I sleep trained my twins 9 years ago using the Ferber method but with my third, exclusively breast fed, 9 month old baby-- I was his pacifier and couldn't let him cry. He would wake up up to 10 times every night. All naps were either in a carrier, my arms or a stroller. I didn't think he could sleep through the night without milk! Luckily I found Jaime with Live, Love, Sleep and their gentle sleep training method! I chose Jaime-- not just for my baby but because I needed the support. Jaime is so knowledgeable, real, reassuring, and easy to talk with that I consider her not only my sleep consultant but a friend! Back to the hard part-- I was emotional, sleep deprived and felt guilty because nobody was sleeping well. My husband wasn't confident in comforting baby because this baby wanted mama and milk all the time! In this process you can use your voice and touch your baby to soothe. You are next to the crib (I put my arm through the bars of the crib to not confuse my guy who stood up.) The first night he protested for 40 minutes, the first day of naps he protested 9-12 minutes. After a few cries the first night he slept all the way through and continued to do so every night after. I had support every day for two weeks and feel really good-- amazing-- that my little guy is getting a full night of uninterrupted sleep and naps too! I do have to say- I was anxious about this because I am so bonded with my baby but this has been an awesome experience and I feel like I am a better, healthier mom because of it! Thank you Jaime!!! read more

Kaley is WONDERFUL. We were so hesitant and honestly embarrassed to have to hire a sleep consultant for our son (we never had these issues with our daughter). But we were more desperate for rest after months of sleepless nights. My son is primarily breastfed unless he is at daycare where he takes a bottle. He was a great sleeper until he turned about 5 months old when he started waking up screeching mad and nothing (and I mean nothing) would soothe him except for nursing him. This would happen 5-6 times a night every. single. night. for motnhs until he was 11 months.... I was beyond exhausted and having to go to work every day after 3-4 hours of sleep the night before. So when I found Kaley I hardly thought twice before scheduling a phone call with her. She created a customized plan just for my baby that is gentle and comforting, and not leaving him to "cry it out", which I really valued. As expected the first night was the hardest adjustment but by night 4 he was sleeping 11.5-12 HOURS a night with zero intervention!!!!!! Truly life changing for us. She offers wonderful support and guidance throughout the process and just really grateful for her services! If you're thinking about it, DO IT. read more

We can't thank Kaley enough, who was recommended by our pediatrician. She helped our baby finally sleep throughout the night. Initially our baby had been waking up on the hour every hour for the first five hours. She would need to be rocked to sleep on our shoulder, or sometimes rocked to sleep in the stroller each time. We were frustrated and sleep deprived especially for the first half of the night. We eventually decided to do the in home support and Kaley spent a few hours with us on the first night. First the consultation and then helping our daughter sleep, by evaluating our sleeping environment and then showing us the method to help our daughter sleep on her own. We had Voxer/chat support for the next two weeks and a log to record our progress. We are very grateful that Kaley intervened as within 2 weeks we were seeing progress. Looking back, now two months out, we could not believe what we were doing before we had the sleep consultation, it was crazy! As a plus, my daughter drinks milk better and naps better during the day. She goes to sleep on her own each time we put her down. We have more structure to the day as well which has been very helpful for everyone taking care of her. I would highly recommend Kaley and would say the investment is very worth the rest at night you get as a parent. Thank you. read more

We had a great experience with our one year old. Sleep training felt impossible after cosleeping for a year due to breastfeeding. Can confidently say we wouldn't have been able to do it without Kaley. The guidance and support is so much more than anything you could ever get from reading online or from blogs or Instagram sleep experts. It changed our life. Our baby is happier now that she is getting better sleep, and so are we! Worth every penny. read more

We worked with Jaime when our previously sleeping thru the night 2.5 year old decided to completely regress in his sleep. He was up nearly 5 times a night for about a month before we came to Jaime. We were miserable. By the end of week 1, with Jaime's help and guidance, our son was sleeping thru the night again no problem! We can't wait to work with her again for our baby girl. 10/10 recommend. read more

I cannot say enough good things about LLS! As a mom of 2, sleep is a precious commodity for me and my children, and Kaley has been such a blessing. Her approach to sleep training is thorough and she has always been quick to respond when I have questions. Last night everyone went to sleep when they were supposed to and it was life-giving! Highly recommend! read more

