I'd rather watch paint dry then sit for 3 HOURS AT THIS GOD AWFUL PLACE. Arrived at 4:57 and left at 7:48. A French manicure took 2 HOURS. Not to mention it looks AWFUL. Made her bleed and didn't even cover the entire nail. The owner pushed her out because he had his "buddy" come in. Lied and said he "couldn't paint" yet painted his clients nails in 30 MINUTES. I have never had my nails done here but had the best pedicure I have received in years. The seats are comfortable the water temperature was right the massage was great. I'm going back this weekend! But I will say when I arrived on a Saturday morning it was PACKED I was lucky to get a seat while waiting. That is usually a sign they're doing something right though! read more

I've had both bad and good experiences here. Unfortunately it's mostly been bad ones. Over priced, rude service (shocker), and inconsistent. Starting to really get frustrated with nail salons in this area. First bad experience. Walked in to try and get a new full set of acrylics. Was told I had to soak off my old ones. They had me sitting with my hands "soaking" for 45 minutes with no apology about the wait when I finally had to say something about getting somewhere on time. Second; Pricing is never consistent and always over priced. The last time I went to get a pedi I was told it was a certain amount that I have never paid before. They dondisclose that they're charging you an additional 5$ to take off your nail polish before starting the pedicure. read more

I went to nail art while my husband and kids got their hair cut. After about an hour and a half trying to get my previous nails off, she rushed with the new set that was suppose to be a dip. The same day all of the clear polish came off, that night two of the nails broke, and not even a week later and the tops of them are falling out leaving holes. 60$ and it didn't even last a day, plus they were very rude and didn't listen to a thing I wanted done, the whole doing my nails was so rushed and I told her I needed them to look nice, we were going on vacation for my husbands birthday and a wedding. read more

Very rude when they realized I just wanted a manicure and regular nail polish. One girl left after starting my manicure and the one that replaced her cut my finger and added nail polish remover to the nail polish which made is thin and lumpy. She never apologized for cutting my finger and she saw that it was bleeding. If you are not spending $65. on just gel or power nails they don't want your business. I will never go back unless my finger gets infected and they can pay my doctor bill. read more

So disappointed! The lady left in the middle of my acrylics, to draw on another lady's nails. This after, they took several before me, that signed in after me... I thought that was rude. There was no mid mani hand wash, there was still powdery specs all over my hand and nails when she put the gel on my nails... my nails are crooked, rough to feel and not the shape I asked for. when I tried to explain to her the problems, she blamed the problems on on me ...and my "crooked fingers.?? I always have the worst experience here. I've had my prom nails messed up here so I stopped coming and started going to a salon further away. Today I only needed regular nail polish so I stopped here. My nail tech cut my toe and hoped I didn't see. Then she cut my finger so bad she had to put two chemicals on it so it would stop (without asking or telling me what it was). My regular nail polish is so bubbly it looks like my 6 year old niece did it. No one came to help me put my sandals back on so I did it myself and messed up a finger, I showed a tech and she only said "sorry" and didn't offer to fix it so I got up and left. So yeah this was a pretty good experience. This nail salon has so many options to choose from. Today I got a full set with white tips, regular spa pedicure, and wax. They are a very busy nail salon. There are no appointments walk in only. The wait wasn't too bad. It seems very clean and modern. They had light elevator music playing in background. The man that did my nails was very quick and efficient. My pedicure was average. My eyebrows are great. I will give this warning... They will not let you add a tip to credit card. I had to leave go to the bank for cash. Overall it was pretty good. They really push the gel polish and powder dip. I might have to try it one day. I'm not sure for the price difference it's really worth it. I think I will return as this is very close to home. read more

This is by far the nicest and cleanest nail salon I've been to in the Chattanooga area. The nail technicians use gloves when doing pedicures and have linings in the tubs of the pedicure stations that they change between each customer. Their sanitizing machines are front and center. The shop is calming and looks very nice. The price for a traditional pedicure is $23 and I feel that they went above and beyond what you would get elsewhere for that price. They used a scrub on my feet and legs and gave a very nice massage and then finished it with lotion. The lady who did my pedicure was engaging and friendly. I can't wait to come back here! One tip: you can't charge a tip on your credit/debit card. Bring a little cash! read more

