She helped me choose a color that turned out even better than I imagined, and she took her time to shape my nails perfectly. The gel application was flawless -- no bubbles, no uneven edges, just smooth and shiny perfection. They also have a great selection of colors and designs, and you can tell they take hygiene seriously (everything was clean and sanitized). Prices were very fair for the level of service. Cathy took her time, asked a lot of questions as to what I wanted, and made sure I was happy with the shape, cut, and color. Everyone else was very friendly as well. I would go here again! Very ok. Shortest pedicure I've ever had with a massage that lasted 20 seconds. She didn't clean my nails good or remove the cuticle enough. Salon is decent but nothing to brag about. Plain boring decor and old pedicure seats THAT DON'T WORK!! I asked to switch my chair but she said I can't the last two aren't available even tho they were free? I don't get it. I know this salon was recently taken over but they have a lot of quirks that need to be worked out. I wouldn't go back. I'm only giving three stars because I sat down immediately on a Friday night... Which is great for me but doesn't say much for the business and their clientele. read more

I wasn't able to go to my usual nail salon so I decided to try Nail HQ. That was. HUGE mistake!!! This was the worst mani pedi I have ever received. I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The woman didn't seem to know what she was doing. In the middle of my pedicure she got up and went off to do someone's waxing. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for her return. The gel manicure was not doing me properly. She didn't touch my cuticles nor did she use the proper tools and of around the outside of my nails. The heat lamp used for setting the gel polish was filthy. I asked at the desk why I didn't receive the treatment usually associated with this service and she responded that perhaps the woman didn't feel that I needed those things done. WHAT?? I'm a sucker because I paid $55 for crap that won't last and tipped her $10. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! read more

Worst nail salon I've ever been too! Hate to be the one that complains, but did not enjoy my experience at all!!! Thought I would try somewhere new for a change and regretted it with in the first 15 min. I went to get infills, and have had acrylics on for about 3 years so I know the procedure quite well.. Nails were not cleaned properly, not buffed at all. After the nail technician put the powder on, she wasn't patient and did not allow them to dry well. When she was filing them down, they were very uneven and thick and I repeatedly asked her to fix them and she got very cranky and started complaining to her colleague in another language. She cut me twice by drilling too close to the Cuticle. When I told her I wanted to leave because I was in pain and very unhappy with them, her male colleague came over and started screaming in my face that I had to pay the $35. I refused to pay for an unfinished job, my nails where not even filed down nor painted! The male colleague then instructed her to cut and remove my acrylics before I could leave!!!! I got very angry and didn't allow them to do so. read more

Poor customer service. When I went there, they were very rude to me and messed up on my nails. The manicures are rough and they are not gentle at all. If you even show the slightest bit of pain or ask them to be gentle or fix something they get super cranky and gossip about you in another language to their coworkers. They had the audacity to ask me for a tip and kept questioning how old I was and talking down to me like I was a child. Super unprofessional and don't plan on going there anytime soon. read more

I went two times. First time for a full acrylic set and pedicure and the second for a fill and pedicure. The feet were done nicely but the nails kept coming off the gel nail polish kept chipping. They are not that friendly either. And they have hidden costs. They offer something to u and then after saying ok and you get it done then they tell you it was more money. read more

I've given this place 3 chances... They're done with having me as a client. Where do I begin? My nails are never done properly (always falling apart within a few days) constant bad attitudes towards me when I'm extremely sweet and pleasant to them. Today was the last straw when a woman was extremely rough with my hands , almost cutting me and talking to me as if I were an animal ... Money was also thrown at me , when I asked for change.
