(Everyone makes mistakes-I still think she's a good stylist, but this was noticeable and couldn't be fixed). The gals at the front told me Bree wouldn't be in until Tuesday, and would call me. Not a big deal, I can wait a couple of days. They must have called her right after I left, and despite not working that day, she called me that evening, and went above and beyond to make everything ok. I highly recommend this salon.

During the conversation I was told we would get booked for my mother's birthday, she would show the photos to stylists, find the best fit, and return my call shortly. By 3/25 there had not been a call back so I text the number asking for an update. The following day 3/26 I received a response "Hello! I'm so sorry-I missed a message from the girls and I didn't realize. I've also had a sick little one so I'm so sorry for the delay in responding. I thought someone was reaching out to you but they had asked if you want it done on the 28th or just before/around that date? We don't have availability on the 28th Again, so sorry about that!" I responded understanding stating "no worries, things happen" and asked if they had opening the next two days. Then on 3/27 I received a response that they had no openings. If this is how you operate a business, shame on you. I found a better salon where someone stayed late just to take good care of my mother on her birthday after you seriously dropped the ball. She pays attention to detail, nice conversationist, great colors to choose from not to mention my hands and feet look & feel amazing. Plus it was no more expensive then the small walk-in places. Then it was off for a massage. It is the 3rd massage I have had with Sam. She starts out slow to put you in the zone. She softly asks if the pressure is ok. Now today, during my acrylic service the lady kept cutting my skin with the file then proceeded to mess up the french tip only on the nails with cuts multiple times so she HAD to use rubbing alcohol over the cuts.
