They told me they'd fit me in for my requested pedicure if I was okay waiting about 30 minutes. I said that was fine with me and sat down. They got me in after only about 10 minutes! I'm a nurse and am on my feet all day so my pedicures aren't always easy but she was so nice and gentle; she always checked to make sure she wasn't hurting me and that the water temperature was still good. As they started to fill up with scheduled appointments she still took her time and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend this place to locals! I'd come back again if I could.

I shouldn't have stayed after I saw how dirty the salon was. My dip manicure was misshapen and badly cured (she did not allow the layers to cure completely before doing the next layer). As a result, there were bubbles on some of my nails and the glaze was uneven and dull by day 2. It's been a new owner (Dao's relative) for at least a couple of years. I came because I was an old customer from when she used to work at a different Springfield nail salon. She actually does have talent, but has told me herself before that she is self taught and that she (plus most others at her old salon) are not licensed. I don't know how they get away with working on nails without being legally licensed! I will not be back.