Jaime at Live Love Sleep changed our lives for the better. We hired Jaime when our daughter turned one after months of her sleeping in our bed and breastfeeding throughout the night. Previous attempts at using the cry it out method did not work for us and we just didn't know how to get our girl sleeping through the night in her own space. Jaime was easy to talk to from the start and very supportive throughout the process. She listened to our concerns regarding sleep training and created a customized plan that we were comfortable with. Our girl was sleeping through the night in her own crib in less than a week, but the best part is that we never had to leave her to cry alone. My only regret is not hiring Jaime sooner! read more

We hired Jaime as our sleep consultant and let me tell you, she is AMAZING. I joined a Facebook group and chatted with her prior to joining forces. She was answering a question I had asked "is a sleep consultant worth the $$". Well fast forward a few months and she was licensed because of how much it changed HER life. So after chatting with my husband we went on to ask for help! She was not lying to me when she said it was worth it. Our lives are happier on a schedule. If you are even SLIGHTLY considering hiring a sleep consultant, please look into Jaime. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and SO helpful. I can not begin to thank this woman enough. read more

I see you, exhausted mom, dad, human being ... Googling in the middle of another sleepless night, trying desperately to find a solution to your infant's sleep challenges. That was me just a month ago, and then I came across this business. I'm certainly a skeptic and I was not inclined to buy into the reviews, but hopelessness made me take a leap of faith. I scheduled a 15 minute consult call with Kaley, owner of Live, Love, Sleep and, admittedly, I was optimistic after our conversation that this might just be worth my time and money. She was professional, compassionate and genuinely seemed to be interested in finding solutions to the many challenges my husband and I were facing with our daughter of 4 months. We spent a week deliberating, asking question after question via email, which Kaley answered thoroughly and patiently, after which we pulled the trigger and signed up for Kaley's services. To be honest, I still wasn't convinced that this would work, even as the hour came for her arrival in our home (we went with her standard package). My husband and I both could not believe that a single person with a sleep plan could change our daughter's (and our) life. Kaley arrived on time for our evening together and was so exceptionally nice. You can feel her realness, both as a mother herself and as a professional. She was sharply dressed, sleep plan in hand and took her time going over each and every portion of the process, asking probing questions to truly ensure we understood the process. It was clear in the first few minutes of our interaction that she does this job out of a love of helping other parents. That night, with Kaley over our shoulder, we put our daughter to bed, and despite her extraordinary protest, our little one did finally go to sleep, on a completely different schedule than ever before (8:30p vs 2am ). When Kaley finally left, at almost 10p, my husband and I suddenly began to see just a smidgen of light at the end of the tunnel. We spent the next 2 weeks keeping a sleep log, that Kaley logged in to so she could review everything we were doing, and messaging back and forth on Voxer. We asked an absurd amount of questions as we progressed through her sleep plan, and never once did she make us feel like a burden; Truly encouraging us every step of the way, even giving alternate solutions tailored to our challenges. Now, 4 weeks out from the beginning of this journey, I can honestly say that Kaley was the best thing to happen to our family. My daughter, who struggled with hysterical tantrums, poor appetite (and reflux!), significant over tiredness and chronic frustration, is a different child. I literally cannot believe it - she went from eating 3oz at 8-10 meals a day (if that) to 8-10oz per feeding, 4 times a day! I didn't even think this was possible. She goes to sleep at the same time every night and my husband and I can cook and enjoy each other's company. And! My daughter is the happiest she's ever been - smiling all day, laughing - even her reflux is improved. Who knew sleep and routine could do all that?! Needless to say, Kaley saved our behinds. If you're debating, just stop and call. I can promise, without a shadow of a doubt, it will be worth it! read more

We worked with Whitney to sleep train our 4 month old son. She prepared a thorough and personalized sleep plan for our baby. She reviewed the plan with us over the phone in great detail, answering all our questions along the way. The sleep plan was a great reference each day, and she checked in on us throughout the first week. We were very comfortable asking questions, and she was always available with answers. Before the sleep training, our son was overtired and was only getting 10-12 hours of sleep total each day. He responded well to the training and within the first week he was sleeping through the night! He has also consistently averaged 13-15+ hours each day since we started. This means my wife and I are catching up on sleep too, which is a huge blessing I will never take for granted again. I highly recommend the help of Whitney and the Live Love Sleep team. read more

You won't regret it! We worked with Chenae and her guidance, support & wisdom through the sleep training process was everything we needed. Our sweet girl is sleeping 12 hours a night, taking long naps and is on a predictable schedule! All of this started around 3.5 months! So thankful we took the leap with Live Love Sleep read more

