I love this place. I'm new to the area & was going to a place in Tampa. Wanted something closer. I read the reviews & thought I'd try. I walked in without an appointment & was greeted immediately & served right away. First of all the people are soooo nice & genuine. Their products are great & nicely stocked. Beautiful polishes. I've worn acrylic nails for over 30 years. I've traveled the world and have even owned my own spa. It's extremely clean & a relaxing modern minimalistic design. Free wi-fi Mindy did a perfect fill on my hands. She is great and has a very warm personality I was so impressed I made an appointment to get a pedicure the next day with Tom. While at the gym, I noticed a beautiful set of nails. Thank goodness I asked who she goes to. Van is incredible! I showed her 2 photos of what I like and she did exactly what I asked. She corrected the mistakes from the previous salon and the end result is thin natural looking nails. They are flawless ! I am thrilled to have found Van ! Used to love this place... However, the last time I went there for a pedicure, I ended up with nail fungus on both big toenails. Been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have never had a fungus issue. It's terrible to deal with, especially when flip flop season is approaching. Not happy. read more

Lynn did my nails and she claims she knew how to do hard gel. Worst job I've ever had done!!! They are uneven, bumpy, and have voids. The polish job was rushed and there's excess. read more

I really loved this place until my last visit 7 days ago. They were a little busy so I received a rushed job and now one of my acrylic nails is falling off (I've never had an issue like this before). I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted (as always) where 4/10 nails have vertical black and white stripes. She told me she'd "try but they might not be straight". When it came time to do the design she told me she was just going to do horizontal lines across and that she's only going to do the design on 2 of my nails instead of the 4 like I wanted because "it takes too long" !!! Even the lines she gave me to make it easier for herself aren't straight and aren't completed across the nail. She also cut my cuticle making me bleed and told me it's because my skin is sensitive (never had someone cut me like that before and make me bleed but sure). Sorry but after that experience and paying all that money to get a half a** job I won't be coming bad Update it has now been 10 days and 4 of my acrylics have fallen off at this point I might as well get a whole new set or just take them off. I normally have a good experience at this place, but today wasn't so good. I got a full set of nails and was pretty content up until the polish was done. The polish job was horrible.(see photo) and the nail shape wasn't was I asked for. I hate when the tip is fatter than the natural shape of my nail. read more

I have been going to Nail Spa for several months and I've never been so happy! Besides your typical manicure and pedicure they offer several deluxe pedicures, acrylic nails, gel polish, dip power, waxing, and even eyebrow threading. They are also very hygenic and all supplies are new in sealed containers which makes me feel safe. Kelly always does my nails and she is very good and does consistent work. She also suggests things I will like and gets me to change my style often. An example of this was when I went to a wedding last month. I had recently let my nails grow out too long and removed my dip gel at home. I was busy with work and by the time I went to see Kelly my nails had broken. She suggested I do ombre coffin acrylic nails to go with my cream and black dress. I ended up doing them and was very happy. They looked classy but also had a more modern and natural look. I had been afraid to try acrylic after having my natural nails ruined by them before. Kelly told me my natural nails would remain healthy if she removed them correctly and she was right! My nails are now long and healthy with just gel polish on them! I also love the fact that they carry matching colors for gel polish, dip power, and regular nail polish so you can use different products but still match. I am so happy I found this place and will continue seeing Kelly as long as I do! On a side note, I have seen other people do great work especially a male that works there will post his name when I find out. read more

Me and my friend were there for 6 hours total. So much gel left caked under the nails it caused pressure and discomfort. They used the wrong polish colors and did not do the design I wanted.I only had these done two days ago, My nails already need to be filled at the cuticle because they did not set the nails right and did not push back my cuticles far enough, leaving at least a centimeter gap between my cuticle and the nail. I called to try to discuss options with the manager about having them fixed. He proceeded to argue with me and make claims that somehow it was my fault my nails were not correct. He also claimed we did not pay for a manicure when we did. My friend and I together spent over $130 dollars here and STARTED with the mani/pedi combo. If you're looking for sub-par work that is overpriced, that you will have to fix yourself later or have to come back to them sooner than you should have, to spend more money having them fix THEIR mistakes, this is the spot for you. read more

You know, I used to love this place it was my favorite nail salon they did my nails so beautifully, especially Kevin. But then I started realizing this is not a good salon at all. People wait for hours even after setting up an appointment and also I had insider information that some of them, I won't say who, were talking badly about me and saying I had no money when I clearly did- I was a regular customer and tipped well. I am happy with most of the staff when it comes to my pedicures, except there is one man that does them and he is not so great at them, I try to avoid him when I go. Just had these done yesterday. Walked out, he did an ok job at the time... But as you can see by the pictures, it is not that great of a job. On top of that, it took like 2 hours because they were very short staffed for the amount of people that were coming in. They really shouldn't have Walk-Ins welcome if they are unable to handle it. The feet of my niece were probably super wrinkled since she was soaking them in there for well over 30 minutes while waiting for someone to even see her. I was pretty much done with my pedicure when someone finally came to her and still asked if she chose the color. No because someone else said they would show her the palette but didn't, she was getting gel. The guy was nice and gentle while working but I don't think he should be painting or cutting nails. My nails felt super rough when I left, like I was scratching myself. I have to file them a bit. This has to have been the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. Very sad since I was looking forward to removing my old one I got done somewhere else. I guess I should've waited for one of the women to help me since I see one of them gets good reviews. I came here while visiting my sister before I go back home... definitely will never go back. read more

Very clean salon, they wash every tub after each pedicure. Wish they had a better selection of Shellac polish colors.

DO NOT waste your money here. I went last Monday for a full set of pink and white nails because I had a coupon for $30 (I have been here off and on for several years and have never had a problem). It appears they are under new ownership now and has gone severely downhill. My first hint should have been how dirty and dusty it was in the salon. After John started on my nails I noticed he was not doing the best job (not fully covering my natural nail, heavy application of the acrylic, etc...). Again, should have been another warning. Well when I was finished and went to pay, he told me it would be $35 (I forgot to mention that there was a sign outside that said "full set pink and white $28.99). I handed him my coupon, at which time he stared at it like he was very confused, looked at me and said "$35". I asked why it was still $35 and he said "uhh, because I used gel." Excuse me? I politely told him that he had not asked me if I wanted gel. After a few awkward seconds, he just said "$30." I handed him my money and practically ran out- laughing at the absurdity of this place-and my own stupidity for wasting my money there. Well, needless to say, he did the worst job on my nails, and here I am 6 days later with horrible lifting nails that I am having to now remove. Such a waste of time and money. I love this place. I have been coming to this place for well over six months and they have always treated me and my daughters like family. The nails are done to the desired length and the polish is always impeccable. The stuff is friendly and the manger is awesome. A word of warning...be prepare to wait on weekends since it is a very popular spot, but the wait is so WORTH IT!! read more
