This was not a particularly easy job since our heater was a small system (~32 gal.) in the storage area of a converted attic room. Ray did a fantastic job, he explained everything he was going to do, and did it really well, and was friendly throughout. I recommend them (him) highly and without reservation. I'll also comment that we've had Miller's come out to do some electrical work and to clean out our septic tanks and were just as happy with their work.

Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

Friday, Dec 23rd, our main thermostat went dark. Outside temperature had been in the low 20s all…read moreday and forecast more of the same for Christmas weekend. No heat, no nothing. Of course, it was 5 PM and Ryman's had just closed. But they continue to monitor the phone for emergencies such as ours. Within minutes, I had a return call and Eric would show up the same evening. I had been hoping at best for Saturday. Eric arrived, checked the thermostat and disappeared under the house. Within 15-20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, (tripped breaker located in a sub-panel under the house & slightly loose wire made worse by the extreme cold), fixed it and heat was back on by 8 PM! Amazing. Thank you Ryman's! (We have been using Ryman's since 2018 and have never been disappointed.)

I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money.