Boy, was I desperate. After 9 months of only a few hours of sleep per day I was about to *actually* lose my mind. Enter Jaime Drummond. In my desperation, I searched the internet for help. We knew we didn't want to do traditional sleep training, but knew we needed help. We had tried every last trick in the book, so the speak. I found this program and read bios until I came across Jaime. After a quick call we knew this was worth trying. We paid for the package where the consultant comes to your house for the night and helps you as well as 12 mo of voxer support. We made big progress day one. And things only got better from there. Our baby's sleep isn't perfect, but it is soo soo much better. I feel like a human again. Furthermore, the year long voxer support is BEYOND worth it. Every week it seems like some new weird thing comes up that I need advice on. Jaime is so kind and knowledgeable. Sharing her experience, strength, and hope has honestly kept me afloat. She is a wonderful cheerleader and I am so very grateful for her. These people really are GOOD people. I recommend this program to every new parent (or toddler parent) that I meet. Truly cannot recommend this program and specifically Jaime highly enough. Thank you so much. read more

We are so thankful to be working with Whitney to establish great sleep habits with our three month old. We chose the newborn package and Whitney provided an in-depth phone consultation along with a written sleep plan to help us get our son into some good habits with daytime naps and nighttime sleep before we begin formal sleep training. Whitney was also available for check ins to see how our son was sleeping and provided pointers when we encountered new challenges. Whitney's expertise and guidance has been invaluable for us as we've become new parents. We have made a lot of progress so far and have already arranged to work with Whitney again for formal sleep training at 15 weeks of age. Don't get stuck in the mind-bending sleep deprivation of those newborn days. Whitney's help has helped our son flourish, us flourish, our marriage flourish. I really feel like being able to get more rest has helped my postpartum recovery. Thank you, Whitney! read more

If you are struggling with putting your child to bed, talk to Kaley now! She will help you! I was exhausted and didn't know where to turn. When I found Kaley and discussed with her my options...I was so grateful to find that someone specializes in this and could help us. We told Kaley all about how difficult it was to put our daughter to bed at night and how she would cry so much she would throw up. Kaley reviewed everything about our daughters schedule to what she was eating and drinking. She came up with a comprehensive plan(16 pages...I still refer back to from time to time). Although it feels tough to make changes at first, I can tell you after one week our daughter was sleeping from 7:30pm to 7:00 am straight! It is 4-5 weeks later and she is still going strong! We got our nights back and our own sleep!! Definitely worth every penny! Kaley was very responsive during the time we worked together and helped us greatly! Highly recommend contacting her! Thank you Kaley! You are a life saver/changer! read more

Kaley was very nice and had some good tips, however, her plan didn't seem to fit with our toddler's personality and specific struggles. Additionally, things only worsened once he learned to climb out of his crib and any follow-up advice is only available at a significant price. Thus, we continue to have 1-2 hour bedtime battles each night. Save your money If you have a strong-willed toddler. read more

After 2 1/2 years of bad sleep and one long, long summer, I finally cracked. I needed to do something. I contacted Kaley, told her our situation, feeling sure she would tell us "all hope for sleep was lost." Instead, she reassured me that sleep was possible and could be done in as little as 3 weeks. She gave us a step by step plan, called us every three days for support and encouragement, and sure enough after only 1 week, my son was sleeping in his bed and going to sleep without a fight. By the end of three weeks, he was sleeping through the night in his bed. I never thought this day would come and I am so grateful. I was asked if hiring a sleep consultant was worth it - yes. SO YES! I just wish I had hired her sooner. Thank you Kaley! read more

Kaley is a life saver! I can't even begin to explain how much her sleep training methods and support benefited my entire family. My baby had actually been a decent sleeper as a newborn but then the night before I went back to work from maternity leave she went through a sleep regression and it got so bad that she wouldn't fall asleep unless someone was holding her; she would wake up and scream any time we tried laying her back down in her bassinet. I went back to work feeling like a sleep deprived zombie and could barely function. Luckily one of my friends recommended Live Love Sleep to me and hiring Kaley was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Within days my baby was sleeping mostly through the night independently in her own crib!!! I couldn't believe how quickly we saw results. My baby was also never a great day napper but after going through this program she naps incredibly well and her daycare teacher said my baby is by far the best napper and easy baby to deal with in her class. My husband and I are now both well rested and can get many much needed chores done on the weekends when our baby is napping. I cannot recommend Live Love Sleep highly enough! read more
