First visit: I requested a basic manicure and pedicure, but the technician put gel polish on my toes without my asking for it. Later, when I decided to get acrylic nails again, thankfully, I went somewhere else, even though it was out of my way. Second visit: One of my nails started peeling, and I had to use clear nail polish just to keep it in place. Third visit: What an absolute joke! The female technician was on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails and facial waxing. The waxing job was so poorly done that I had to come home and redo it myself! I also had to remind her of several things she was supposed to be doing. What bothers me even more is that I actually tipped her! Looking back, I wish I had spoken up right then and there. The constant phone use isn't limited to one technician. The staff seems more interested in their phones than providing quality service to paying customers. Three visits, three disappointments.
