Property management was rude to tenants, slow to respond to or solve issues and consistently violated tenancy laws including after I moved out when they kept my deposit beyond the legally required 21 day return.

She constantly dodges responsibility and points to the HOA board whenever a real issue comes up. It feels like she's more focused on avoiding problems than solving them. I've tried to be patient, but I keep hitting the same wall.The communication is cold, and sometimes even rude. I've received incorrect information just to move the conversation along. That's not just unprofessional, it's careless. And when I've raised concerns, they've been brushed off like they weren't important. I don't know if this is how the whole company operates or if it's just her, but either way, it leaves a lot to be desired. When someone is the face of the company, professionalism and basic customer service should be non-negotiable. Sadly, that has not been my experience.
