Before choosing Dr. Ashouri, I had consultations with four other 5-star-yelp-reviewed orthodontists, and she was the best one! She listened to my situation, properly assessed my situation, and had a very sensible treatment plan. Other orthodontists recommended a number of things that didn't seem appropriate for my case, like a dental split. Other orthodontists would get impatient when I asked questions because I have a lot of questions since I've done a lot of research and really want to understand the treatment plan and be sure it's right for me. Dr Ashouri was patient, and understood my case, and seemed to have good orthodontic intuition. I'm very grateful I found Dr Ashouri, as she had a good sense of what was going on with my teeth, and was very honest about knowns and unknowns, and patiently answered my questions. She was trained at UCSF, and is one of the rare board certified orthodontists in the area, meaning she has voluntarily completed additional training and continuing education courses. Her additional training shows in her practice. After my first year of invisalign with Dr. Ashouri, I have seen significant improvement in my bite. I'm going to be starting a refinement soon to complete the treatment. In the last month, Dr. Ashouri has tirelessly went back and forth with me on my refinement on all the detailed questions and requests that I had over email, updating my clinchecks and allowing me to review them. You can rely on on her to follow through and carefully consider everything that you have asked about and asked for, and understand the complexity of your case. The only challenge we faced is that since the pandemic, the new invisalign technicians handling my case weren't always doing what she asked for initially, but I still truly believe she did more than any other office would do and we're very close to arriving at very solid refinement through our iterations. Some offices would consider me to be a challenging patient because I'm very thorough, I do my research, and ask questions most patients don't ask. Dr. Ashouri has consistently responded kindly with a full consideration of all the facts, and a desire to get you the best outcome possible. If you make a good point, she will consider it. If there's a reason to go a different way, she will say why. She really is the best, and I'm so grateful for her kind consideration and patience. She also was very understanding during COVID19 and was willing to make special accommodations for my office visit because I live with someone who is at higher risk. I truly appreciate an office that can be understanding and accommodating to their patients and meet their varying needs, even after they've signed up. She will make sure that you are happy throughout your time as her patient, not just at the beginning when you sign up like some offices may feel like. Prior to seeing Dr. Ashouri, I had invisalign 10years ago with a dentist who said they could close spaces between my teeth easily-- I went along with it, not going to any other professional consultations and not doing any other research, and not even considering the difference between a dentist and an orthodontist. That was a huge mistake. After that 10yrs ago dentist and a 2yr treatment, I was left with an open bite on one side, my upper incisors were ridiculously retroclined, and my upper arch was moved back so much I couldn't easily bring my bite together. The problems from the first invisalign through the dentist are what compelled me to finally seek out a highly trained and experienced orthodontist 10 years later to fix those issues caused the first time. I highly suggest that if you pursue orthodontic treatment, you don't just go with the cheapest or the first person suggesting it. Go with someone who is highly trained and experienced and has proven results over time, and who seems to understand your situation. And someone who has a great bedside manner and is very patient and takes in all information, and has excellent intuition and logic. I wish I had seen Dr. Ashouri 10 years ago for my original orthodontic treatment, which would have saved me a lot of time, effort, and money. While Dr. Ashouri's price was slightly higher than other offices I saw, I still think if you're going going to go for it, go with the best person and you won't be sorry. After my first experience with someone else was botched 10 years ago, I was anxious about a new treatment, but I truly feel Dr. Ashouri was able to address all of my concerns and create an effective sensible treatment over time. When my colleagues and friends ask for an orthodontist, I know who to recommend! Feel free to see other 5-star orthodontists for consultations, and I think you'll come to the conclusion I did. Updating after 4 years..... My daughter is still not in braces, our ortho (who also put and removed braces on my son) said that she should still wait for another year. He said he doesn't want her to have braces for too long because her case is not bad. He also said that the longer you put braces on, it's easier to get cavities. Of course, the price is more expensive the longer the braces are on. So I am thankful that I didn't use this doctor and saved my money. Edit on December 2 I would give this place negative stars if I could. Here's my final verdict: for a small business, this is an incredibly well-marketed and operated place where every interaction