CONS: No price list *anywhere*, so you have no idea of services available and the prices. Also, they do not use the disposable plastic cover for the foot tub. I don't love plastic, but I was unsure if the tub was sanitized between uses. Although the pedi was good, I can't give them a higher rating for these reasons. Would up my rating if they address these issues (eg. Display a price list and sanitize tub in front of the client or use individual cover)

Let me start by saying I never go when it's busy because they rush. When it's quiet they are much better and take their time and are happier to have customers so that's good. The quality of the Mani is better than infinity nails by a lot. It last me longer. The place is also cleaner and newer and doesn't have the stench of all the nail chemicals so that's nice. They are just about the same price as the other places too. All in all if no other option in the neighbourhood then check this place out.

You could tell that they have a steady stream of regular customers - they knew everyone by name. My only complaint is that this location is much further for me! Apparently they also have a second location midtown now. They also have other services such as waxing. Better than your average Korean-run nail salon.

The staff were prompt to take my name and number down during the phone call. Day of our appointment, although we arrived on time we still had to wait about 10-15 min for our nail technicians. My shellac removal and manicure took almost 1.5 hours long (usually would take me about an hour at another salon, however, I did have to wait a bit in the beginning). My nail technician was attentive and friendly. I had 2 split nails which she was aware of and took care to cover them up. She also listened to how I wanted to shape my nails and made sure I was okay with the length. Manicure wise, she did a great job! My friend was also happy with her mani and pedi services. If you pay cash you don't need to pay tax. They do however, accept credit and debit as well. Overall, good salon around the neighbourhood.
