Not happy at all! Just got my nails done here. Asked for short, coffin nails. Lady told me after she cut down and removed my polish that she could do a rounded square bc she felt as if my nails were too short to do coffin. Already irritated, I explained that I have had it done before. The owner cane over and said something to her and she then told me ok and proceeded to do my nails. She filed my pinky and asked if they were ok. They were but my other nails are rounded squares. Then they are lumpy as if she did not know how to even out the bumps. She kept going back cutting the lengths off which resulted in one hand being longer than the other. It's a waste of $35. I was recommended by a coworker who gets her nails done by the owner. I will never return.

So, we where visiting from Fl and wanted some gel nails and I have to said this place wasn't fancy or anything like that, not many people but they sure did a great job particularly Mrs. Z very attentive and friendly girl looking for what I exactly wanted. Will recommend this place and if I visit again will come back

    Full set of acrylics. 25$

Friendly service and great work. $25 pedicures with an awesome leg and foot message. Can't wait to go back again.

What can I say about the Venue... I lived in Sumter in 2005-2007 and Sarah Beth was my go to…read morelady... She is one of the few people in the world who could do my hair... Seriously, top 3 in the world. I was in town staying with friends before leaving the country again and stopped in to see if she was still there... Man am I lucky! Not only is she still there, but she fit me in last minute before my trip. Even better? How many hairdressers do you know that keep a client book that goes back 10 years? She does... We needed to repeat a process we did back then and she had the exact formula we used. How can I not love this place? It's still cute, still smells good, still does trendy hair and it's still in Sumter. I'm moving back to SC... I'll be making the drive to Sumter to see Sarah Beth and get my hair done!

I've had mall haircuts most of my life and they've always been hit or miss. In 2007, I decided to…read moretry a real salon. It was great even though I was spending a minimum of $70 each visit. I quickly got used to quality haircuts. Sooooo, when I moved to Sumter, I was nervous because it does not look like a place with good salons. I figured that I would have to get my hair done in Columbia. However, I read a review of the Venue and gave it a shot. When I went there, I asked for a stylist with modern, cutting-edge skills. I didn't want a crazy hairstyle, but I did want someone who had some serious training. They suggested Michael B. He is awesome! And, I've heard only good things about the rest of the stylists. My haircut usually costs $35 plus tip, which I feel is a bargain.