with a patient is shared within the office in detail. Now, here's the thing: After posting my edit below on Nov 29, she emailed me the day after (Nov 30) saying why her quote was so much more than what I got form other Invisalign Preferred Elite places in the same neighborhood. She went on and on explaining why the higher cost is justified at her place (e.x. her being on the American Board of Orthodontic enables "the best way possible for long term stability"apparently). It was nice of her to explain why the cost was higher than other places. Okay, that's fine. BUT, after three days on December 2, she writes to my friend through whom I got my referral and details EVERY SINGLE PATIENT INTERACTION SHE HAD WITH ME in a lengthy 679-words email (because "[she didn't] didn't want [my friend] to hear only one side of the story and think that [she doesn't] appreciate [my friend's] referrals or that [she] didn't honor the promise [she] made to [my friend] about [his] referrals" -- direct quote), which of course my friend forwarded to me right after receiving it. She has no concept of patient privacy whatsoever -- I'm bringing this case to the American Board of Orthodontic and Invisalign for further actions. I will update this review as necessary. In the meantime, I highly advise everyone to stay away from this business. Y N's one star review below shares the exactly same sentiment with me -- this place rewards existing patients to write Yelp reviews and the 4.5 star rating is highly inflated. "I had done quite a bit of research for a good orthodontic office before I found Dr. Ashouri's. Before I found this lovely orthodontist office, I had met several ego-maniacs, and some scary ones. I was told by several other orthodontists that I could not have Invisalign (Invisaline) clear braces because of my overbite in addition to my crooked teeth. The best offer I received from another place was the inside braces (called lingual braces) - which cost A LOT and are not even very attractive. Dr. Ashouri's office is sooooooo friendly and bright that from the moment I walked in, I was already feeling comfortable. After meeting the staff and interacting with them and Dr. Ashouri, I knew I would be very happy at their office. Many other orthodontists I had visited previously, had staff who were dealing with me as a patient. At Dr. Ashouri's office, the doctor herself took me in, checked out my teeth AND answered ALL my many questions. She even offerred me Invisalign WITH rubber bands in order to fix my overbite without any metal in my mouth! At first, I was wondering if it would really work. Dr. Ashouri assurred me that if it doesn't she will put braces on me at NO additional charge. So, I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. I did have to wear my Invisaline aligners day and night (20 or more hours per day) along with the rubber bands. Dr. Ashouri completed my entire treatment in less than 15 months. She had originally given me an estimate of 15 to 18 months. I must say that repeatedly, I have been pleasantly surprised by this office, the doctor, and their staff. When I walk into the office, the staff know me by name and greet me warmly. I am not wearing clear retainers and will soon switch to night only wear. Truly, during my treatment, nobody noticed my invisalign trays at all. Friends would only see them after I told them about it! So, they really are invisible braces! Even tough I am very picky, once I came to this office, I knew that there won't be another that would even come close to the caliber and quality of this office, and I still think so after being treated by them! I have already referred several friends to this office, and I will continue to do so for as long as they are willing to take new patients! All my friends agree with my opinion and experience, and every one of them have started braces or invisalign and are looking great. If you are looking for an orthodontist in the Bay Area this is who you should be seeing. Dr. Ashouri and her staff are nothing short of amazing! I was in need of braces again! The ones I had in 6th grade didn't really fix the problem! I found Dr. Ashouri after doing a little research online and decided to call for a consultation. Right off the bat I knew that this was the woman I wanted for my teeth :) Dr. Ashouri really just laid out what my options were plain and simple along with setting expectations for my care. I really appreciated that. No messy ortho jargon - just plain English! 2 years later my teeth are feeling just wonderful and I went in for my last x-rays last week. One thing I had noticed was that my teeth were staining really bad and I wasn't sure why. I didn't think I was drinking more coffee, tea, wine than normal and thought maybe it had something to do with the cement that was on previously. The Dr. and her staff took my concern seriously and gave me some tips on what I should be doing better (i.e. - flossing more, investing in a better toothbrush like a sonic brush, etc.) However, they really went the extra mile when they cleaned off the stains for me!! WOW!! I didn't ask - they just did it because that's how they roll my friends. They want you to be happy and proud of those teeth and to tell them who fixed them for you! On a final note all the staff are amazing. Dr. Ashouri has really selected some caring, compassionate people to work with her. They are always smiling