My friend had some minor surgery but couldn't drive and she needed a manicure so I offered to take her and well, why not get one myself. My friend is a regular there and they knew her when she walked in and they greeted me like I was an old friend. We were immediate seated in spa chairs, oh yeah, we decided to go for the mani-pedis. And they were so nice. I really needed a pedicure bad. It was fantastic. I've had two foot surgeries in the past year so I told them they needed to be gentle with the foot massage. Oh, it was so fantastic to have my feet massaged and rubbed. I would have paid anything for that. Definitely will go back. read more

I love Nail Art. The employees are always polite and friendly and they do great work. I have arthritis in my hands that sometimes makes me want to cry but the care any of them takes is wonderful. I have been treated with great care and have never been hurt by twisting my fingers carelessly. When my nails are finished the polish has never peeled or chipped and I can go for 2 or 3 weeks with natural growth but never so much as a chip. I've been to numerous nail salons and have been unhappy with the careless twisting of very tender joints and horrible work that only lasts for a few days before the polish is peeling and the damage to my natural nail is deep enough to cause bleeding. I have never been looked at or treated differently because I don't want acrylic nails. NAIL ART IS WONDERFUL and the people working there are just plain nice people. read more

This salon is a solid 3 up to date. I visited here while out of town and in dire need of a manicure. The pedicurist was ok at best. She wasn't good with cuticles or the shape of my nail but I realize I'm more high maintenance than a lot of people: my guy that did my gel manicure made sure that I was happy with my services. He is married and has 2 little girls and needs a little boy for his third try so I hope god works that out for you! Over all the manicure was much more up to par than the pedicure. Oh I got the deluxe pedi and paid $10 more. I'm just a "deluxe" kinda girl when I do pedis but in this salon there is definitely no difference between my treatment and the cheap pedis. read more

One... he didn't do the best job on the nails and TWO when I got my earbrows waxed I asked for the lady to break my $20 (we were RIGHT BY the REGISTER) she just walked away with my money. Yesterday I went here for a pedicure and an SNS manicure. My pedicure was fine, but my manicure was the worst one I've ever had. The nail technician dipped my nails 6 times, so they are very thick and fake looking. I also still have color on my cuticles, my finger tips, and around my nails. She told me it was because of the color I chose and that it would come off after I washed my hands a few times. Seriously?? She was also very rough and burned me with the nail file several times. I will not be back and would not recommend this salon to anyone. It also took almost 2 hours from start to finish. read more

Came in on a Wednesday for a deluxe pedicure ($35). I signed in and was seated within a couple minutes. Their attention to detail is AMAZING. My pedicurist had a gentle touch; I wasn't flinching when she took the nippers out. With the deluxe pedicure, you get a scrub, massage, some foot mask, and the hot towels (my fave). My feet and legs feel amazing! Will definitely visit again! read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews... my experience has to be really negative for me to do this. First off, the positive... the decor in this nail salon is beautiful! It's not like your typical nail salon. It's more like a spa, which I loved! The lady at the front desk was very kind and informative. My experienced turned sour as soon as the technician started on my nails. I had visited a different salon closer to my house a few weeks ago and got acrylic nails. It was time for a "fill in" and Nail Art is the only salon open on Sundays near me. The technician was very rude- never even looked at me hardly. She was in a super hurry. I understand being quick and doing the job at a reasonable pace, but this was carelessly fast. 2 times she struck my skin with the tool and it burnt bad. Then when she grinded my nail she was so careless it went to deep on one nail and I could feel the drill in my "quick". I even spoke up, telling her I was new to acrylic nails and told her that it hurt and she blew me off and said I would be fine. She didn't communicate well with me at all- when I went under the ultraviolet light all she did was point and I sat there, and sat, and sat until I decided to get up and leave (after paying of corse).
