I'll keep it simple: The salon itself is a little dusty and a little outdated...however this is BEST manicure I've ever had (and super fast!!). The nail techs here are GREAT!! The dust doesn't bother me, so I'll definitely be returning. As far as prices goes....I came in with an old powder set on & got a new full set for $43 plus tip. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because of cleanliness....it's wasn't anything crazy, just fairly dusty for a salon. read more

Nail Spa Expose - LOVE my manicure!! Everything is perfectly sized, and super straight....by fair the most perfect manicure I've ever had!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Webster, Texas

ARGH, I had such high hopes for this place! After reading the reviews, it seemed like a good place to try, and hopefully was going to become my go-to nail salon. Overall, the place was nice and clean. I came in for a regular pedicure and a full-set with gel. They asked me to pick out a color from their giant wall of polish. I was quickly seated, and offered a drink. My biggest gripe about this place was the lack of precision when it came to the polish. The pedicure was fine. However, the nail polish application just seemed a little messy. There is just spots of polish on my cuticles. Franky started working on my nails while I was seated for the pedicure. He immediately started gluing on the aryclics and paid no attention to my cuticles. As you can tell from my pictures, there was no care in making sure it cleaned up and trimmed in order to make sure the polish was even towards the cuticles. As a result, it looks uneven and messy. When the lady was done with my pedicure, he motioned for me to go to the nail station so he can finish with the gel. He then asked me to pick out the color, I said I wanted to same color as my toenails. He then proceeds to give me the color guide and has me look for the color most similar. There were so many that I asked for his opinion because this is his area of expertise, and he showed me a color and I just went with it thinking he was correct. I have never had to find the color to match in any other salon as this was always done for me. He started applying, and it was clearly not the same color AT ALL. The color applied on my nails was so much lighter then my toenails. I decided not to make a fuss, and roll with it because I did like the color that he was applying, but my goal was to make them match. What was strange was that there was no acknowledgment or effort to make sure I was happy with the match. It was obvious that the colors didn't match. I would hope that if I had spoken up, it would've been fixed and more of an effort would've been made to find to correct color. Sadly, I would not be returning to this place after today. I really was hoping this would become my nail spot, and could recommend to my friends, but they all looked at my nails and took notice of the messiness of the nail polish. read more

Exactly what I wanted, very friendly staff. Clean and great atmosphere. Frankie did an amazing job! Will definitely come back!

Took my mom here for her birthday and the experience was a very good one. We both got manicures and pedicures and the nail techs were all extremely polite and did great work. I feel bad for my nail tech because my feet were very rough from work, and she did a great job. Will definitely be returning! read more

Been going to Nails Expose for the past 5 years and its been nothing but good. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The salon is very clean, organized and sanitized at all times. They provide great service, they do a great job on my nails, beautiful design, (I'm never disappointed) that's typically done by "Frankie" he is the absolute "bomb.com". He can do all designs that you request and the nails are built strong to last so you won't have to worry about them breaking after a few days. The other technicians also do a good job...I highly recommend "Nails Expose". read more

Went here for a dip manicure after less than stellar experiences at other salons. I personally don't do anything fancy because I am hard on my nails. I walked in with no problem, Sophia (or Sophie... I am sorry I don't remember exactly) did an EXCELLENT job. She listened exactly to how long/what shape I liked my nails, and I don't think my nails have looked this good in a really long time. I also thought they were very reasonably priced. I definitely think this is my new go to salon!! read more

Frankie is the best nail tech I have ever had. He's so nice and when I bring my year old with me he's so sweet with him! The staff overall is really nice. I've never had a bad experience here and I've been coming here for well over 3 years now! read more

I had been really wanting to get my nails done for a long time, so I finally made an appointment here because of all the great Yelp reviews. I took my boyfriend with me because he'd been needing a pedicure too, and when we walked in we were greeted quickly and in our chairs within three minutes. I got the Tropical pedicure and it was amazing. My favorite part was the paragon wax that was just the right temperature so that it didn't burn when I put my feet in. My skin is still nice and smooth and silky from the scrub they used on my legs! My boyfriend walked in with constant pain in his feet because of some issues he's been having with his nails. He walked out so excited because for the first time in as long as he could remember he didn't have pain. These people are miracle workers, I swear. I got a color powder for my finger nails, and the lady who did them (I can't remember her name) gave me great advice about what I should get. They're even better than I could have imagined or asked for! The whole visit cost $105 (minus tips) which is fantastic for what we got. This is definitely going to be my go-to salon any time I'm in the area! read more

I went in on a Saturday morning around 9:30 and they weren't really busy at all. I came for a full set coffin style nails and a pedicure. The whole process was about an hour and a half. I got the tropical pedicure and it was pleasant, the lady did a good job I didn't catch her name though. They asked if I would like anything to drink which I thought was nice. They also had lining for pedicures which I also appreciate. They don't reuse their tools as well. The lady that did my nails did an awesome job with my nails. She made sure I was happy with the color and she addressed my concerns about not making the nails to long but still be able to do the coffin style. Only thing I didn't like was the fact neither of the ladies tried to hold a convo with me and the lady that was doing my nails kept speaking to her coworkers in a foreign language and I felt really out of place. I probably will be back for the services because my nails look awesome but I think they should try to be a little more friendly with their clients. read more