and make you feel really welcome. Dr. Ashouri and her staff ROCK!! They make orthodontia FUN. And I met my husband one month after getting my braces removed. Seriously. First of all, she is BOARD CERTIFIED. Not all doctors seek this certification, which requires clinical research and review by industry experts. She is ON TOP of the latest technology and advancements and imparts her knowledge to her peers and ensures that her patients get the latest and greatest care. In fact, my 'case' was tricky enough where she presented me as a case study for the board review. I was a willing specimen... The office space is welcoming with a large, central open space, natural light, comfy chairs and the latest seasonal decorations. Spring, autumn, halloween, Christmas, whatever ..they are on top of it. You can't miss their Halloween. And she rewards good patients (wear your bands and floss!!) with 'bracket bucks', which can be redeemed for movie tickets, etc. But back to teeth.....Dr. Ashouri was very clear about what to expect and told me exactly what to do to minimize my time (2 years and one month, I believe). I was SOOO happy with the results. I was a bit shy about smiling before and while I had braces but the moment they came off, I couldn't stop smiling. I got back to dating and BOOM..I met my husband within a week of getting back online to date. Now...I can't guarantee the same results, but it can't hurt!! read more

Dr. Ashouri and her staff are wonderful and amazing. I had braces 15+ years ago, but for the past 5-6 years I haven't been wearing my retainers, so whenever I do wear them they're so tight it's painful. Got a quote from my usual dentist for a replacement set - said they weren't covered by insurance (?!), so I looked around for highly rated orthodontists in the area and came across Dr. Ashouri. Got three quotes - one for just replacement retainers, one for Invisialign express to fix some of the movement that occurred due to my lack of diligence, and one for a full braces treatment. All 3 quotes were reasonable, but the Invisialign express was even less than the (uncovered) replacement set after insurance coverage. Might as well go with the Invisialign express! Dr. Ashouri also filed down a couple of my teeth so there's more space for them to move into place (very minor - cannot tell any difference visually, but I guess it's enough for the shifting to occur). The X-rays and photos for the Invisialign mold are done by C-Dental next door. It's a pretty long process so be prepared for that. Dr. Ashouri covers the full cost of it in her treatment quote! I thought Invisialign would be easy-peasy after wearing traditional metal braces (with rubber bands!) for 2-3 years as a teen, but they are still kinda annoying haha. On my third set (out of 5) now so we'll see how it goes. Really just needed new retainers so either way win/win for me :) Moral of my review: remember to wear your retainers consistently! read more

I've had metal braces twice before with another orthodontist in my teens, and relapsed twice after losing my retainers and my parents stubbornly not wanting to pay to replace them. When I went for a second time, they always referred to me as a "relapse patient" which I hated, and they always made me feel rushed when I visited. Now on my third time (I will have plenty of back up retainers this time!!), as an adult with my own means to pay for braces I decided to go with invisalign and Dr ashouri based on yelp reviews. She is very responsive and caring, as well as the rest of her staff. She takes the time to explain the process and address concerns, it's well worth what you pay here. The teeth scanning at the lab is right next door and scheduling at her office is really easy, they'll print reminder sheets for your next visit. I've had it for 10 months and I get my retainers in a few weeks.(8 months of lingers and 2 months of refinement aligners.) This whole process has been so much easier and less painful than traditional braces, I really wish this had been more easily accessible back when I was a teen! With traditional braces I had to deal with rubberbands, metal brackets snapping off, a neck brace at night, wax for the metal rubbing on your inner cheeks, and a really obvious metal bar retainer afterward. With invisalign I only had attachments and plastic trays, it's been so much easier! Dr Ashouri has been really great and she's very knowledgeable and has been able to straighten everything for me for a great smile. read more

I had been looking for an orthodontist to straighten my very crooked teeth and overbite for a while. Most dentists I saw turned me away and said that Invisalign won't work for me, but being a professional, I really didn't want to have braces again - even clear braces would have been showing somewhat. I found Dr. Ashouri's office through a good friend who had great things to say about the office. It turns out there are different levels of training and expertise with Invisalign, and Dr. Ashouri is within the top 5% of Invisalign braces providers. She has lots of experience and training. She assured me that my teeth can be aligned with Invisalign and then she did it! My teeth look great and feel great. I recommend their office to ANYONE without reservations for anyone who needs braces or Invisalign. I must say that not only am I happy with my teeth and my smile, I always loved going to their