Please don't ask for a fr much pedi. They do not know how to do the French on the toes. I don't know about the hands. It's very quiet inside which is nice. But overall does not seem busy. They do give you a lot me time use bag of tools. And it's about average for the cost. read more

I wanted my dip removed and a mani. This was the outcome. It would've been worse, but I told the lady, there's still dip on my nails. My nails are not smooth, they are rough and edges are very jagged . They charged me $25 for this! Don't waste your time or money. Very disappointed. read more

I'm new in town, so I asked around and was told Paris Nails was the best in town (out of two salons), so I went 6 days ago and paid $30 for the step above the basic spa pedicure. I was very disappointed in my experience. The woman who took care of me could not answer any of my questions because she doesn't understand English. My salt scrub was very short, my leg wrap was incomplete (legs should be wrapped individually and then secured with another towel holding the legs together and heat in), and there was no follow up with lotion. I noticed upon inspection, after I got home later in the day, that she had failed to remove the skin next to my big toe on the right foot. She also knocked the polish off my left pinky toe when she was putting my flip flops on & went over it with the color, but didn't put a base or top coat on it. Today I noticed the polish was chipping already on my other big toe. I can usually go 4 to 6 weeks between pedicures...and I haven't even made it a week! I will not return. read more

I've been here quite a few times, Lily is great and fast at what she does. And she knows what she's doing. The others in there don't know how to do anything right. Waits are always long even if you have an appointment. I used to make appointments but they would take 45 mins to an hour after my appt. time to get me in a chair so I just started doing walk ins. Last 3 times Tola has messed up my nails. Very pushy on what I need instead of what I want. I started going to Lee nails in lookout valley because they suck. I needed my nails off today and thought surely they can just take off my nails right...NOPE!! Made my finger bleed, left half the acrylic on my nails. Also took two people to do it instead of just one person. I told Tola and the other guy to stop filing me nails and they refused. It was hurting my nails and I told them again and they just did what they wanted, I kept pulling my hand away and Tola said "just let me do it" I was so mad and frustrated. Then go to the register to pay and charged me $16 when it was just supposed to be $10 for take off. I will never come back here again. read more

Got the basic pedicure today as I didn't have time for the spa pedicure, which is an amazing deal for the price if you have an hour to enjoy it. Got there at 10:00 on a Tuesday and had no trouble getting right in. As usual they did an excellent job and I love the color. Wish I could remember the name of the polish. The ladies don't talk much but have always been gracious to me. I'll definitely be back. read more

My latest experience was not good the nail tec did not push my cuticles back or clean cut my nails before applying the acrylic then she filed one nail to short and was very hasty I felt like she was rushing when I tried to have her fix the nail she assured me that it was the same, and I assure you it is not! All my nails but one turned out great, on the other had I normally get my hands massaged after with lotion at pairs they didn't do that and polish was left on my skin, never again read more
