I decided to take the big step with Clocktower Dental and get my teeth done and of course like anyone taking such a big step, I was excited to say the least but wow what a big mistake it was going to ClockTower Dental!! It's been the worst experience of my life!! From the moment I woke up after surgery. When I first saw my face I couldn't believe the horse teeth they put in my mouth. My wife was crying from how horrible I looked with the new teeth in. But they assured us that they would look better once the swelling went down, and I'm sure you can guess that it didn't get better, days later the surgent got a look at my face with these teeth in and he instantly said these have to be changed, There way too big for your face. But Doctor Kelley decided to only change the tops and leave the flared out bottoms in. Weeks later a piece broke while I was sleeping cause the bottom teeth flared out so bad. So I had to go there for Doctor Kelley to glue the piece back on. I'm walking around looking like a hillbilly with $25,000 broken teeth after just a few weeks. Instead of replacing the bottoms he continues to glue the piece back on or should I say his assistant continues to reglue the piece back on. Now it's to the point this man is asking me for $450 to put a drop of glue on my teeth. Like WOW!! I paid $25K for horrible service and now he wants more. I can't take it anymore people have to be told about this place and what they're doing. They are so nice when you first go there, but they'll sell you a dream believe me. Once they got your money watch out. I suggest everyone shop around and really do your research. I would hate for Clocktower Dental to Rob anymore hard working Americans. (Additional Comment) I work for the NYC and I was recently assaulted at work so knowing the outrageous price Dr.Kelley wants to charge me for a drop of glue, I said to myself let me email DR.Kelley explaining to him what happened and provide him with the police report & hospital discharge paperwork so maybe he can have a heart and help a $25,000 customer out. His secretary called me and said yes you can come in tomorrow but it's gonna be $450, I'm like wow! So I asked her if she can just forward my message to DR.Kelley and she said yea I'll call u back once I speak to him. Yea that was weeks ago and I never got a message back. So yea Dr.Kelley obviously don't have heart or care that his client has to walk around like a hillbilly during the holidays. I have been going to doctor rayhan for about nine years now. I have been in MANY dental chairs throughout my life.I can honestly say personally speaking , number one , never ever met a more gentle , caring about his patients human being .I was so afraid of dentists and so have had many different issues.EVERY time I het work done I have such minimal pain from start ro finish.I am no longer afraid because I have the best most compassionate dentist I have ever met .I love Dr Rayhan. Truly .He has fixed my teeth and by doing made my quality of life so much better many times over.I not only recommend him .I truly love and repect and TRUST HIM ! My experience with Clock Tower has always been nothing less than awesome! I have had 5 dental implants done by Dr. Kelley, Dr. Nejat, and Dr. Rayhan and have had no problems and only a great experience. They take the time to go through every step thoroughly with you and what the best approach for your situation is. I highly recommend all of these dental surgeons and look no further. This USED to be a great wonderful practice. However since beginning of 2017 the practice has CHANGED. All the old staff has been let go. The current staff is a younger, less caring less attentive staff unless you are spanish. The idea is... if you do not speak English, have little to no insurance, have Medicaid ...this is the place to go. Personally, I believe the old staff was purposely fired in order to bring in a cheaper staff who cares less about the patients and more about bringing in a bi lingual Medicaid monied insuranced person. read more

I have been going to Doctor Rayhan @ clocktower dental for at least 7 years now and I can easily and honestly from the bottom of my heart say that he is the best dentist I have ever had in my entire life and I've been around for a while. I don't know what happened with the people on here if they gave a not great review ,but from my personal opinion I would have to say it's them and this office.. Sometimes people get annoyed because they don't want to spend money but if they took care of their teeth they wouldn't have to spend that much money like I said I have been with him for 7 years and he has been nothing but absolutely kind and fair and done an amazing amazing job no matter what it was that I got done as well as I literally never leave his chair and have been in pain yet not even once I've been afraid to go to the dentist since I was a little kid And I lost a lot of my teeth because of it and doctor rayhan changed my life so I really don't want to hear what anyone has to say as far as anything but good with him .They're CLEAN , PROFFESIONAL, FAIR , and SKILLED AF. Dr Kelley is best! I'm super scared if dentists but between his confidence and kind staff there is no way to be afraid! The office is so cute with nice TV and an area for kids. What I was told by another doctor would be a root canal he was able to do a filling. I did not feel a thing! They are the best! read more