office since everyone is always so friendly and pleasant, and they always have fun contests and decorations. One of the nice things about having two false starts with other orthodontists is that it made the many merits of Dr. Ashouri's practice all the more appreciable. My case took me all the way through two jaw surgeries, a palatal expansion and 2 years of braces. Dr. Ashouri was with me through the entire process, giving good perspective on all the decision points and always available for the fine-tunings to keep things on track. The office itself naturally reflects the values and virtues of Dr. Ashouri's practice. There's a little spot for kids, fresh coffee right by the door, two massage chairs, and a lot of natural light. The skeptic could easily dismiss it as good interior design, but then you start talking to any member of the staff and you can tell they take a genuine interest in you as a person going through a tricky procedure, and that they do work together as a team, as a family. There's an element of joviality here, something that you find in the best of working environments. So 2 years later, having started with a ridiculous crossbite with one tooth crowded far behind the others, I'm now smiling pretty, having received top-notch orthodontic care from a practice that has indeed treated me like family through the entire process, made coming in for a visit more of a get-together than a chore, and whose expertise has made them the perfect partner on every aspect of the most complex medical procedure I've ever undergone. One subtlety you might appreciate is that the office complex itself smells of fresh cedar--something you'll notice as you wrap up your visits and step outside. I've also worked as the photographer for her annual Persian New Year party, where her gift for community-building is all the more apparent. I am very happy with the results. I went to at least 6 orthos who said I had to remove 4 teeth to create enough space to move my upper jaw back. I felt those answers were not very logical since I simply had two bottom teeth that were crowed creating the appearance of an overbite and overjet. So for years I avoided treatment. But Dr. Ashouri was the ONLY one who claimed to be a functional ortho, who also teaches. She said it could be fixed with elastic without taking teeth. She is though the second most expensive ortho. But I figure you might as well spend that money now than go to someone who takes out teeth making your mouth too small and creating breathing problems like it did for another friend who end up spending more on surgery years later so she can sleep. Also, my treatment had to be removed 1 year early because I was moving to another state so we were able to work out some fair financing. It still looked pretty good. Both my dad and I have used Dr. Ashouri, and have been completely satisfied with her services. I encountered her first in need of a new retainer. Having already had braces as a kid, years of sporadic wear of my first retainer (sorry mom and dad) had allowed my teeth to move enough that trying to wear the original was actually exasperating the misalignment. It was long past due for a replacement. Thankfully my best friend was able to refer to the office of Dr. Ashouri. After my first appointment Dr. Ashouri had the patience and demeanor of your favorite grade school teacher. She explained to me how my teeth had adjusted, and how I had gone from having a slight overbite as a kid to an underbite as an adult (oh cruel dental gods). She initially recommended I try out invisalign, but given that the majority of my time is spent outside of the area the regular appointment schedule needed was not going to work for me. Much to her credit she didn't try to upsell me when I asked for just a new retainer to keep my teeth from getting any worse. Her staff's customer service has also always been great when I interacted with them, and have been very thoughtful about sending reminders about scheduling a check up when I'm actually in CA rather than force me to pick a date far in advanced. Needless to say my satisfaction with Dr. Ashouri's office meant that I had no qualms referring her to my dad when he wanted to get an invisalign done. From the initial consultation to every few months of adjustments, me and my kids were treated with kindness and top notch professionalism. Dr. Ashouri is very meticulous and conscientious. Her assistants are knowledgeable in all aspects of orthodontics.. Patients comfort is their top priority. Dr. Ashouri and her staff takes in consideration our long drive and makes sure that my kids braces are comfortable before we leave. Very convenient to parents with kids at St Francis since the kids are able to walk to her office. I've read some of the other reviews and while I'm not an avid yelp reviewer I do feel that I'd add my experience to balance: I went to Dr. Ashouri on the recommendation of my cousin who was pretty appalled at the state of my teeth. I went to Dr. Ashouri needing help but not really knowing what help I needed. She saw me for free and recommended that a) I don't do orthodontic work due to the state of my teeth and b) to go see a dentist she highly recommended. A year and a half later, the issues in my teeth have all been resolved and my teeth are back to being healthy, even drawing surprise and delight from the dentist and her team. It's hard to fault