I first went to see Dr. Ienna about a year ago when my dentist recommended him for a gum graft procedure due to a severely receding gum line on a couple of teeth. Dr. Ienna agreed with my dentist and recommended the gum graft procedure be done sooner than later. I had to delay the procedure for a few months due to other reasons but finally scheduled to get it done in December. Although a gum graft isn't the greatest procedure in the world, I don't think I could have had a better periodontist for the job. Dr. Ienna not only has an incredible surgical hand but also fantastic bedside manner. I was awake for the entire surgery (2 hours including the numbing process), but Dr. Ienna was constantly checking in to ask for a thumbs up if everything was ok. The nurse who worked with him on the procedure was also really warm, professional, and reassuring (she had the procedure done twice herself and was able to answer every question I had for her). The real kicker? Not only did he give out his cell number for emergencies, but he also called me from that cell number later that evening and left a very kind voicemail to make sure everything was ok and to remind me of a few important post-op instructions. With it now being a little over a month after the procedure, I've had 3 additional checkups with Dr. Ienna and I can honestly say that the results have been worth the surgery and the post-op discomfort (about 4 days of soreness and 2-3 weeks of adjusted lifestyle). The gum line looks brand new!! Dr. Ienna did a remarkable job and the results have completely exceeded my expectations. Aside from Dr. Ienna himself, his entire staff (especially the nurses) is incredibly warm (except for one receptionist who really doesn't seem to like her job much). The waiting area is small but comfortable, and the procedure rooms are the same. They also have a TV in each room, which is a nice distraction during surgery (although I was ironically watching Food Network... looking at all the things I knew I wouldn't be able to eat for a few weeks). Bottom line? Periodontal surgery isn't fun, but if I ever need it again, I'm absolutely returning to Dr. Ienna. Thank you so much for your amazing work and, just as importantly, how much you care about your patients!

There is a comfortable waiting area that seats 8 people. The exam rooms are well lit, clean, smell lovely and all have TV's in them, which is a nice amenity to have while some one is digging around in your mouth for an hour or two. Dr Ienna himself, is very intelligent and has a vast working knowledge of dentistry and periodontics. He is gentle, precise and keeps the lines of communication wide open. During my gum graft surgery, he would talk to me through the procedure, constantly asking me if I was okay. He has a great surgical hand and I would recommend him to anyone whom needs periodontic work.

I decided to take the big step with Clocktower Dental and get my teeth done and of course like…read moreanyone taking such a big step, I was excited to say the least but wow what a big mistake it was going to ClockTower Dental!! It's been the worst experience of my life!! From the moment I woke up after surgery. When I first saw my face I couldn't believe the horse teeth they put in my mouth. My wife was crying from how horrible I looked with the new teeth in. But they assured us that they would look better once the swelling went down, and I'm sure you can guess that it didn't get better, days later the surgent got a look at my face with these teeth in and he instantly said these have to be changed, There way too big for your face. But Doctor Kelley decided to only change the tops and leave the flared out bottoms in. Weeks later a piece broke while I was sleeping cause the bottom teeth flared out so bad. So I had to go there for Doctor Kelley to glue the piece back on. I'm walking around looking like a hillbilly with $25,000 broken teeth after just a few weeks. Instead of replacing the bottoms he continues to glue the piece back on or should I say his assistant continues to reglue the piece back on. Now it's to the point this man is asking me for $450 to put a drop of glue on my teeth. Like WOW!! I paid $25K for horrible service and now he wants more. I can't take it anymore people have to be told about this place and what they're doing. They are so nice when you first go there, but they'll sell you a dream believe me. Once they got your money watch out. I suggest everyone shop around and really do your research. I would hate for Clocktower Dental to Rob anymore hard working Americans. His secretary called me and said yes you can come in tomorrow but it's gonna be $450, I'm like wow! So I asked her if she can just forward my message to DR.Kelley and she said yea I'll call u back once I speak to him. Yea that was weeks ago and I never got a message back. So yea Dr.Kelley obviously don't have heart or care that his client has to walk around like a hillbilly during the holidays.
