I had very dry feet with some heavy calluses so I opted for their best pedicure, the deluxe vip one. It definitely felt worth it. Tony did my pedicure and he was very warm and kind. I pointed out the calluses and he took extra care addressing them until smooth. My only complaint was he ended up cutting/filing one of my big toes too much that it looked close to bleeding (it did break so it was short), and too many coats of the nail polish made it thick. Still an amazing experience and still worth the price. I booked pretty last minute so I didn't get to book some of the staff I see recommended on here. I definitely want to return. P.S. the massage chair here is the best one I've experienced in any salon, AND the salon is right by menlo park's farmers market so it makes for a great little self-care day

Visited this nail spa on the recommendation of a friend. I was willing to pay extra for a high quality job and non toxic polish. I was charged $20 extra for having my mani and pedi done at the same time. In order to do so, I was offered a level 2 tech for my mani. She finished my nails in about 40 minutes. Nothing special and certainly not the 90 minutes expected. The polish on my thumb is uneven and streaky. Just overall unimpressive. The woman who did my toes (tech 1) was much more thoughtful and meticulous about the final product. Beautiful spa but certainly not worth the almost $300 price tag.

I understand being busy, but overbooking and rushing through appointments affects the quality and respect towards customers who are trying to support your business. Susan, I'm honestly shocked by your response. Those photos are 100% my own nails--accusing me of taking them from the internet is not only false but incredibly disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability, you're deflecting and trying to discredit me as a customer. I came in with a genuine issue, waited hours to have it fixed, and stayed patient through all of it--even when I heard staff talking about me behind my back. I never "insisted" on anything--I just wanted my nails done right, which I paid for. It's disappointing to be treated like this after being a loyal customer.
