It feels like I hit upon a hidden gem! What I can rave about the most is their Crispy Spicy Fish, it is truly one of the best dishes along with their creamy curry sauce to dip. A perfect balance between sweet and spicy, their curry for both the fish and their Roti is fantastic. Their Papaya Salad was refreshing and their drunken noodles were my second favorite. Overall, 9/10.

Love coming here for their lunch special, but today decided to come in for their dinner. This Thai restaurant sever authentic Thai food. They have may different dishes but alway full of flavors and spice. Me and my family shared a wide variety of dishes. You chooses the meal and then u get to choose the protein. Chicken, shrimp, beef, or tofu. We went during peak dinner time and the restraint was full with people. The service was still great and the food came out at a reasonable time. This restaurant is family owned and really provides a homey atmosphere while eating. Everything is supper authentic and amazing.

Just wanna start off by saying taking account into everything it truly is a five star but just based on food it's a four star. Started off very strong with great service by the single gentlemen running the floor. We got the roti, papaya and tom yum soup to start and it was all perfect. However, the papaya salad could use a little bit more shrimp paste and more of that funk too it. We then got the drunken noodles with beef, which was so flavorful and tender in terms of the noodles and meat and the barbecue chicken which paired well with the sauce they provided. The Thai tea was also one of the best restaurant Thai teas I've had. Definitely a gem in the sugarland area.

come support this family owned place :) weve been coming here for so long and its always been amazing. we especially love the tom yum soup, crying tiger, red curry, and thai tea. the stir fry entrees arent as good; i wouldnt recommend them. service can be a bit slow sometimes. our favorite thing about naha is that theyre actually spicy since we usually find thai places too sweet.

Drunken noodles with chicken

There was a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for uber eats and I took advantage of it as finals season was occurring. I ordered from Naha Thai in sugar land, which had a bogo deal for their drunken noodles. I got it with chicken and medium spice. The containers didn't look too big but when I opened the lid I saw that they were loaded to the brim. They also put in sooo much chicken so this is worth it for the protein alone if you prioritize that. I turned these two take out containers into 4 meals. The only thing I was left dissatisfied about was that there was not a single hint of spice at all, I would definitely go spicy or even super spicy level

Come give this place some love!! This is a great thai spot that is super reasonably priced! Food is excellent too! Whenever I go to a thai place I always have to get the panang curry, and this place did not disappoint. I got medium spice and it had a good kick to it. The portion sizes are big - the curry itself was full of chicken and had a good bit of bell peppers in there. For some reason this place was almost empty when I came in on a tuesday night. A handful of people were doing takeout only, but I think this place deserves more in-person love! I will definitely be spreading the word about this place and hope to come back someday

Red curry w/ beef (lunch portion)

The best thai restaurant I've been to! The lunch deal at this place (ends at 3:00 PM) is unbeatable, you get a salad (the peanut sauce dressing is so good), an egg roll, and an entree for just $10! I recently went for dinner and I was still pleased with the value. The lunch portion size for their curry fills me up, but the amount you receive at dinner for an additional $5 is more than enough to justify the price increase. The food itself is very good, I tried some of my friends' entrees like the drunken noodles, thai basil fried rice, and crying tiger, and everything was SOOO good. I regularly get the beef red curry or pineapple curry, but after trying my friend's panang curry, that may become my new go to! All of their curries are on the thinner side except for the panang curry (I prefer the slightly thicker consistency). The spicy fish is also SO good! Very crispy. I would also recommend the roti with yellow curry lunch special. The service is 10/10, everyone is so friendly and attentive! I was in a party of around 20 people last night without a reservation, and they were very accommodating and everyone loved their food. Of course, we left a hefty tip! This is a great place to dine with friends who are partaking in Ramadan, they have extended hours (close at 10PM) and their meat is halal!

