I came here last week (for the first time) to get a basic pedicure. The guy starting pulling out my ingrown toenail which was not even causing me pain at the time. I am now dealing with an infected toe that nothing topical will treat. I can barely walk on it. I got this done 7 days ago and am now on oral antibiotics. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Great nail salon! Lyn does a fantastic job on my nails and Danny is amazing at pedicures!! I do recommend making an appointment if you want a specific nail tech to do your nails as they are pretty busy. This salon is probably one the cleanest in Dothan. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality nails and a clean atmosphere. read more

Today, I was there for 4 hours for a manicure and pedicure. The guy cut my nails too short. Since he cut them and didn't file them, one broke. My nails were all of different lengths. The polish went into the cuticle and over the skin. Worst of all, he nicked three of my fingers with the drummer and drew blood. Do NOT get the guy if you go here. read more

So obviously I have a gluttony for pain or I like to believe that I like to give second chances. So the original review stands and is further validated. Set an appointment. Appointment time given by the manager. Arrived early and sat out side and watched people come into the establishment which is cool as I had a ton of time before my appointment. Appointment time nears, I walk in 15 minutes early, sit down and two minutes later the manager walks over and says--- we are 20 minutes behind (obviously because of the walk ins that they took and mismanaged). This wouldn't have been an issue had not over the time that I've used the walk in method that I was told NO because they had an appointment at such and such time. Truly believe this place racially profiles ..... never again will I drive 30 minutes to this place. The manager has the audacity to get upset over her inability to manage the operations! I do not RECOMMEND this place based off of the management practices alone. read more

I wouldn't even give this one star. They didn't do the color I asked for, and when I mentioned it politely at the end they were very rude and inconsiderate. I specifically asked for white nail and showed them the white nail polish I wanted. I was there for almost 2 hours and when she finished the polish was completely clear, it looked like my natural nail and even had a pinkish tint, it was not white at all, plus the tips she put on my nail were uneven. She charged me $45 when did powder is only $40, so she was trying to include the tip??? The woman next to me was also unsatisfied with her nails, and they were rude when she brought it up.