Update *** I changed the rating from two stars to one star only because I could I've them negative stars. After my initial review the dentist desperately begged me to take down my negative review because the boss (Rahman) would give her problems since she is the dentist who worked on both my wife and I. She said the boss would make it right. I don't know how he made it right because our phone call consisted of him being arrogant and condescending. He was completely insincere with his apologies. Now we find out they billed my insurance on a service they could not even complete. I wouldn't hire them to shine my shoes. *** I chose this place for two reasons. 1, they "claimed" their office takes my insurance and 2, they had decent reviews. I went for a routine cleaning and never had a single complaint or cavity in my ENTIRE life regarding my teeth. The hygienist did a very good thorough cleaning. However, after doing regular X rays, they claimed I MUST do the Panoramic X ray because they "had concerns". They said the pano X ray wasn't covered and I would have to pay $75 out of pocket. With their overwhelming pressure and scare tactic they use, I agreed. They did this to my wife also on her first visit a few weeks after mine. She also got charged $75. During her visit, they said she need to get an "apico" (not sure if that is the correct term). They told her that it was not covered and she would have to pay $1200 our of pocket. I was told I'd need to pay $375 per wisdom teeth that they wanted to remove. I have no complaints or pain regarding my wisdom teeth. I said no. Long story short my wife was suspicious to how they claim to take our insurance yet nothing seems to be covered. The fact of the matter is, they are very misleading in their billing. The panoramic x ray was 100% covered by my insurance however, since they did both a regular X ray and panoramic x ray on the same day the insurance will only pay for one. They lied saying it wasn't covered at all when they should have been honest and explained the facts. Regarding my wife's procedure, the entire procedure was covered $1200 by my insurance however these people didn't mention a small detail, THEIR ORAL SURGEON IS OIT OF NETWORK! Anyone with a brain would realize that would be a pretty important detail to mention. Rather than say it's not covered by your insurance (which was a lie), they just had to say OUR SURGEON DOESN'T ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE. Had my wife fell for their scare tactics and scams, we would have been out another $1200 on top of the $150 they got out of us already. When I brought all this up to EMILY, who somehow is responsible for billing, she began to talk nasty with a disgusting attitude like I'm the one at fault. She was a very rude and combative person who talks with an attitude but doesn't seem to want to do her job. She is not fit to be dealing with customers. read more

Went in for a check up in February right away they force you to get these special treatments that are not nessasary. After my first appointment they said I need to make a second appointment for my cavity treatment. As I made my appointment they kept calling to reschedule. It's now almost June and they'd have canceled my appointment 5 times. I always request a latest availability and clearly they clearly don't to book late appointments. My name is Lillian and many of you may know me from working at the CVS on franklin Avenue in Franklin Square for 7 years as the beauty manager I am HERE giving this review to my dentist Dr.Rayhan. has been nothing but AMAZINGLY FAIR with me. When I 1st went in there 4 years ago my teeth were an absolute disaster area he not only made me whole again to where I could lift my head up and look people in the eye again but he lifted my spirit when he knew it wasn't easy for me and he helped me absolutely as much as he could when in reality he didn't have to help me at all he could have told me to just go somewhere else... He again has helped me many many times since then and I will never ever allow anyone on here anywhere to give him anything but 5 stars because no matter what he is always MORE than fair.. He went to school to become a dentist and that's what you're paying him for because you can't do-it-yourself and you don't have the knowledge that he has as far as people who can't pay or have trouble like I said he is more than willing to work with people the best that he possibly can so I will not accept this other review on here that is stating that somehow he is money hungry I am here to tell you myself that I will stand in a court of law with my hand on The Bible and say that is never ever ever the impression I have ever gotten in that office from any of the people who work there including Maria who does the bill the billing who always works with me and helps me the best that she can in a very kind and compassionate way.. Luckily until recently, I never needed to visit many dentists for other than twice a year cleanings, but this group has the bedside manner, latest technology, and care for their patients than any other location I've been too! Started coming here this September with dr. Orza. She seemed nice. I had a lot of cavities that she filled. Only have of them were done well. The other half I've had problems with including not being able to chew on one side for the past 6 months and sensitivity to cold on the other side. Obviously it's been very hard to eat. Dr. Orza is no longer there of which I wonder why? Apparently it's normal for a dentist to hit nerves or for them to become sensitive but I've never had a problem in the past with getting work done. Dr. Rayhan took over, redid the cavities with temporary fillings and then replaced the fillings again. Still in pain, I now have to get a root canal that of which I have to pay out of pocket. Dr. rayhan helped fix whatever dr. Orza did to half my teeth but I'm wondering if I went to a different doctor originally I wouldn't have the same problems. $1500 is a lot to pay alone. read more
