Stopped in for lunch the other day while in the office. I know there's a lot of other lunch choices in the area, but love that this is in the lobby of the Wintrust building and I didn't need to go outside. The service is quick, when I stopped in at 11:30a there was no one else in there. So zero wait! The staff is nice and very quick. They have a new sauce they are promoting, so the lady behind the glass gave us a little sample. There are ample tables but we opted to take our bowls back to the office. Ok I love Naf Naf. I have tried probably all of their locations and the quality and flavor just hit every single time. Their spicy hummus bowl is so beyond delicious. The falafel adds the perfect crunch and flavor, combine that with all the pickled goodies and veggies with tahini, the new moroccan sauce and harissa, omg. You have the perfect bowl with incredibly flavorful bites. My husband loves getting the chicken shawarma hummus bowl or plate. I love that it comes with a side pita that is always perfectly soft and toasted. The naf naf fries if you're feeling indulgent add the perfect crisp to the bowls. Naf Naf Grill is awesome! I love coming here on my lunch breaks when I'm working in the office. Their steak is good but my personal favorite food item is their falafel- specifically their falafel pita sandwich. Service is good as the food is always ready and on time for when you order it. There is plenty of seating inside if you'd prefer to eat there, overall a place to get a cheaper, healthier lunch downtown - I'd recommend Naf Naf if you're feeling Mediterranean food. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this location! I called in a catering order for our firm for 30 people and by accident placed the order for 2/15 instead of 2/8... so you can imagine my distress when I realized at 11:45am on 2/8 that the confirmation email said 2/15 and not 2/8! Anyway; I frantically call the place and RICARDO SAVED THE DAY. He said I'll make it happen, and by 1:15PM he made enough food for 30! I truly did not expect this miracle. He did say we cannot deliver but I mean I was NOT about to get picky. Two coworkers went and picked up and I was not overthrown by the masses of hungry coworkers in the office. Although they were upset it wasn't brought in at noon. Better late than never right? So today on 2/14 the manager, Mario calls me to confirm the order and I remember I must sing my praises to this location! Because truly, the food was perfectly cooked and everyone loves NAF NAF. Moral of the story: I'll TRIPLE CHECK THE DELIVER DATES in the future and triple the falafel order so people at the firm are happy. read more

During a city meeting, a group of colleagues and I found ourselves at Naf Naf Grill for lunch. I'd never been, but was really excited to give it a try. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with not only the food, but the customer experience. The folks working the counter were very helpful and pleasant, and took care in how they were plating and serving the food. I loved the variety of sauces to choose and that they welcomed adding in more or sides of sauce. While I understand supply chain shortages in this world we now live in, I had to dock a star because our entire party wasn't able to order pitas - they were completely out of them, and the lunch hour had just started - such a bummer! read more

Brand New Location Colin soo on S Laselle !!!!!! They have a opening promo going on where you get free lunch as part of training event something Who says NO to free lunch that too it's Naf Naf. This place is all packed with all Naf lovers excited about the new location. As I was the first amongst the few who were standing in the line to enter the location I didn't have to wait long. This space is really small so dine in won't be your best option if you want too and are in groups. The Naf Crew in this location are under some sort of training so you could feel little bit is tension around but that's totally understandable. Service is really good and welcoming. I got chicken shawarma hummus bowl and Naf Fries. Fries aren't crunchy as expected but the rest of the food as usual is really good, Pita as soft as always(My favorite). No complaints !! A big shout out....Congratulations Team Naf Naf on your grand opening and wish you good luck. Note: You got free food on 08/26 too as part of the grand opening ceremony. Rudest manager and staff. It was our first time dining there and my family of 6 was trying to figure out the menu. There were no other customers there at the time. Instead of explaining the menu, the manager barked at us that we started on the wrong side of the line. Another worker ordered us to get back from the glass partition. When I suggested that she should be kinder and say *please*, she replied that if we didn't back up she wouldn't serve us. We left. I've been a restaurant owner for 20 years. I've tried them 3 times and the food wasn't that great. I had the bowl twice and their falafels on the third try they were hard like a jaw breaker. Even though they are convenient I still just go to Mezza's and get a great lunch. I won't be going back anytime soon... read more

First time going to the Naf Naf location at 231 S Lasalle. We usually go to the location on S. Wabash but the new location is way closer. Little did I know the new location does not take cash. Now I've heard of cash ONLY places but never NO cash places. When I got to the cash register myself and another co-worker were attempting to pay with cash but we were both told (by who I assume is the manager) that it is a no cash business. However, he took the cash but acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience and we were somehow putting him out. He told both of us he would take cash "this time" but it is no cash in the future. Hey, thanks and don't worry about it, we won't be back. I don't need to be chastised for attempting to pay for my food with cash. read more

Fresh, tasty middle eastern food! I ordered a bowl with rice and chicken shawarma, with all the fix'ins, including a pita; easily a meal for two lunches. There's even a bakery on site where you can watch the fresh pitas being made. Note, there are very few tables so more of a carry out joint. Update to previous review. It was no more than right to come back and give an update. I gave naf naf another try. This time I ordered the couscous bowl a side of the naf naf fries and the falafel pack. I must say this time you could taste all of the ingredients and the fries this time were like advertised on the website they were perfect like I had originally anticipated. Great taste they had just come up fresh. The last time I went the cook apparently kept them in too long because they were literally potato chips and I was very disappointed. Heck the whole meal that day was disappointing you couldn't taste nothing but the chicken and the pita. Might I add the pita today was very very fresh and good. Thanks customer support for reaching out (wasn't expecting that)and asking to give the restaurant another try. Normally when im done im done.the only reason why the 5th star was missing was because I placed an online order and asked for sauce on the side and they put the sauce on it. I like to put light tahini and garlic. I was able to scrape most of it off and save a little for the falafel because the 4 pack didn't come with tahini. I did not take off for no utensils or napkins because I am not sure if there was somewhere for me to grab them myself or not I didn't pay attention so just make sure to keep that in mind either check your bag or look and see if there is somewhere to grab them so that was my fault. Overall I am satisfied. I will visit again in the near future. Today's meal would have definitely been worth the price I paid last visit. read more
