And while larger and more modern salons can draw you in with their attractive looks and high tech equipment; this one delivers better service than most around. The technicians here are genuinely nice to everyone - not just the regulars. This isn't my usual spot but every time I do choose this salon for a manicure or pedicure I always leave completely satisfied. They are very accomodating to walk-ins and I've never had a long wait. They do very thorough work; checking as they go along and making each nail look uniform. I never get that "rushed thru" feeling and know they are doing a complete job. The entire salon treats each customer with warm care, not just the person working on your nails. When I visited today three different employees responded to me - one offered me water, another gave me a massage, and the last brushed oil on my nails while they dried. The tech that did my nails not only put my jacket on for me but pulled my hair out from the back and smiled at me saying to have a good day. I left with a fresh set of nails and in a great mood. This salon knows how to give you first class service. Definitely give them a try!

I developed a infecrion after having my nails done there and the owner did not accept any liability I had to see a doctor on my own dime & obtain a precription to clear up the infection. I expect some loyalty after more than two decades of being a Faithful customer there. I had been told by many that used to patronize this establishment after their bad experiences who went onto other local nail salons. I received friendly and impeccable service from Monday nail spa. I got the $45 pedicure and chose the massage over the callous treatment (callous treatment additional). Massage was amazing! Needed it, so glad they were able to take me on such short notice! Will definitely come again!

Ping and Michael are personable and mindful of quality. The salon was very clean and a pleasant environment - spa like. I think that's notable as most of the salons in the area do not meet this criteria. The pricing and options were also very clearly indicated. Pedicure was pretty and standard in price. Ever since the first time I went, Ping and Michael have remembered me by name! I always get a specialty pedicure (usually the Green Tea) because of bad calluses (I know-TMI) and they do an amazing job. Usually Michael does my pedicure but everyone there is great. One of my biggest pet peeves is people talking on their cell phones while getting my pedi. Since they have a loyal client base, this rarely happens and, for me, it makes all the difference!
