I accidentally went 5 weeks once but they still had almost no lifting. I usually get nail art and Tony does a great job recreating the photos I bring. What should have been a simple conversation felt more complicated than necessary, as there seemed to be frustration over me changing my mind from the original French tip. It was confusing, especially since I had made an appointment ahead of time, they weren't close to closing, and several technicians appeared to be available. As my appointment went on, I also became concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. The pedicure tub didn't appear to be cleaned, there were no plastic liners, and a tool that had been dropped on the floor was still used afterward. I left feeling disappointed by the interaction, but even more frustrated after paying $130 and having three of my nails pop off the very next day. I returned to have them fixed, and while they repaired them without any issue, two more nails came off the following morning. I understand that things happen, but between the sanitation concerns, the quality of the work, and having to make multiple trips back to the salon, I was disappointed with my overall experience. She put some powder on it and kept going. I'm going to my brother's wedding this weekend so definitely disappointed. Technicians name was Vivian. She was on her phone at one point and was just rushing the whole time. Tina did my pedicure and that was really nice, but I will definitely go somewhere else next time! Very disturbed.
