Initially our baby had been waking up on the hour every hour for the first five hours. She would need to be rocked to sleep on our shoulder, or sometimes rocked to sleep in the stroller each time. We were frustrated and sleep deprived especially for the first half of the night. We eventually decided to do the in home support and Kaley spent a few hours with us on the first night. First the consultation and then helping our daughter sleep, by evaluating our sleeping environment and then showing us the method to help our daughter sleep on her own. We had Voxer/chat support for the next two weeks and a log to record our progress. We are very grateful that Kaley intervened as within 2 weeks we were seeing progress. Looking back, now two months out, we could not believe what we were doing before we had the sleep consultation, it was crazy! As a plus, my daughter drinks milk better and naps better during the day. She goes to sleep on her own each time we put her down. We have more structure to the day as well which has been very helpful for everyone taking care of her. I would highly recommend Kaley and would say the investment is very worth the rest at night you get as a parent. Thank you.

But we were more desperate for rest after months of sleepless nights. My son is primarily breastfed unless he is at daycare where he takes a bottle. He was a great sleeper until he turned about 5 months old when he started waking up screeching mad and nothing (and I mean nothing) would soothe him except for nursing him. This would happen 5-6 times a night every. single. night. for motnhs until he was 11 months.... I was beyond exhausted and having to go to work every day after 3-4 hours of sleep the night before. So when I found Kaley I hardly thought twice before scheduling a phone call with her. She created a customized plan just for my baby that is gentle and comforting, and not leaving him to "cry it out", which I really valued. As expected the first night was the hardest adjustment but by night 4 he was sleeping 11.5-12 HOURS a night with zero intervention!!!!!! Truly life changing for us. She offers wonderful support and guidance throughout the process and just really grateful for her services! If you're thinking about it, DO IT.

I have trouble sleeping. I have for years. I don't know why, which is why I ended up here…read more - After many visits to my doctor, and after trying many things, they referred me to a neurologist who ordered a sleep study be done. This is where I went to have it done. - I'd always wanted to have a sleep study done. I've seen them on TV and have always been curious about them. I even remember Alan Alda going through one on an episode of Scientific Amerian Frontiers. So I was really curious how it would work out. - You'd think with today's technology it would all be wireless, but it's just as complex, if not more so, then what you see on TV. - It's a great facility. You get your own bedroom with your own private bathroom. It's like a hotel but smaller and much cleaner. There's even a bathrobe on the hook behind the door! Pretty nice. - Anyhow, you show up at night for your sleep study. When I went, there were two people working for us; Solomon and Katie. Both were super friendly and helpful people. They assign you to your room and let you get settled in. Each room also has cable TV, as well as wifi access, so you'll still be able to update Facebook telling all those people that you're participating in a sleep study. - After awhile they'll come in, tell you to "put your jammies on", then they'll come back and wire you up. I was all tired before that happend, just chilling in my room. The wiring process is extensive, and it pretty much got me wired myself. They glue and stick sensors all over your body. Your scalp, your temples, forehead, even some on your legs. After you're wired up you get into bed, and they plug you in. They also put a heartbeat monitor on your finger. You can still watch TV or play Candy Crush. It's lights out at 11 PM though - they wake you at around 5:00 AM. - The bed is comfortable, the room is comfortable. There's a big fan on the side if you need some air or white noise. What's super-creepy is the big camera pointed right at your bed! They watch you all night long. Literally. To make sure you're ok. - Oh - the creepiest part - if you need anything, you just speak and they'll come get you! Like, if you need to use the restoom at 3 AM, you just say "Hey Katie" or whatever, and they'll be right in to unplug you. Weird, right? But nice. - So it's super creepy to have to sleep with people watching you and wires all over the place. The wires were a bit much, I thought. But overall the experience was as I anticipated - a restless nights sleep in a comfortable place. - They wake you in the morning around 5-5:30. You fill out a little paperwork and you're free to leave. You can use your bathroom to shower up if you want - it's really nice and there's shampoo and conditioner and everything. Not to mention that nice fluffy robe! Me, I took off. I was up early enough to make it home to get ready for work. - I thought it was pretty cool, and the people working here are super-nice and comforting. I didn't sleep well, but that's my fault. It's also the reason why I was here. You don't get your results right away or anything. You just go. - But if you need to go here for a sleep study, you'll like it! Good night!

