She started speaking in her native tongue, and didn't answer my question. Then I realized she had wireless earbuds in and was carrying on a personal phone conversation! When it was time to pay they charged me $80 so I was overcharged way too much they were not professional at all!! The lady that did our nails was very rude. When it was time to pay I was shocked with the price. I told the lady that she should have came to me and told me the price since it was a minor she was dealing with and she got rude about that. One of the youngest grandchildrens nail polish was coming off not even 3 hours after it was done. I called them and was trying to explain the situations with them and they hung up on me. I tried back several times today and they will not answer the phone or they keep hanging up on me. I do not recommend this place at all

I had bubbles in the acrylic, no apex, the nails looked horrible for what I was charged and a child could lowkey do them better. They were unsanitary as fuck. I shouldn't have stayed after I saw how dirty the salon was. My dip manicure was misshapen and badly cured (she did not allow the layers to cure completely before doing the next layer). I came because I was an old customer from when she used to work at a different Springfield nail salon. She actually does have talent, but has told me herself before that she is self taught and that she (plus most others at her old salon) are not licensed. I don't know how they get away with working on nails without being legally licensed! I will not be back.
