To start off, I have been coming here for a couple years now, getting both full sets and pedicures,…read moreand I will no longer be coming back. While I have received some good services over the years, lately this place has just felt like a scam. Full sets "start" at $55 but there's a $5 fee for shape (you have to shape nails, what're y'all even talking about) and $15 for length. Now I get that when people have long or extra long nails, it costs more to do. But these are my nails below. The very last time I went in, she tried to gaslight me into thinking I have abnormally long nail beds and that's why the VERY obviously short nails are considered "medium" (also these are pictured a week after them being done so they're longer than when they were fresh). So I'm paying $70 for basic acrylic nails that they don't even properly prep -- my cuticles are never do much as pushed back. As for pedicures, I will say I've had some good ones there, but lately I've also not been receiving the same level of service. The world is trash right now so I get the decrease in effort, not as upset as I am about weird nail pricing. I continued to come because it was convenient, but one thing I will not be is continuously scammed. If anyone has any suggestion for places that don't have all these weird fees, doesn't even have to be cheaper, please let me know.

Both were done simultaneously which made everything go so much faster. The staff was all so sweet and kind. If I lived in Atlanta, this is where I would go every time.

I was worried I was going to get booted, but I asked the salon multiple times and they said as long as you don't leave the area you will be fine. They were right, my car was fine after my nail appointment 1-Hour later. But there are signs posted all over the salon to NOT LEAVE THE PREMIS OR YOU WILL GET BOOTED! Also, they have a parking garage that they validate across the street called AZURE ON THE PARK. SERVICE (5/5): There is a lady at the front who ALWAYS answers the phone, is polite, efficient, and helpful. They make everything seamless and even more so once you step food into the salon. They greet you, check you in, have you pick your color and seat you as soon as it's ready which is very quick. I've never seen such efficiency! They immediately ask if you want anything to drink. The turnaround time is impeccable and you don't feel rushed AT ALL, it just feels so organized. SUPER IMPRESSED! QUALITY (5/5): I got a regular pedicure (not gel) which the lowest pedicure cost $37 which I found fairly steep but I'm new to this area so I'm not sure if that's the average rate. I also got a gel builder manicure which cost me about $83 for a solid color and simple dot design. Everything took less than an hour which amazed me! I've never been in and out so quickly and it seemed like they took their time, we're very carful not to hurt or cut me and did an excellent job! OVERALL (4/5): HIGHLY would recommend this place! Based on the efficiency alone I would come back. The ONLY downfall is the parking situation. Just come early to look for parking and everything else will run smoothly.

Clearly caught them on a bad day, but unfortunately it cost me my nails…read more Just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.
