The staff is very knowledgeable and were patient with me as I asked questions regarding various procedures. During my Sculpt and Pellefirm treatments, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and I appreciated that she eased the mood by joking about different things and distracting me. I was expecting to feel discomfort during my Pellefirm treatments but she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and asked me every few minutes, how I was feeling. The procedure took less than an hour and a hour and I had 5 "areas done" - think full legs front and back. She even asked me what kind of music I liked and played it for me. Once we were done with the procedures, she made sure to give me all the instructions or post-procedure care (there is no down time, just made sure I didn't go in a hot tub immediately after the procedure). She was very kind and considerate and wanted to know how I was feeling and what types of realistic results I should expect. I appreciated her level of concern as a patient/client and the honesty regarding my results. A week after my procedures, I feel great and already feel like my skin is tighter and my cellulite appearance is going away, and my problem areas are starting to go away - cannot wait to see my 6 week results. The clinic/spa is beautiful. The Tiffany blue themes and the elegant beachy decor is the way to every girl's heart. Thank you, Dr. Warren and staff, for making my trip to Sculpt so positive. I will for sure be coming back for more treatments!

I have now been to the office twice. The location is off the corner of First Colonial and Dam Neck. The parking lot was clean and there were plenty of spaces for a mid afternoon appointment. The entrance is opposite the street. The practice is on the second floor. My child's appointment was with Dr. Kristyn Beck. She is the new kid on the block and practices with two veteran physicians. She trained at EVMS under well known and respected children's dermatologist Judith Williams who is a friend. The staff was friendly upon checking-in. The waiting room is small but adequate. I found it clean and comfortable. Forms can be completed in advance by mail or you can arrive early to fill out in the waiting room. The wait time to see Dr. Beck was reasonable at around 25 minutes after paperwork was turned in. I immediately liked her bedside manner and she hit it off with my daughter quickly. She was easy to talk to and had loads of smiles to reassure my daughter. I found her to be confident and knowledgeable during the exam. An immediate diagnosis and treatment plan was achieved in no time. A prescription was then provided. Dr. Beck is young, energetic and eager to lift her practice off the ground. Most insurance plans are accepted. I'm picky and do not often write physician reviews. This was one I had to write and happy to provide 5 stars.

Busy upon walking in, so we waited a few minutes until they came out. Everything was great! The facial was really nice and I loved how the owner asked questions, gave suggestions, and explained the process. It really made me go home and revamp my facial items! The massage was nice as well. Since I did facial first, I faced upwards for my massage and I must say it interrupted my nap pattern a bit when it came to flipping over a bit Lol. For two people facial + massage it was about $400 since I had a small upgrade to my facial. When she mentioned what method she recommended, it would've been nice if she mentioned the change in cost but also I could've asked. Overall it was a great experience and I would visit again.

I usually research and analyze things for ages before pulling any triggers. I booked multiple consultations with other aestheticians and injectors and ended up in Cecil's chair a few weeks ago. It's off the main roads of TC and there is a large adjacent parking lot, so no worries about having to navigate the garages. The Suites themselves are a bit of a maze, but it doesn't take long to find IA. The space is welcoming, fresh and clean. For a consultation, Cecil will spend plenty of time listening to your concerns and desires, recommending products or procedures and answering any questions you have... And I had more than a few! Bonus: she is so educated in her profession and offers info about the science behind her procedures and products, which I truly appreciate. I was SUPER nervous, but she was great at calming my nerves, offering distractive tools and it was a really good experience! I am already looking forward to seeing my results. She offers a membership, which will save some serious $$ if you are a frequent visitor or purchase any of the skincare products she stocks. It also allows you to pay a small amount at a time because, let's face it, this type of self care is a huge investment. I'd highly recommend stopping in to see her. I'll be honest - I made more than 1 u-turn getting to the new spot, which is only directly accessible going northbound on Independence. If you're traveling south, you have to make u-turn. And if you miss it going north, you may have to make several. Now that I know where it is, I won't miss it again! Look for the red State Farm sign at the entrance to the professional center before turning in. I do really like this new spot which is solely for EA Esthetics. The entrance is lovely and welcoming, with beautifully-displayed retail merchandise to browse while you wait for your esthetician. It seems like an overwhelming selection of serums, lotions, washes, etc. but you will get an expert-recommendation after a consult with Emily or the other staff. On this visit, I was taken back for my treatment right at my appointment time. Amanda was kind enough to make sure I was comfortable before beginning - I was in for a long haul (2+ hours!). About halfway through treatment, I got chilly and she had a cozy blanket ready for me. She explained each step of the process so I knew what to expect and I was so happy with the results. I was a little scared at how dark my brows were initially, but as promised, they lightened to a perfect tint within a couple of days. Their website is so easy to use for booking and gives a detailed description of service and prices. For both my brows and lashes, it cost over $200, but this definitely seems to be competitive with other VB spas. I was incredibly happy with my results and will return for touch-ups, as recommended, in a few weeks. I have had a great experience each time I have been in and highly recommend Emily and Amanda for any skincare need!