I sat on the patio since it was such a beautiful day, and the atmosphere was really nice. I ordered the tom yum soup and the fried veggie rolls. The tom yum was delicious and the portion was huge I couldn't even finish the bowl. The veggie rolls were the only thing I was a little disappointed with because the filling was pretty mushy after taking a bite. Customer service was great, though, and I also have to mention the table next to me ordered a few shareable appetizers that looked amazing and instantly made me want to come back just to try those. Overall, it's a really cute spot inside with a great vibe, food was great and so many options to choose from I'd definitely give it another try.

There is street parking, but odds are you'll need to go into the free garage which is steps away from the restaurant. Free parking and great food makes the burbs my favorite place to go. Reservation options weren't available online but I imagine you can probably call ahead if need be. We came at dinner time on a Friday night and were able to get a table right away in their spacious patio. The restaurant itself is very nice inside and out and has a high end feel to it. Customer service was straight business but still ok. Between my friends and I, we saw stuff on social media and online to have a pretty good idea of what to get. I started off with a Thai beer called Singha which was nice and refreshing. My friends got different cocktails and enjoyed them, especially the lychee martini. For the table, we started off with the popular Heaven Beef. It was marinated, fried beef with sticky rice. This was indeed heavenly. The little strips of beef were so flavorful on it's own, but the sauces they provided gave it some heat plus an added layer of flavor. For entrees, we went family style and got a few different items. We saw a nearby table get the chef's special Bone-In Ribeye. It looked like a mini tomahawk but was still a generous portion. It was MKT priced which ended up being close to 90 bucks. This steak was amazing, but we felt it was a bit overpriced. For a curry dish, we went with the Panang Curry with chicken. This dish was so good. We got everything at pretty high spice levels which was the way to go. For a rice dish, we got the Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice. They know how to do fried rice here. The shrimp in it was large and plentiful. The garlic flavor was definitely there but not overpowering. For a noodle dish, we got the Pad See Ew with shrimp. Another hit. All the portions were generous. I usually never leave a Thai spot with mango sticky rice, but no room this trip. Overall, Thai Thumbz has made it high on my favorite Thai restaurants in the Greater Houston area. I will most definitely be back.

Final impression: Food was delicious, flavorful, and portion size very generous. My husband and I really enjoyed The Nines. Yes, the first time we came the place was bustling and food took quite a long time to come out. However, they brought us water even though we were just taking to-go, that was very kind of them. Once we got home, the food was delicious! We were both impressed by how much veggies and meat were in our dishes. My green curry wasn't mostly curry but it was FULL of chicken, peppers, and bamboo. I wasn't just scooping plain curry at the end. This is such a different experience than most places. A few weeks later we came back with some friends and were not disappointed. My friend's 7 year old got a pad see ew by himself and it seriously looked like he hadn't eaten at all at the end of the (that's how big the portions were). My friend only ate half of his food too and said he didn't realize how generous the portions were. We all enjoyed our food and left satisfied. Yum! Highly recommend!

Service is with lots of patience, recommendation for customer without judging, and very kind though my feedback is based on slow customers volume day. Food: Roti - 10/10 it's delicious, the best we had compared to other places. Crispy roti and yummy sweet coconut yellow curry is a good appetizer to start your Thai food journey Basil Thai fried rice with chicken - 9/10, the taste is on the sweeter side and a tad oily for my taste. However, still pretty legit. Add on citrus to cut down the sweetness and will be delicious. Or eating with fermented radish will complement this dish. Khao soi braised beef - 10/10, this dish grew on you. It comes with 2 noodles texture - crispy and yellow egg noodle, braised beef is good quality tender beef, kinda like from beef stew, spicy curry sauce taste on point and made you crave for more. We did the chicken pad thai (no spice because I'm weak) and panang curry with chicken (default medium spicy). We also ordered a fresh limemade. For the lunch portions, they are still extremely filling and leave you stuffed! The pad thai with chicken had the perfect flavor (not too sour or sweet) and even with no spice, it did not come at the expense of flavor. The panang curry was served with rice in the shape of a heart (so cute) and had great flavor! The default medium spicy has a perfect amount of kick to it (too spicy for me, but my boyfriend loved it). We were also given a chili sauce on the side that the server recommended. A few drops was soo spicy but the good kind! The flavor was amazing paired with the curry.
