I called and made an appointment for a pedicure. I arrived and the vibe was t great but I'm like ok. The lady set me up at a station, it was ONLY WATER in the tub, no bath salts or scrub stuff. Odd. Then, I'm like no massage chair action? Ok. She then proceeded to polish the next customers feet while I just sat there. Another employee slid over and started working on my feet. He was kind at least but we should have a transition conversation ma'am, like "hey, he's taking over" but it's cool. Jason I believe was the young man's name. Well he noticed the massage chair wasn't on, he turned it on, thank you Sir. He noticed I was coughing. He grabbed a water for me. He was attentive and I appreciate his gestures. He did a very detailed and meticulous job on my pedicure! I was very satisfied because I've been struggling finding a solid person. I think I may return for his services because he did an excellent job but the front person needs some work on her customer experience skill set. read more

The people here were so kind and made us laugh a few times. They made my experience feel like I had someone who cared about me. So I got a gel mani and pedi that came out $95. I know, a little high but the experience and attention detail was everything thing to me. I just love when they give a light massage on your feet, It was lovely. My boyfriend got a regular mani pedi with no polish just cleaning for 55. It was his first time and he loved it lol. It was very well decorated, super clean and the massage chairs were perfect. I've just finished up at this place and I have to say that from all the places I've been to, so far this one is in the top 5. I came as a walk in and they took me. I did a gel mani/pedi and while one guy was doing my toes another one was filing and removing my mani gels During this process I can tell you that I did not like the chairs. One of my favorite things about getting a pedi, is a nice massage in the chair. This on was weak and slow and it just made me irritated a little. Good thing I took a half of Lortab for my shoulder and didn't care too much. When he was finished filing and wrapping my nails, he just Left all the debris from my nails ALL over the chair's wide arm rest. I sort of followed him with my eyes to see if he would come back and clean it up. Nope. Just left a pile of filed off gel over my chair........ A thirds person came, a woman, and began cleaning up my fingernails. I asked her to Not touch my length but just to literally shape them a touch from the sides. I repeated three times to not touch my length and of course, she filed them down... Ah. Listen to your customer!! Please!! I had a light foot massage and the guy doing my feet was very precise with cleaning up and scrubbing. Good job. But, he applied my nail polish a bit sloppy. I am a real stickler about precision and I get so annoyed when I have to repeat myself and then they do the same sh over again. Ugh. So, my big toes are sloppy a little and I'll have to fix it myself. Take a look at the photo. A $50 pedicure should NEVER look like that. During the mani I had to ask the lady to fix my cuticles once more because some were not trimmed well. She did it again and then said "Good?" I looked and.. Well not that good. Still some cuticle left. So, I said "Great!" and was secretly unhappy. So, that's another thing I have to fix. I brought my own nail polish -- CND Shellac Power Polish in Cityscape. I think they all loved the color, since another tech came to see it and my manicurist showed it to another customer. Another lad came to finish the top coats and give me a massage. It was nice. I got a $5 discount, probably because I brought my own stuff. When I got to my car, I sat there for like 10 min cleaning up the corners. This is what I HATE. I just spent $85 on nails that I have to FIX. And they were all so slow and took their time. If you're going to take your time then do a CLEAN job. Why is it so hard for nail techs to get that? Why?? If I were one, I would never let anyone leave with gunk around the nails and uneven coating, etc. That's a reflection of YOU, as a professional. And, these annoyances are small to some... But to me they are eye sores that I have to live with for two weeks and also have them as a reminder that I blew so much money on something I am not happy with. I should just accept the fact that my mani or pedi will never be 100% amazing and start doing them myself. Other than the the lack of detail and not listening to me about my nail length, they were all nice and attentive and efficient. read more

This place is under new ownership and has grossly improved from what it was years ago. They have a 20% discount advertised outside of the store and since it's super close to my house and I love a good bargain, I decided to go in and get my gel manicure on. Being a Tuesday, it wasn't super busy and they staff was very friendly. They started on my manicure immediately. The lady that did my nails took her time and paid attention to small details. Sometimes at other places, they rush and the color is uneven or outside the lines but that wasn't the case here. I opted for a dark gray with a sheer glitter top coat and they looked fabulous. For a $24 manicure, it really exceeded my expectations. I really can't remember the last time I got a gel manicure and didn't have to pick the excess gel off of my cuticles. I've been there 3 times for a pedicure, had 3 different people, and I won't go back again. The first time a guy clipped a nail so short it throbbed for 48 hours. The second time I had a different guy-probably the manager or owner and got one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. The third time, the lady sliced the bottom of my foot somehow. I had 2 deep scratches about 3 inches long. Didn't realize she had done it until she reinserted my feet in the water and the pain almost shot me out of my chair. She cleaned it with alcohol and put an ointment on it. Ive been cleaning the scratches with alcohol 2x daily hoping I don't get a weird infection. Injured 2 out of 3 times...no thank you. read more

What a lovely place! Calm and quiet but not awkward either, just perfect I felt so comfortable the whole time. They were able to take me on the spot for a fill and pedicure, no wait. Which is super rare. Incredibly friendly, gentle, clean and professional environment. Pretty much everything you'd want from a nail salon. Very clean and friendly nail salon. After trying many in the city it is refreshing to visit a salon that actually takes time to do your nails. The lady that did my nails looked VERY young (more like 14 or 15 years old, but she did have her nail technician license so must be legit?) I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. They sanitize everything very well and it was very relaxing. For two french pedicures and one manicure the total was $70. Not a bad price. Would definitely go back again! read more

Got a manicure in this nail salon for the first time and I do NOT recommend going here!!! Not only did my nails start chipping after 4 days (I don't even do any hard work, whatsoever), but the guy also scraped my skin way too hard that the skin surrounding all of my nails are painfully sore. I feel like he thinned out the skin too much, so now my hand looks ugly because the skin is peeling. I get it, people have nicer reviews than I do, but this was unfortunately MY EXPERIENCE and I'm here to let you guys know so you can prevent it from happening to YOU. This is a great place! It's nice and roomy inside, the different stations aren't packed super tight. I came with my mom & sister and we were seen immediately. It was a little later in the day when we went so it wasn't busy, but with all the space inside I imagine it would have been a comfortable salon visit even if it was. Heather did my nails. She was very sweet, worked fast & clean, and kept the conversation light-just the way I like. She did my nails exactly how I wanted and also advised me what would work best for future visits/fills. Great customer service and really nice place. But please beware they do not open new tools with every customer. My friend and I both got pedis and we both noticed that they reused the tools. I also got a regular mani and she pulled out some used nails tools. I really hope that they disinfect their stuff here because that would be a huge hazard. Today was my first time in this place and they really did a great job, it is very calm inside. They were playing cute love songs and it was very quiet. The employees are all very kind. The woman who did my gel mani and pedi, was very quiet but I enjoyed it very much. I let her know that I was ticklish and she totally catered to me and made sure I was comfortable. She gave me a very long and good massage, way longer than I usually have gotten other places. The pedi chairs are super comfortable and everything is clean. The only disappointment I had was that she left my fingers in the foil with acetone the entire pedicure. That's how they remove gel polish, but I found that to be very uncomfortable.
