I didn't mention this in my first review, but now I'm going to: when I pointed out to Mimi that there was some dirt left on the toilet after she cleaned, her response was, "well, that came out of your butt!" All class. And for the record, the new company I hired is charging me $80. But you really can't put a price on professionalism and peace of mind. Thanks for nothing! I hope this review truly helps the next person considering your business.

Where to start…read more..... Paloma was super responsive when I requested for a quote on yelp. She came by and was able to asses my home and give me an exact quote for the deep clean I requested for specific rooms. She was super friendly and accommodating. We booked my cleaning later that day. Well todays the day! And let me tell you....... AMAZING. I was really hesitant to hire people to come clean my home.... I felt like "why couldn't I do it?" AND THIS EXPERIENCE IS WHY - these women know what they're doing. As a young new home owner, I don't know how to clean a stainless steel stove or stainless steel anything. I have no time for DIYs or research on how to clean something - so why not trust the professionals? Man. Upon looking at my home, the floors are spotless, baseboards free of dust, all the small books and crannies - SPOT LESS. Who has a junk table that is horrendous?! BECAUSE I DO - and they organized and cleaned it up. Honestly, I had an amazing experience. I get butterflies walking around my home (hardwood floors) barefoot because it's so cleaaaaaaan! Thank you so much!!

I am very pleased with their work.

The hours according to what's posted on YELP says OPEN 9:00-5:00pm. So I guess having a 9:00am cleaning won't work for her? Wow, why even pick up the phone if that's how you're going to answer, hell, why even say that? . DEFINITELY crossed off my list! Maybe someone will have better customer service.

I asked what I would need to pay for her to bother with my home, and she said she had a $175 minimum. I asked what that would cover and she said it would cover the walls, the floors, dusting and general cleanup. I think that is a great deal. I was just put off by her attitude toward our conversation. It seems to me that this company is too busy to care about their clients, and I would rather work with someone who values my business.

From the moment they arrived--right on time--they got to work and didn't stop until every inch of my place was spotless. Without me having to say a word, they pulled out the fridge and stovetop and scrubbed behind and under them. Those hidden crevices were left sparkling clean. My landlord was honestly amazed during the final walkthrough. What really stood out was their dedication. They worked long hours without cutting corners, ensuring everything was done to perfection. I had previously dealt with another company that did a no-call no-show, and I considered a few others with slightly lower prices--but I'm so glad I chose Full Cleaning Service. It was 100% worth it for the peace of mind and the incredible results. If you want reliable, thorough, and truly professional cleaners, don't hesitate--book them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
