Despite there only being two people taking orders and cooking, the wait time is never terrible. We went on a "busy" day and we waited less than 15 minutes for food and we got to sit at a table. Pricing: They have a 3 taco minimum, however, that's okay since you'll be wanting more! For the regular tacos it's about $2.00/taco and for the supreme which comes with cheese, onions, cilantro, and onion, it's $2.50/taco. We get the beef and it's absolutely worth every dollar spent. Food: Now for the good stuff. Let's talk about the food. I used to work in the area where the truck is located and always hesitated to try it out. Needless to say, you don't need anything else because the flavor is there in the meat. To me, a squeeze of the lime brings the flavor out just enough that you don't need anything else. My wife enjoys the supreme with all the extra fixings, which is fine too. I would suggest getting the regular tacos first to really experience the flavors!