anyone who will see you for free, give you a consultation that sends business away to someone else, and expect nothing in return except for perhaps healthy teeth. When I first walked into Dr. Ashouri's office, it is clear that quality of service and respect for the customer and personal integrity is the philosophy behind her office. The workers are all very professional and they seem to take a lot of pride in what they do. I can't speak to the prices as again, I never paid anything, but if the prices are higher, then it is for the quality. Remember those times you went to a cheap dentist and your teeth felt worse after than before? Ultimately when you get dental work you want it done right because you're generally not going to get a second chance: once they drill that tooth, it's not coming back. read more

I have had braces twice,yes once was not enough for this joyful experience and was so worried when my daughter had to go through this. Dr. Ashouri and her staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make the painful experience of orthodontic work actually enjoyable! Everyone in this clinic was so nice and friendly especially Arianna. She's really good! I'm currently on the 18th month of my treatment (metal braces) and so far I love how it improves my bite and TMJ pain (I think I have the worst (cross)bite due to a number of missing teeth since childhood). I believe Dr. Nahal Ashouri is one of the best Orthodontist in the bay area because of her professionalism and good bedside manner. For me she's very honest, will not promise you the result to be 100% perfect as you want it to be but she will do her BEST that she can to correct your bite and improve your smile. The 5 of us in our household are HUGE Dr. Ashouri FANS!!! Each and every one of us has had OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCES (2 people braces, 2 people Invisalign, all 5 of us have retainers, etc.) and SUCCESSFUL RESULTS. Dr. Ashouri is truly an expert if you are looking for using invisalign instead the traditional braces approach. I owe the yelp reviewers a lot of thanks for helping me find Dr. Ashouri on Yelp a few years ago, at that time the traditional orthodontists said my son's severe upper jaw overjet and crowded lower jaw makes him an unlikely candidate for invisalign and my son had to go through extracting four good adult teeth. Eight of my son's baby molars were ankylosis which caused him to have an open bite on both side of his mouth. We had seen many orthodontists in the bay area and most of them were not confident they could help him and others recommended some experimental approach. Finally, after 5 years of visiting so many experts in the field, one of the surgeons mentioned that if Dr. Ashouri accepts my son's case, he is willing to do the surgery. From the first visit, we felt we can trust her with our son. She is sharp, kind and very observant. She came up with three different detailed plans about how she will do her job. Our son has been her patient for the past 6 years and her knowledge, patience, positive attitude, and capabilities have paid off and without any extra surgery my son now has a normal and beautiful set of teeth and a fully developed jaw. I'm delighted I met Dr Ashouri. She has a lovely manner and all the staff at her clinic are a pleasure to deal with. I was getting some relatively minor work done but I had been told by another orthodontist that I was not a suitable candidate for Invisalign and that I would need to wear train tracks for 2 years to achieve the corrections I wanted. When Doctor Ashouri assessed me she explained that Invisalign would work for me and that treatment would take 9 - 12 months. In the end I was finished after 9 months and I'm really happy with the results. Dr Ashouri was available to deal with my queries at all times, and replied to emails and phone calls really quickly. Picking a right orthodontist is very tough!. We preferred to choose Dr. Ashouri after interviewing 4 to 5 orthodontists for my 8 year old Phase 1 treatment. The main confusion part is no two orthodontist suggested procedures were matching, Hence we considered the following points 1. Yelp reviews 2. Personal Initial consultation experience 3. Cost Not all Yelp 4 or 5 Star facilities were great!, I suggest you must meet in person and discuss the issue with the orthodontist. Cost varies by 25% for the same treatment. Dr.Ashouri team seems to have welcoming nature, kids friendly and honest. I am planning to update our experience through the course of the treatment/visits. Hope this should be a little bit of help to others. First, the invisalign treatment pushed my lower jaw much back than before, and it made my teeth much shorter than before. I am repentant about the treatment. Second, the office stuff is very rude. When I signed the contract with Dr Ashouri, she promised me to make my treatment in 3 stages: 8 months Invisalign, 6 months wire brace and then 8 months Invisalign. I had paid all the 3 stages when I signed the contract. But the invisalign treatment caused a breath problem on the first stage. Then we had to stopped on the first stage. After that I made veneers on my front teeth in another dentist office. That issue had been let Dr Ashouri know before we signed contract. But the veneers were bigger than my original teeth, then the invisalign could not be used for about one month. After