Visiting Tina is definitely one of the ways I rest, relax, and leave with a fresh, polished pedicure. I was looking for a new pedicurist so when I came across a flyer, I took it as a sign, naturally. I decided to give to reach out and Diamond Spa a go, and there is no other way else. I found my forever spot! Diamond Spa is a salon suite inside Phenix Salon Studios and gives a quiet and private experience. I never thought that I would prefer this, but it's so nice having the time and space to just yourself. Tina has a great set up. She a ton of different kinds of gel colors, a great massage chair, and a massive TV hooked up to Netflix. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to competitors. I also like that you can call her, message her via text or Yelp. Tina herself, provides great conversation, great quality service and super thorough work. She works out all my concerns and does such a detailed but gentle pedicure. I highly recommend her services!

When I arrived at 5:30, he was still working on another client and asked me to wait, which I completely understood. However, I ended up waiting until 6:06 p.m. When he finally finished, he told me to sit in the chair at the end. I assumed it was my turn, but instead another client was taken first, and I was told it would be "another five minutes." At that point, I decided to leave. If they knew they wouldn't be ready until after 6:00, I wish they had simply told me to come at 6 instead of asking me to arrive at 5:30 and wait over 35 minutes. I understand that salons can get busy, but clear communication and respecting customers' time go a long way.
