Please save your money, the worst nail place I have ever been to. I recently moved here,and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I should have done my research, because boy did I pick the worst place in the area... First of all staff rude, work terrible honestly have no idea what my $72.00 got besides nails that look terrible I mean terrible it's been 3 days white on tips is yellow chipped looks like a child painted tips with white out no exaggeration ! ..I complained day of and was pushed out door by the rude owner yelling at me..And pedicure hmm no he barely touched my feet, he even rubbed lotion on feet as they soaked in the water and wiped it off..please just save your money,I will NEVER go back I will stop getting my nails done before I would ever return...BEWARE! read more

I just went today after they've been under new management. Tina gave me a hot stone pedicure and did fantastic. It felt great and she was sure to make sure that the water, stones, or hot towel wasn't too hot. Tina as well as the other man that was working were both very talkative and super nice and appreciative of my business. I will definitely be returning. read more

First and foremost, rude. there were 3 workers I walked in they were all on the phones and watching the TV I stood there for about 8 minuets before anyone even wanted to ask me what service I wanted. The gentleman walked over and asked what I would be having done all I needed was a set with gel polish costed me 55$ and the sign said 40$ I asked what the charge was for and he said you have short nail bed..... like WHAT I have never in my life. It was my first time and I wanted a French manicure. the gentleman didn't say much. the manicure wasn't the greatest. as he was cutting my cuticles, he accidentally cut me and I started bleeding. He put alcohol on me and dabbed it with the small white thing (I forget what it's called) and threw it back in the drawer for the next person. My daughters and I went Nail Palace on 7/31/15. We received our nail service and at checkout, I was told our bill was $83 and the owner said they only accept cash. I was shocked!! I looked around and saw no signs stating CASH ONLY. I asked where is the sign and she said there is no sign but that is their business practice. I said I didn't have $83 in cash and began looking in my wallet to see how much cash I had. I had $40 in cash and told the owner I only had $40. She suddenly accepted credit cards and said she'd take $40 in cash and would charge the reamining $43 to my Mastercard. I was speechless. The owner went to a private area, away from the checkout counter, and swiped my card. I was very upset because I felt it was dishonest not to let customers know they only accept cash until AFTER they receive their service. I know another customer had the same issue while we were there because the owner held her license until she went to the ATM to get cash. This is very unscrupulous because they aren't being upfront with customers and are most likely avoiding paying income tax on the cash payments and credit card fees. I've read online reviews and others reviewers state they've had the same issue. read more

I've had many mediocre pedicures before and never felt the need to give a bad review but this service was so bad that I need to warn others. First of all, the lady working there was not friendly and greeted us with "what do you need?" and "pick your color" which would not have been a big deal but she was then very rude in responding to my questions about pricing for other services. Five minutes into my pedicure three other customers walk in behind us and she says she'll be with them in 10 minutes. She paid little attention to the care of my nails, cutting them crooked, barely gave any massage, and didn't ask about any of my preferences. Then, she rudely told me to scoot up my chair up and make my chair back straight so she could hastily slop on some nail polish. It was uncomfortable for me to sit up straight in a massage chair which should be a comfortable experience so I leaned it back a little and this time she yells at me to put it up straight. The polish barely covered my nail in some places, and was chunky in others. Sure enough, less than 10 minutes later my $28 pedicure is over, she points at the drying station, and is working on the next person. I go to the drying station and sit there for a few minutes and wonder if she is going to turn on the machine or if it's automatic but nothing happens. When I ask her about it, she points at a tiny sign and says "there's directions there!" Well, I didn't realize this salon was self service! Next time I will take my 10 minutes and $28 somewhere else and get decent service. I highly recommend that you take your business somewhere else. read more

The worst nail salon/ public place I have ever visited. My daughter wanted to treat her mother and grandmother to a mani and pedi while at the beach. We walk in and if looks could kill we would drop dead. They told us to hurry up and pick color. Rushed us to the pedicure chair about pushed us down in it before you could get your shoes off. I.put my feet in the water was scalding, I asked the young lady to please make it cooler she added some cold. My daughter sat down her spa was way too hot and she was told to wait 10 min and then put feet in. At that point we should have keft. The tools and files looked used and in sterile. The polish was in OPI bottles but it's not the quality of OPI and the bottles have no name on the bottom. After picking out a gel color they refused outlr service after signing in for a mani pedi. They said their appointment had arrive sad and too bad. Never indicating that we may be pushed aside if anyone else walked in. Then they overcharged us all from the listed prices. Horrible experience ruined our day!! Save your $$$ this place is terrible. I contacted management and they basically cussed me out and said no refunds. read more

I was on a girls trip and 6 of us wanted mani/pedis. We called ahead and made the appointments. The two employees were ready for us- but the lady was very rude to my friends who wanted to sit in the message chairs so we could all be close and chat. The pedicures were hurried and they automatically charged us for the middle pedicure package that we weren't not even aware that there were other options. There was a 7$ difference for a lotion leg rub but they were so hurried that they really didn't spend anytime massaging. I will never visit this place again- the ladies attitude was awful. read more

My experience here was absolutely wonderful! When I walked it I was greated and asked what service I needed and my wait was only about 2-3 minutes. Jennifer was very nice and during my pedicure offered really good advice for some issues I had been having. My pedicure was Awesome! It was July 4th and I was charged exactly what was advertised, however, I'm sorry to say that if I had read some of these reviews I probably wouldn' have even given this place a try. I will definitely be back and would certainly recommend it based on my experience. read more

THE WORST! "No Pain No Gain" is what I was told when I yanked my hand away from the pain of the female constantly hitting my cuticles with tool and causing my hands to bleed and i have sores on my hands now. Can't even get them fixed until my hands heal! My best friend went with me and she got her nails done by the male there and exact same issue! Our hands are all tore up. Then I got gel polish, they are horrible, all wrinkled and dents in my nails now. She asked me if I hit the UV light and I said no and my whole hand in the one light had wrinkles the nail polish. She said it looks okay but she could take it all off and start over. I said no way. I was good. Attitudes and expect CASH for tips and are rude about asking for it! The worst place for anyone to go! I read the negative reviews but still gave the place a chance. It was terrible... honestly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business. We waited for a long time, they were very rude, and then they ended up charging me $59 to polish my 2 elementary school age girls' fingernails and toenails. They told me $49 at checkout (which I though was ridiculous!) and swiped my card for that amount and then chased me out the door to tell me I owed them 10 more dollars because they calculated wrong and it should have been $59 because of the white polkadots they put on my daughters big toes. WHAT? It was unbelievable. I have never written a negative review online before, but this experience was bad enough to warrant my time to do this. read more

Awful experience, rude and unfriendly staff. Went with a friend to get a pedicure mentioned to the technician the water was too hot and she said "oh well it will cool off." She rushed through the service, because a group of ladies came in and were waiting. I pretty much paid to have my feet soaking in water (once it cooled) and some paint slopped on my nails. Showed her the smudge on my toe and she told me I would have to wait until she was finished with other customers to fix it. Highly disappointed with service and staff. read more
