There was nothing bad, but nothing outstanding that I tried. The hot dog was good, but it was a bit on the salty side and the bread was delicious, but just didn't fit well with the hot dog texture-wise. I understand fusion food, but it just didn't play well together IMO. You can tell the breads are of high quality and each item on their menu is well thought out. I did try their nachos which I wasn't a huge fan of, but I loved their grilled cheese, and I'm not a grilled cheese Stan. Once again the brioche bread they used was the star of the show. New burger and nacho joint from the folks behind Bien Trucha (next door). It appears that they are still sorting things out, but the staff was excellent and the food is delicious. The menu is small. Burgers, a hot dog, and nachos. I had the Sonoran Hot Dog with a side of Nachos. Nachos are the only side option currently. They are delicious and a nice change from the standard fries. The hot dog was delicious, although a bit challenging to eat with the crusty bread. The crema on top made it messy, but just dive in and get your hands messy. There are plenty of napkins available. It's a fairly small space that will likely be very busy when word spreads. Can't wait to try the burgers. read more

Me and my partner like to try new restaurants every weekend. When we saw this place we thought we would give it a try. Oh boy how we made a right choice! The food is delicious! The burger are juicy and cooked just right. The house nachos are absolutely delicious. Definitely would try the horchata slushy! They gave us a taste of each of their slushies but my absolute favorite thing off the menu was the horchata slushy! The service was amazing and really enjoyed our dinner. On the expensive side--more than $32 for two Nacho Burgers. No sides, nothing. The grilled burgers were tasty, but the nacho toppings were a mush. Maybe the other offerings are better. read more
