She was very meticulous and observant with forming the nails as well as the art! She made sure my time was comfortable and done well. I am very appreciative for her professionalism as well as skill!! I left feeling very confident and happy with my nails!! My first visit was a bit different as I had a gentleman filling in extensions and he was a bit rough. T was careful and made my overall experience wonderful!

The trash can next to the sink was full & lid was encrusted over in yuck. Nail polish on my nails and granddaughters nails was so old, it didn't set/dry after 30-45 minutes. I removed it when I got home. I'm contacting DHEC and filing complaint. This was our 3rd stop on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. 1st 2 shops had 60minute + wait. This place had no customers. CLUE! First we walked in and asked if we could sign in and leave, but also commented for them to please call. We were back within the hour they told us it would take to be seen and people who signed in after we're being seen. They also did not acknowledge us when we came back. We got continuous dirty looks from the girls working at the stations. We left with our walkover $100 plus plans for pedicures and manicures and took our business to Golden Nail where at least they greet you when enter their business. I'll be sure to tell friends and family not to go to Palmetto Nails when they ask.
