These people only treat you with respect and dignity if there aren't any financial issues and/or you don't owe them any money. God forbid a person should fall on hard times, or there's an insurance issue, then this establishment starts showing who they REALLY are, really fast. And what they are, are a pack of amoral, apathetic, inhumane, reprehensible, insensitive people who ultimately don't and won't care about your dental health problems regardless of how severe it is! Especially this location. They will tell you, you will not be seen regardless of how much pain you're in or the severity of an infection, and when you double check to confirm that was in fact what was actually said the secretary and office manager will gleefully say and I quote "yes!" This franchise especially the owner has made a disturbing 180 from what they stood for years ago, which was always putting the clients and their health first. They used to have top quality wonderful office staff who genuinely cared about each individual. Now that concept is so far removed from what this place has become and the kind of people/ office staff they have working in various locations now, it's nothing more than a distant memory. Bottom line, you're ultimately nothing more than a walking dollar sign and the more money you have the nicer they become and treat you with the utmost respect. Start owing them despite whatever the situation may be, the office staff especially the owner has absolutely nothing to say or do with you. You're LITERALLY not worth it.

Unfortunately my body rejected the implant, and the implanted tooth needed to be removed (It's extremely rare, but it does happen). We figured this out after two weeks of excruciating pain. This week I went back to have the implant done again. Dr. Sutter tried a new type of metal on the tooth, and it looks like it worked. I am writing this to show what kind of dentist Dr. Sutter is. The implant reject it was no fault of the doctor . Occasionally people have allergies and you don't know it until you try. He is the ultimate professional. The delay appears to be related to issues with submitting the necessary documentation to my insurance company for approval. Over the past two weeks, I have repeatedly had to contact both the office and my insurance company to follow up on the status of my authorization. I was repeatedly told that documentation had been submitted, yet my insurance company had no record of receiving the required paperwork. As the patient, I found myself acting as the middleman between the office and the insurance company just to try to move the process forward. I also spoke directly with Dr. Gekht regarding these ongoing issues. I was disappointed to learn that the matter would not be reviewed until Monday, June 15, due to office scheduling. Meanwhile, I have continued to deal with unresolved dental pain. Based on my experience, communication, follow-through, and coordination with insurance have been extremely poor. Patients should not have to spend weeks chasing answers, coordinating between an office and their insurance company, and advocating for care while suffering in pain.