Such a great experience! I came here, to fix nails I had just gotten done somewhere else 4 days prior that had already broken off and cracked, and they did such an amazing job! Not only was the price better but the quality over all. They took their time and paid extreme attEntion to detail to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I also got a gel pedicure done and it was lovely. I wish I would have gotten the names of the techs but I forgot to ask. The gentleman who did my nails was a younger guy probably around my age I think but he did a really really great job as well as the lady who did my nails and now i know where I will be getting my nails done from now on! I highly recommend! read more

I walked in for a refill expecting to wait since I didn't have an appointment, no wait at all. I did not quite enjoy my experience here. I came to this place for the first time because it's close to my house. I was welcomed by the friendly man at the front desk. When I seated to receive my pedicure, the lady gave me a menu but I made it clear I only wanted a basic pedicure. It's just what I like and what I prefer. After telling her that, it seemed like she was in a rush to get me out. She rushed with my whole pedicure. I usually enjoy at least getting a decent massage out of the massage chair but even the massage chair wasn't that great either... but here's where the big issue comes in to play. My pedicure was $25. I tipped the lady $5 on my card. So $30 in total. Later on that day, I seen that I was charged $36 .... This has happened before at other nail salons and I'm not happy about it . That is theft . They are changing their tip amounts. I will not be returning and I'd say please avoid this place. read more

This is the effort of two nail techs. After redoing the first ladies work. Im very patient when it comes to my toes and nails but I just was not happy with this at all. Currently having to it redone my toes have taken 3 hours. Never have I have this issue and tried to blame me for the mess up. Spend your money at Viva la posh if you want work worth it. I am not happy at all. 2nd photo is the "fixed" polish I had to walk out with. Uneven, jagged on some toes. I gave up. read more

The owner replied instantly and set up an appointment with Kevin. His work is AMAZING. Takes his time and double checks them to make them perfect. My pedicure was soooo relaxing. For only getting the classic pedicure, I felt like I was definitely getting more than what i had paid for! Excellent and they get you in and out never had a complaint about them. They do an excellent job all the time I come.

Really nice and clean. Very friendly and everyone spoke great English. I tend to like to not talk while getting hands and toes done but girls were quite chatty. They were very nice just not my preference. Prices were average for this area. My manicure is perfect while my toes not so much. She tended to look up at me instead of my toes while working on them. She burned my toes twice with a drill. At that point I said no more drill please. The lighting in the back isn't good so pick your color before you sit down. I changed my mind and wanted what the pedicurist had on her toes. She tried to pick out the color and needless to say I went home with shit brown on my hands and toes! That was my bad though, I should have just stuck with my original color. All in all, if my girl is out of town again I will for sure go back. I was told next time to ask for the guy that works there to do the job. UPDATED REVIEW!!! I was immediately contacted by Frankie the manager and was told I could come back in to have my color changed! Wow! That's what I call customer service!! I went back today and they were so nice and friendly! Brought my mom in for a pedicure and she was beyond impressed! We have found our new nail spot for sure! Thanks Kevin and Franky y'all did a fantastic job on both of us!! read more

I was searching for a salon that would offer high quality, powder nails. I usually get the almond shape and wanted to try an ombré French manicure. I made an appointment with Ken, and I used screenshots I found while researching this yelp page to explain how I wanted them to look. He was polite, quick, and made sure I liked how they looked as he was doing them so he could make one changes as needed. I paid less than I've ever paid before, for nails that look better than other salons in the area. My problem is that my nails usually are quick to break, so I was so pleased when they lasted a full month! read more

Writing this review as I sit here getting my nails done because I feel like other reviews don't properly represent the staff or the building. And, this is my first time here so I'm not biased in any way. First: cleanliness. The shop is actually very nice, and they were mopping the shop when I walked in. I don't see dirt or grime anywhere. Second: a lot of reviews state that Frankie is rude or off-putting, saying he hurt them when removing old sets. I find this hard to believe as he asked me if I was in any pain when removing my nails. Another reviewer said he stopped halfway through her nails to attend to another guest without saying anything. Another lady walked in about 15 minutes ago (who had an appointment) and he still asked me if I was okay waiting for him to finish my nails so he could attend to the appointment. In my opinion, appointments always come before walk in guests, so I not only had zero issues with him attending to the other woman, but was also happy with how professional he was to check with me to be sure that would be okay with it. In the end, he just started the other lady's pedicure and then came back to my nails. He took his time, customized my nails from the basic silver I initially asked for to a glitter and glass tip ombre, and asked me every step of the way if they were turning out how I wanted. Because I got the glass tips, I was able to still have the long nails I love without feeling trashy with the glitter. At the end, he walked through everything I was charged for instead of just telling me the price, which I thought was nice (I never care how much I pay, I just liked that he explained what was costing extra instead of hitting me with a number out of nowhere). I'm from Galveston and made the drive up here to try this place out and I'm glad I did. read more
