Until I met Marcela, I was bouncing around salons and different techs. Getting my nails done was a nuisance but necessary. Having met Marcela a year ago has transformed my life. Every time I get a new set I get an outpour of compliments and questions on where I got them done in person and on Instagram. Every couple weeks I'll think of ideas for my next set, send her pics and we collaborate to create nail art. She takes her time on her clients because she's a perfectionist stopping at nothing to ensure you're satisfied. An added bonus is her personality. Not only is she personable and easy going, she's the best person to seek advice from and talk to. It's such a pleasure getting to sit and talk to her while I get my nails done. I look forward to every appointment I make with her. I can't forget to mention this woman gives the BEST pedicures!!! Practically a deep tissue massage for feet and legs. Her hands work like magic. Can't recommend her enough. Literally.

I am the sort of person that will fixate on an imperfection, whether it be an irregular thickness to a non symmetrical shaping and Marcela has managed sheer perfection with each manicure/pedicure for as long as I've known her. We've been "married" in our nail relationship for 6 years now, and I couldn't imagine anyone else touching my hands or feet but her. You won't be disappointed.

I called today for a same-day appointment and was able to get in. I normally get a gel pedicure, but today I was getting a regular pedicure so when I called let the woman who answered the phone know that I had a gel pedicure that was done by Courtney and since it was done at this facility, there should be no charge and she confirmed- no charge. I arrived picked a color sat in the chair. Courtney informed me there would be a $5 to remove the gel polish she put on my nails at my last pedicure. I explained that I asked in advance when I booked, and it was confirmed - no fee. The owner came over and said confirmed a $5 fee and the woman that had answered the phone denied she had confirmed there would be no removal fee. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire situation. Bad business. Bad customer service. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and I did not get a pedicure. I will not be returning. I've gotten manicures all over the country. Lived in lots of different cities. Nowhere charges you to take takeoff gel polish that was applied in the house.
