Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected better than this. Thanks, Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

I'm so glad I did because not only did Jason offer expertise to us two kitchen-renovation newbies, he also offered patience and care at every step of the way. Any time we encountered a difficult mess-up due to another supplier, which are almost unavoidable in these projects, Jason was readily available to help and problem-solve. Honest, effective, clear communication with deep expertise and a true heart for customer service! I've recommended Jason's services to friends already, and I've even tried to convince friends NOT looking to re-do their kitchen to re-do them through Jason. Don't wait!

The new cabinets & granite countertop are beautiful and I am just so relieved and happy I initiated this project, that Jason was a part of it and it's done exactly how I imagined. He gave my fairly small project as much attention I imagine as the much larger ones they do and I really hope he's available when I have a much larger project I'm thinking about. Since…read moreI was keeping all my original fixtures (bathtub, sink, toilet) my main concern was they wouldn't be scratched or harmed in any way. Fred had to remove the old wall tiles, sheetrock and marble flooring before laying new glass tiles and ceramic flooring. My fixtures were unscratched. Their work was perfect. Then after this perfect job was finished, we had a leak coming from the shower body behind the newly tiled wall. Fred came back and worked with the plumber to remove four glass tiles in the wall so the problem could be fixed. Then he replaced the tiles so miraculously, one cannot tell which tiles were replaced. Aside from his superior craftsmanship, Fred is responsive and communicative. He and his crew were neat, punctual and completed the job on time, without added expense. To book Fred, you need to set up with him four to six months in advance. He's in high demand.

Some how, through the miracle of internet search, I found Tamas and ProWood. We hired Tamas to design, engineer, build, and install the paneled entrance to our dining room, the paneling along one wall, and the built-in bookcases along the other wall. Throughout the process, Tamas was incredibly patient with our decision making, giving us sketches to confirm his understanding of what we wanted and then CAD print outs showing us exactly how it would look once it was built. As homeowners without an interior design background, this was incredibly helpful. While his team does the actual installation, Tamas visits the job site frequently to ensure that everything is being done as discussed. Tamas is in great demand, and we had to wait in line to get our project done, but it was worth it, as it is very hard to find such meticulous craftsmanship. Plus, Tamas is just a delight to work with on projects. I would highly recommend ProWood.