that, Dr Ashouri ordered more invisalign to re-correct my teeth. Then office stuff sent me an email and said: " As a courtesy to you, Dr. Ashouri ordered these additional aligners for you to re-correct the alignment of your teeth. She paid out of her own pocket for the additional cost of these aligners, even though she had already corrected your teeth before!" Hello, Dr Ashouri's assistance France! Please be responsible for your above words . First, You should know that I had paid all the 3 treatment stages to you, but you worked on the first stage only and you will never work for the 2nd and 3rd stages . And Dr Ashouri will not return the 2 extra stages fee to me, although she has only worked on the first stage. In this case, you said it was a "courtesy" to me? Second, When the first time I saw Dr Ashouri, I have let her know that I would make veneers in the feture. She promised to make the final retainer after the veneers being done. During the treatment, the office stuff sent me emails to ask me to pay this or that, but I had paid all the package on the beginning. I am pretty much done with my Invisalign work with Dr Ashouri and her team. I rarely write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to given the amazing service she provided with her awesome team. I am a demanding customer in general and I have been impressed by her patience with me through the 18 months of the treatment. Before I went to Dr. Ashouri, I was about to get lingual braces because other Orthodontists had said no to Invisalign for my teeth. After learning about her from a friend, I thought I would try one more time; as the thought of lingual braces was very unappealing. Dr Ashouri was the answer to my prayers! She did what others said can't be done with Invisalign!! My teeth look great and I am very happy. There are so many reasons to go see Dr. Ashouri - She is within the top 5% of Invisalign providers in the entire country! A few of my friends have driven all the way from Sacramento to see her. The staff at the office are extremely friendly and make the whole process very smooth and comfortable. I've seen adults AND children in her office. Dr. Ashouri and her staff are the best! The office is always festively decorated making the whole experience very comforting. They even have massage chairs! The staff always seem happy to see you and are always so friendly. I've never had braces before so I was a little apprehensive about the whole process. Dr. Ashouri is very patient and really took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Ashouri is board certified (only the top 15% of orthodontics in the nation are) and she teaches at UCSF so you know that she is on the cutting edge of orthodontia. She charges very reasonable rates for such high quality of service and she also doesn't recommend treatment that you don't need. My decision criteria for picking Dr. Ashouri over 3 other orthodontists (all had good reviews on yelp) are as below: 1- Face time: Beware of some orthodontists who operate in a streamlined factory fashion! I remember this particular clinic where assistants asked me a bunch of questions, took my X-Rays etc, first. Then, the orthodontist stopped by for 5 mins and told the assistant a bunch of things that I did not understand at the time. Later on, I got an explanation from her assistant on what my treatmant was going to be, cost etc. Dr. Ashouri does the opposite. She takes time, listens, answers your questions patiently. She is online on gchat sometimes and responds to my emails within a couple of hours, if not within a couple of minutes. Summary: How much 1-on-1 time your orthodontist will spend with you throughout the treatment is important. 2- Treatment Proposal: Two of the four orthodontists proposed a one year treatment program. One of them told me they had to pull a tooth, the other one said, they had to file my bottom teeth. Neither of the options sounded good. Dr. Ashouri and the fourth orhto proposed a two year treatment with no pulling healthy tooth or filing. Although, it would take longer, I chose to go with this approach. 3- Personality and attitude: Dr. Ashouri and her assistants are very friendly. You definitely get that warm, family-owned business feel. She was far ahead of the competition in this aspect. 4- Cost: I had four quotes in hand. Dr. Ashouri was the most cost effective. Each time I get a new retainer, Dr. Ashouri looks to see if she can make a slight adjustment to a tooth to make it the overall results even straighter. I would like to recommend Dr. Ashouri for the excellent service and professionalism, particularly if you are a picky patient like me. I started my treatment approximately 3 years ago with a severe overbite. Although I had consulted with several orthodontists at the time, only Dr. Ashouri was confident that I could have a good outcome. Wearing braces is a long journey and it is especially painful at the beginning. Dr. Ashouri has always been incredibly patient with me, answering my questions and accommodating visits every time I called for an adjustment. Moreover, her team of orthodontic technicians is also very professional and has extremely good bedside manner. I want to especially thank Lily, as she is always very patient with me. As an adult patient, the treatment is rather hard in comparison to having it as a child, and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