I should have figured things out when they were doing (and, of course, charging me for) the dental scanning BEFORE the sleep study. Michelle Brigman was the person who handled my emails and calls. When my results came back and after the doctor stepped in on the zoom call for a few minutes to give his pronouncements, she wanted me to put down a credit card for a $2100 oral device. I told her I wanted to check in with my husband, make sure I had that much available, and not make a rushed decision. She told me that if I didn't want to agree to something during that phone call, I had to sign a waiver saying that I had a medical condition but had refused treatment. It was a full-on pressure sales experience, like buying a car. They ABSOLUTELY knew what they were doing. I was going to do it, too, because the snoring was causing problems with my health - but then she started telling me how to LIE ON MY INSURANCE FORMS. Straight up, giving me information on how to commit insurance fraud to get the answers they wanted to get my insurance to pay them the balance of their oral device. Specifically, I had to state that I had failed on other methods, and that I needed the oral device because I was unable to handle CPAP. She suggested that I say I was unable to tolerate anything on my face during sleep. This was so that they could justify the dental device with my insurance. When I finally asked her if a CPAP was an option, she said she would have to transfer me to another department, because she only handles the dental devices, but that they could get me CPAP for about $1200. That is, nine hundred bucks less than the oral device they were pushing. If I didn't want to give her a credit card number for one or the other DURING THAT PHONE CALL, she said I had to sign a document saying that I refused treatment. I hung up. I called my GP, emailed him the sleep study, and asked him to submit a prescription to cpap.com, and got a CPAP machine for about $850, including the machine, the mask, and extra filters. When I emailed asking for the correct way to make a complaint about my experience, I got no replies. I think they're committing fraud. My doctor said he'll stop referring people to them.

I had no issues with scheduling, and the staff was always friendly and polite. That is the good…read morepart. The bad part is the cost and outcome. I paid thousands for an oral device to get off my CPAP. Less than a year later, I'm back on the CPAP, paying over $1,000 for that, and now dealing with nearly $6,000 in dental repairs for a cracked tooth and crown repair after treatment. So yes, the office is nice. But nice does not make up for an expensive treatment path that failed and left me with even bigger bills. Ask questions upfront about every charge, every risk, and especially the dental impact of these devices. This experience ended up being far more costly than I was led to expect.

The doctor is just terrible. He was hurried, spoke over me, asked me the same questions multiple times. His physical exam was laughable. I dont even know where to begin with this review. This will be the most personal and meaningful…read morereview I will ever write on yelp, and in saying that, I will do my best to sum it up for you. 5 years ago I caught a nasty parasite. For 5 years, I have gone from doctor to doctor to doctor, all of them telling me the same thing, making ME believe the same thing, that there was nothing wrong with me, when in fact there was. I have spent countless amounts of money trying to heal and ultimately cure myself of these parasites and moreso wasted on doctors and tests. Since my fight alone, my mental strength had completely shot down to 0 leaving me as a nervous wreck waiting to explode. I stumbled upon Dr. Eversull and her clinic. I sincerely, cannot stress enough on how she has completely changed my thinking process, given me knowlegdable insight for recovery, enhanced my ability to mentally lift myself up throughout this torture, and she has helped me get back the girl that I though I was losing, because I was losing myself from this. I have finally found someone that told me exactly what I needed to hear, the truth. There are just not enough words to truly describe Dr. Eversull and her staff, other than genuinely concerned, extremely knowledgeable, and quality that is very hard to find. These people have saved my life. If you are looking to find a doctor like no other, that will take time in finding the problem and obtaining a REAL solution, then please look no further. This is where you need to be. I hope this review helps you and your search for the right doctor. It took me 5 years to stumble upon this gem. Stay well, everyone and remember health is wealth! Godbless.
