I love the man that does the pedi's. He's so awesome. I don't feel like he's judging my feet. Lol Sometimes it's a little weird when they're talking their language and you wonder what they're laughing at. Just saying. The only reason I give it 1/5 stars instead did 0/5 (besides the fact that yelp doesn't let you) is because the lady who did my pedicure was ok. My friend came with me and got a full set. First of all the lady who did it was on the phone the ENTIRE time she was doing my friend's nails. The is not an exaggeration. From start to finish she was speaking quite loudly on the phone with someone in another language. Because of this she did not listen when my friends tried to tell her 3 separate times that wanted a more rounded tip. She nicked her fingers and was really haphazard with her hands the whole time. I was just shocked how someone could have so little customer service skills or common courtesy. Will absolutely not be going back. Great place for pedicures! Everyone that bless you with there hands on your feet amazing! Now nails actually manicure acrylic full sets and fills cost to much for the way they break ‍ first day I leave the shop cool I think it's because I don't pay attention but second day lifting in corners and nail breakage! This is honestly the only place I will go to get my nails done. They will almost always squeeze you in even for a full set. The price is great, much less than some other places in Omaha. They are very polite and offer a variety of services. I've had my fingers and toes done here many times and will be a forever customer. I have not tried the waxing services, but have heard good things. I decided on 4 stars instead of 5. This is because it does depend on who you get how difficult it would be to communicate any detail or design you want. Had my first visit there this morning. I'm 83 years old and been getting pedicures for many years. Never, Never have I had a better one! "T" was absolutely wonderful. I truly have problem nails and feet, but he did the BEST job I have ever had. My feet are like a new born babies right now, and I tell everyone that I have "elephant" skin on my feet, well, no more. DO NOT GO HERE! I've tried it a couple of times and every time I have left mad and frustrated. It's extremely over priced especially for the quality. I continuously told them how I wanted my nails or that the color is splotchy and they ignore it. I 9/10 times get French tips which is basic. Today I got a color change because I did not like the color I chose and did not want to drive to Lincoln where I get quality care for a way more reasonable price. Payed 60$ on my nails haven't had them for a good full week and they are already falling off

I got a manicure and a pedicure and it was not worth the $38 I paid. The woman who did my nails was mean and barely paid attention to what she was doing. For the manicure she didn't clean my nails or put lotion on. The actual manicure took maybe 5 minutes top. Now the pedicure, my feet hurt more when I left than they started out. There was terrible customer service and they didn't engage with the customer at all. The only positive part was the massage chair. I definitely will not be coming back. read more

if there was a 0 star rating i would put that. I am so disappointed with this business. i paid $75 for 2 pedicures. One as a CHILD pedicure. I took my little sister to get her toes done with me, she picked out 2 colors and a sparkle color. They sat us down and the man asked me if i wanted a $35 $40 or $45 one, i asked what the difference between the three were thinking he was going to hand me a paper with the prices and what they include... he didn't he showed me two boxes saying one was $40 the other was $45, they both looked the same but with different scents, i picked the $40 one and he proceeded to tell me with the shellac polish it would be $55, i then switch to the $35 one and he told me the total would be $50..... didn't make sense to me but whatever. Later i ask him how much it would be in total for me and my little sister thinking maybe the $50 is with my sisters pedicure too. He told me the total would be $80. i didn't understand how a child's pedicure could cost $30 when mostly every other place i've gone it's been $15-$20. They told me $26 for her pedicure and +$4 since she got a second color and wanted design. They lowered my price to $76 which i still CANNOT believe it was that much to begin with. The lady put a hot towel on my 7 year old sisters legs..... which i've never seen a nail place do before. She rushed on the design ( heart ) and once she was done didn't say anything to me or my sister just went and started working on someone else, which doesn't really matter but i thought she was going to take her to dry he toes while i finished up. My sister sat there the whole time waiting for my toes to be done... never once sat at a drying station. Once i'm done they told her that she couldn't wear her boots that she had to wear the sandals because he toes weren't dry, which is fine. I pay, leave and drive to target on 72nd which is about 15 mins away... we check her toes in the parking lot and they still aren't dry. If I could somehow give a lower review I would. I have been going to this place for years now and have endured some rude service in the past. But this last time takes the cake. I called to set an appt the guy on the phone told me 35 mins. I got there in 30. Soon as I walk in Sophia tells me to come back the next day. I inform her I have an appt. not one time did her or any of the 5 staff there offer to fill my appt. they insisted that the guy misheard me and was meaning $35 ( a complete lie) also to make matters worse even if no appt was set I got there at 6 on the dot. They close at 7. Never going to this place again. It's evident my business hasn't and doesn't matter here. I called the next day to speak to Kris the manager who only apologized. I have come here many times to get mani/pedi and every time I'm left feeling not pleased, the people that work here need to work on their costumer service skills, very rude ! Behind the counter is super dirty and unsanitary, none of them seem to know how to wash hands. Plus their prices are always changing one day I came in and it was 25, today it's 47? How does that work, maybe they should have set prices on the wall. My sister also got a infection on her fingers from unsterile supplies. The nil polishes are dried out, oh and did I mention they have three people in here getting their nails done, 5 workers and it was a 35 minute wait before they could even start? Probably won't be coming here any more to get my nails done, sad to see all these women come in wanting nails and leaving not impressed. Save your money , your time, and your breath .
