Asked for ballerina and he said he never heard and gave me coffin. He gave me a hot mess of whatever it's called. Chunky base. Wide past my nail bed on sides. Thick!! Misshaped and uneven filing. Made me bleed on two fingers. I tried to tell him he was filing them uneven and he snapped back and said I need to let him finish the process. Cost $75! I currently had acrylic on my toes and I wanted them removed and I wanted a fresh set. Somewhere along the way it was misinterpreted that I just wanted the acrylic removed and they were very rude about it and then charged me an extra $20 because they had already put gel on one of my feet. I totally understand the lost product and that is fine because I should've said something sooner, but $20 is insane. The guy that was drilling the acrylic off was very heavy-handed and rough. I left with scraped cuticles. I also told him that my toenails were very sensitive and it just seemed like he did not listen to me at all. So $60 later I left with a pedicure and destroyed nailbeds.
