You wil be cancelled at the last minute! I never used her before and made A BIG MISTAKE booking thru booksy had to give a $24 deposit. Which at some point hopefully will get refunded. I needed the nails for an event for work tomorrow. And she had texted me 4 times asking different questions. I know it's standard to want to know why a potential client is coming in but you ask everything at once but it was many texts during the day and I even sent her pics not requested by her(very plain full set acrylics) but I had a feeling she was not wanting to do it because of all the inquiries. She should have cancelled earlier in the day. But she decided to wait until the last minute when I rearranged my work schedule and now it's too late to find anyone else! I'm really tired of no courtesy from businesses!! And money spent!!

I don't even know where to start. The location of this place is completely questionable. Then you…read morewalk inside and it feels more like a storefront for someone selling jewelry, accessories and makeup rather than a nail salon. I bought a Groupon for a mani pedi here and was expecting to be in and out within an hour like any other mani/pedi that I've had in my life. Uh yeah, I was there for over two hours. They don't have spa pedicure chairs like most nail places, instead they put your feet to soak in one of those portable foot baths that you can buy at Wal Mart. My kept getting unplugged so the water got tepid very quickly which made the experience even more unpleasant. The girl doing my feet was pretty efficient but the foot bath thing really bothered me. Then I got traded off to another girl to do my mani since pedi girl had to go pick up her kid. Another really nice person but she took forever with my nails and when giving me the hand and forearm massage, I was in pain because her skin was really rough which again= unpleasant experience. It just sucks that the actual service and mani/pedi was horrible because everyone in there was really nice. You could tell everyone who went in there was a regular so that says something about the business but then again, I guess it comes down to what you're looking for when getting your nails done-the actual process or environment and experience. By the fourth day of having my nail polish on, it was already chipping. I wish I would've paid the extra $10 and gone somewhere on my own instead of here with a Groupon. I would be extremely pissed off if they tried to charge for $30 for the ghetto pedi and mani I got.

My review is long over due. I went here in December of 2016 for my wedding. My friend and I got…read moremani/pedis. She got gel mani and a regular pedi. I got a regular pedi but I did a full set of acrylic. I wanted to do gel but I ended up breaking most of my nails before the wedding and they just weren't long enough. I forgot the woman's name who helped me, I think she's the owner. She was so nice, her staff was great as well. She really took care of us. One thing she did that I was super appreciative of was on top of the acrylic she put a clear coat of gel before doing the polish. The next day when I was in the bathroom getting ready for my wedding I knocked over a bottle of nail polish I brought (which I forgot to bring to my apt), not thinking I grabbed it because it broke and was leaking all over. I had rented a house for the weekend for everyone to stay at so I didn't want the owner to be mad I made a mess and charge us a fortune for cleaning it. Well it was glitter and I had it all over my hands. While my friend was getting her hair and makeup done I tried to remove the polish from my hands. I made a huge mess. I found a place nearby that did nails, I didn't go to them initially because they didn't do acrylic but they were able to clean up my nails and repaint them. They still looked great because I had the gel on top so the nails still looked good to begin with. I felt so lucky that she took the time to do that little extra step, it made a huge difference! Thank you so much, I was so lucky to have found your place!

In short: efficient, good service and friendly…read more I found this salon on Yelp looking for somewhere to do my pedicure quickly on an early Sunday morning. I walked in without an appointment 6 mins after they opened and was able to get in a pedicure chair within 10 mins. The store is modest, cute decorations but not glamorous. This is fine by me though. I prefer a good nail technician over an instagrammable spot My nail technician was Chloe, she was very efficient but also did a great job. Many nail salons are quick but they also cut corners. This was not the case here. 30.00 for a basic spa pedicure ( without any lotion upgrades etc). Tools that she used came in an autoclave package and appeared clean. The store itself appeared clean as well. Overall I will be back and I'm thankful trusty yelp found me a new nail spot that delivers.

The nail tech , Jenny, was very sweet and did a good job. She suggested I do a dip manicure since I was looking for a manicure with longevity (I'm constantly washing my hands at work and the paint never lasts more than 2-3 days). I gave the dip a try and I'm still on the fence on whether I'll become a convert. The thumbs came out lumpy looking, but otherwise it looked nice (day 2, manicure looks fresh). The place was clean and you could see them running the sterilizer for their tools. Jenny did an amazing job with my regular pedicure, but it doesn't include a leg message (for a $30 pedicure, I'd sort of expect that extra). I will come back here in the future when I want another mani or pedi.

I feel like I have finally found one . This has been my 5th visit (3rd with the nail tech Katy) and I cannot say enough about this salon. Everyone that has done my nails has impressed me with how long they last! I work in healthcare and wash my hands constantly throughout the day! I decided to stick with Katy because she knows how to do the poly gel technique. Poly gel combines the durability of acrylic with the flexibility of gel. It gives a super long lasting manicure that is less damaging to the natural nails than gel or dip. You can walk in or book an appointment. Everyone is super friendly and nice and the facility is very clean. I will be a customer for a long time here now that I found somewhere I like.
