The worst place I've gotten my nails done. After being told they had time to do my nails, I waited 30+ minutes for them to start. I asked for an acrylic fill and instead the lady pried my nails off, ruining my nail beds and forcing me to get a full set. I asked for a small trim, keep the same shape (almond), and light purple gel. She cut off my entire nail and did the wrong shape, and when I said something she told me my nails were too short to be almond. The gel light purple color I picked out was a bright pink and when I mentioned it she shrugged it off and kept painting my nails the color I did not want. Then, I had shown her a picture of 6 stripes that I wanted on my ring finger in different colors and she proceeded to do more stripes and not follow the picture. When I told her it was the wrong thing, she wiped it off and did the exact same thing. I am extremely unhappy, will not be returning, and do not advise you to go either. read more

If a clean environment in a nail salon is important to you, Nail Salon is not the place you want to get your mani/pedi. I thought there was a ton of room for improvement in the general tidiness and cleanliness of the actual salon but the utensils used were very suspect and I nearly walked out before my service was completed. I personally didn't have a good experience with their customer service either. A male employee screamed at me as I was finishing a polite conversation just outside of the entryway. I guess there was some urgent need to know whether I wanted both a mani and pedi before I even entered the business (the door was propped open). My pedicure was decent but the pedicure chairs were old and tattered. The space felt very crowded and not relaxing at all. I couldn't wait to get out of there and I highly discourage you from going. read more

Your chance of getting a decent manicure are 50/50 at best. You may or you not get someone who knows what they are doing. The shop is dirty and I had to tell the lady doing my manicure, to get clean tools. I got a French manicure which left white polish all over my hands. The only reason I am giving two stars, is my mother's manicure was excellent. But don't risk going to this shop. Try your luck at the shop across the parking lot. I will try them next. read more

I wish I had read the first review here before I went because my experience was similar. I just wanted a pedicure and they had me sitting around soaking my feet for 30 minutes while I watched other women who were walk-ins get serviced right away. If they had appointments, fine...but this was not the case. I left fuming because I had never been treated with such blatant disregard. So I got up and walked out, even though one of the staff said that one of the women were going to help me soon. Walked in for the first time wanting a regular polished manicure. I was instantly smiled at and greeted by the friendly lady at the front desk. I was asked what I wanted, I told her a regular polish. She then suggested that I try gel polish instead, and that she would do it for fifteen dollars and it would last 2-3 weeks. Of course, I said yes. I looked at the price on the board and it was clear they were offering me a special price. I picked out a base and a glitter top coat. I was directed to a chair where the man began working on my nails. He was very patient, he took his time and was very careful. You could tell even he liked the look of the nails by his constant "oohs." The polish looked great, and the glitter went on perfect. He actually threw nail polish remover over my nails and rubbed them to show me that it wasn't coming off anytime soon. This was the most fantastic nail experience I have had in awhile. My gel nails are still on and perfect almost a week and a half later and I have been painting my house, cleaning like crazy, doing dishes, swimming, etc. The only reason they will be coming off soon is because my nails are growing out but I truly believe they could last forever. I was looking for a good nail salon close to home. In this case Nail Salon is 5 mins away so went in to give it a try. All i wanted was a fill-in & a basic pedi. I have never been so disappointed. People were being put first before me because they had appts even though they were 15-20 mins late!!! Really?! It took tha staff an hour before starting my services. They girl doing my pedi cut me so deep i have to wear bandaids on my toes. On top she pured acetone to clean them off (burn!!!!) Then the lady did my fill which looks like ill need one next week. She made me pay before she painted my nails. I paid for adesign as well. When i asked her to see nail designs she said we dont have any examples. Seriously?! So i got a stupid free hand design nothing to what i asked for. But ihad been there so long i couldnt bare another minute. & to finish it off they didnt say anything when i left. No thank you?
