Not only is this address incorrect, they've intentionally removed the name of this location but TRACY NAIL & SPA literally refused me service for asking the nail tech her opinion on a nail color. Visit recap below: I came back in to get a quick fill, was seated promptly and my service began with the woman drilling down the old acrylic and removing a broken nail. As her and I test TWO nude colors I asked her opinion on the color I chose and this is where things got weird. She snatched my hand back, removed the wet acrylic and said "I can't make the decision for you its your nail" I responded " oh, sorry I just wanted your professional opinion since Im a little uncertain about the color." she proceeds to speak in another language to coworkers nearby and says to me " well if you don't like your nail you wait for someone else" I told her that was fine as I was uncomfortable now. As soon as I said I was uncomfortable, Nick the manager, began to yell at me and say "you don't like your nails no one can help go to another salon." My nails were completely removed and services partially completed and they refused me service because I wanted another color. It was the most bizarre situation, so much so that I immediately exited when he made that statement no argument to be had. I called the police, I will be reaching out to the city commerce folks and BBB and whoever else because I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism. and to every woman who sat there and watched/heard what was happening shame on you!! Thank you Dekalb PD for taking the report seriously and confirming this location has had multiple incidents in the past. Not to mention Nick had his CUSTOMERS answer the phone when we tried to contact and get the nails tech's nail. He had them answer the phone and say it was a mexican restuarant, a auto repair shop and he told me to "stop whining and get a life" when I initially asked for her name. Not to mention coming outside and yelling while I waited for officers to arrive. I would give them a negative if I could. Black women please stay out of this location, they do not value your dollar or patronizing of their business. In the images you will see my shaven down nails and wet acrylic that dried on my pinky nail from the testing of colors. Thankfully another local salon took care of me, and stated that they too often have to "fix" the work of those from this salon. read more

I loved my no-chip manicure and the staff was great! Would definitely come here again.

Was in town visiting family in Sycamore and my nails needed attention. Called ahead of time and they were able to fit me in same day. The polish lasted my typical 2 weeks with gel. They clearly get a lot of repeat business and the technicians recognized several patrons even behind their masks. read more

When I walked in, the place was pretty empty, normal for the time of day I went. I was directed to choose a color and was asked if I wanted to upgrade my basic pedi. Sitting down realized there isn't much decor because it's so new, I guess. I was offered a beverage, which I enjoyed. Than the fun began, it was a relaxing pedi. She got my pesky ingrown toe nail (not cute) and took the time to get the bottom of my feet really well. The massage was long enough and enjoyable. I will be back. I have appt this Friday! For those who have been to LEZA, I think this is once step down but the employees are MUCH nicer and take the time to listen. read more

Came in on Sunday for a pedi and acrylic full set. The girl asked me what I wanted and to choose my colors. While I was getting my pedi I asked her how much it'd be for today's service and she said $60. $30 for basic pedi and $30 for full set. The girl finished my pedi and I was sent to another girl for the full set. She was coughing her lungs out and on the phone the whole entire time. She did a sloppy, quick job on the full set. She finished in less than 25 min. And when it came to pay she said $80. I asked how, it's just a full set and a basic pedi. She said $20 extra for 3 colors. Nothing fancy, no design. I told her the pedi lady knew my color choices and she told me $60. She said, "So sorry, it's $80!" Save your hard earned $$! This place doesn't deserve it! read more

Too way too long to get service, only people in there. Came in with a girlfriend for pedis and hers was different than mine even though we both got basic. My tech rubbed so hard on my foot with s pumice stone that he took several layers of my skin off causing me to bleed. I still had to pay for it even though I was bleeding and in pain. Would not recommend. read more

I told the manager and he said it was like that before I said I am diabetic so I watch my feet. Awfull place never go there! To the Dr I go on Monday I will send them the bill!!!! read more

Ambiance was so so..not very busy and my manicurist wasn't interactive. That being said..I got a full set of acrylics and they were done well and shaped nicely. I'm super picky and would go back. read more

I loved my no chip and pedicure! I usually travel out to St. Charles or get my nails done in Plainfield by work but I'm so happy this place opened up near home. The staff is friendly and the spot is clean. They are very detailed and ask questions to make sure you're satisfied. They even have special pricing for their grand opening. I've found my new favorite spot. read more

I was looking for a nail salon with a decent price. I like the fact that they have 20% off Mon-Wed. I noticed when I sat down that there was a ton of sticker nail art so idk how good they really are at painting designs. I went in to get no chip with a French tip design and the lady I had rushed through doing my nails which I didn't like. I knew with her rushing she wasn't going to do a good job. I left with a lot of imperfections on my French tip design. I'm not going to have them do that design ever again here especially if the nail tech is going to be careless about how it looks. I'll come back again because of the discount but the next time I go I'm just going to stick with a basic no chip manicure and hope that doesn't go wrong. Also they need to make sure they use new towels with each customers when they're doing manicures because mine wasn't which grossed me out. Last but not least I didn't appreciate that both of the only nail techs in there both came up to the counter just to see how much I would tip. I tip good when I'm not rushed in and out with a bad basic nail design and watched over when I tip. read more

First time coming here - based my decision off of previous Yelp reviews. And I must say, this place was great. I usually get my nails done in Geneva, but was looking for something a little closer to home. The store itself is very basic, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I got a basic no chip manicure. Price was average but for the work they did, it was worth every penny. I would HIGHLY recommend Oliver. He was very kind, helpful, and just the right amount of talkative. He did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning! read more

I was in here on Sunday and got a no chip manicure and a luxury pedicure. Total was like $63 and with tip I spent $80. I loved how my nails looked and the lady was very nice, but two days later one of my nails had the polish completely peel off. Then yesterday another nail came off. This is extremely frustrating because I spent so much money on them only for them to last a few days... read more

Never, ever again. I got a no chip color change and let me tell you I regret it. Not only do my nails look terrible with just about a million coats of paint on them, but they are not shaped whatsoever, there is paint all over the edges and the entire service was painful...a manicure should not be painful by any means. Oh yea and nothing says relaxing like watching the owner sit in a pedicure chair picking her nose. YUCK! Nothing like a waste of 2 hours....yes it took her two hours to take care of my color change. I will drive back to Chicago before I ever go there again! read more

Definitely a language barrier. They couldn't understand what we were trying to say or what we wanted. Neither me or my mom were happy with our full sets - big gaps between my actual nail bed and the acrylic, and her French tip ended up being half white on the entire nail. Paid an extra $5 for matte finish and it was not matte at all. They couldn't understand what we meant when we tried to get it fixed so we had to leave as is. All of their prices are listed as "$# and up" so they pretty much make up their own prices and overcharge. The place itself is not clean at all either and they reuse tools. Definitely will never go back and recommend nobody else does! read more

Did not enjoy this salon at all. There was fast service for a pedicure, but bad service. The nail tech kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure or have additional services when I said no a million times. Additionally, she decided to make fun of the way that I said "no thank you," which was uncalled for. Lastly, I'm sitting here waiting for my pedicure to dry and I see them place someone at the spot I was sitting in without even cleaning it... I went back to this place cause my friend had good service and her nails looked great, but the first time I came here they filed my nail down too much that it started bleeding.. would not recommend. read more
