering. Thank you!

I loveeee this nail shop. After trying all of the nail salons in the area Nail Studios will always be my favorite. Great prices & really good service. The owner is super nice & I have tried every nail tech, my favorite is Nancy. :) They also always have really good movies/ shows playing while your getting your nails done so it makes the time go by faster. Here are a few pictures of my acrylics & dip powder... Im never disappointed when I leave!

April G.

love, Love, LOVE my dipped nails! I've been going here since a couple of years back when my cousin took me here with her when she told me she found a great cute little spot for nails but stopped due to work, I recently started going here again about a year ago and they're still as amazing and polite as always! I go about every 3-5 weeks now (due to pregnancy reasons and so the smell often makes me nauseous) these are 100% my real nails and I'm so excited to go back next week to get my nails done for my baby shower on the 22nd! The owner is great, he's always so helpful and attentive to customer needs!

Michelle C.

Love this nail salon! Very clean studio. The staff is always friendly as they do a really good job.

The environment was very nice! Everyone was very friendly and attentive, the selection of colors for acrylic nails is huge. Nancy did a fantastic job on mine.

I have been coming to this salon for the last couple years. They have amazing customer service. The salon is clean and intimate. I decided to take a group of friends in yesterday. It was a quiet Tuesday morning. They only had a few technicians in but they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that the small wait went by smoothly. I give three stars for Anna because she does an awesome job. Ken (I think that's his name) likes to make smart comments that are condescending and rude. Came in for a mani and pedi, and he commented on how I'm finally taking care of my toes. I usually get my toes done at a much more sanitary place therefore I never do them here, I was just in dire need of a pedi and figured I will do both at this salon. That comment was very rude and uncalled for the way they reuse their foot utensils is very unsanitary and they should never be using the same utensils on the same clients without proper sanitation but they do that. read more

They use disposable tools where possible, and the rest are sanitized. The pedicure tubs don't have jets which I love. They take their time to do your nails properly and to protect the health of your nails. The best thing about this salon is the heel it pedicure. They list it on the website like it's just another service. But this is seriously the best pedicure I have ever had. I have developed mom feet, and my heels are horrible. No matter how many pedicures I get, my feet never actually feel soft anymore. As in, even if I do a chemical foot peel, everything peels except my heel. It's terrible. These women made my feet look and feel almost as good as they did before I developed mom feet. My socks aren't clinging to my heels like Velcro anymore; it's like a miracle. I highly recommend you give it a try.

This place is AWESOME. I highly RECOMMENDED it to everyone who need their hands, feet, and waxing done. The place is super clean and well decorated with exotic bamboo trees. It doesn't smell like chemical either. They are well balanced with their nail technicians. I think they have 3 female and 3 men. Each with their own specialties. However, my favorite is Nancy. She did my manicure, pedicure, no-chip, and as well as waxing. All work done by her are beyond my standard. Especially, the no-chip. It lasted forever. Not like other places that chipped in less than 2 weeks. Thank you Nancy and I will see you again soon. read more

I've been coming here since late summer 2018 and I have never been disappointed! I go in every 2-3 weeks for a pedi and dip powder and I always leave feeling like a million bucks! I have had the pleasure of seeing Sue, Lee and Nancy and they are all FANTASTIC at their art, And the biggest perk is that they always have an amazing show/movie playing going here is always a great time. I've recommended my sister and a couple of our friends and they love it as well! I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time. I LOVE THIS PLACE! read more

The placed seemed very clean, and they got me in right away, which was nice. They had many techs working simultaneously, so I didn't see any customer having to wait very long at all, which is fantastic. My tech was pleasant, and did a fairly good job, but she could have exfoliated my feet a bit more. And after getting home I realized the paint on one of my big toes is a bit gloppy. But I will certainly give them another shot in the future, maybe I'll just pay closer attention while I'm in the chair. Easy parking out front, which is always a plus!

Both my friend and I were able to walk in for immediate pedicures. They had an excellent selection of OPI and Essie colors (and didn't have a problem with my friend bringing her own color). We snuggled into some very deep massage chairs for a relaxing late afternoon treat. The salon was very clean, and had one of those special heat cleaners for the instruments...I've heard enough infection horror stories that I generally don't go to a salon without them! The nail techs were friendly and efficient, and I felt that they did a good job on each of us. $35 for a mani-pedi, a pretty standard deal. however, they DO have a Monday-Tuesday special for $30 for the duo, if you happen to live in the area!
