I usually keep my car fairly clean but wanted to get it really detailed to get all the places I can't reach with a vacuum and normal household cleaning accessories. I'd never had my car detailed in Eugene so based on yelp and online presence I went with N Touch; lucky for me. I had some exterior scratches and paint (from running into something...whoopsie!) I was hoping to get removed but wasn't holding my breathe that they weren't permanent. N Touch did beyond amazing work on my car. They got scratches out I thought were permanent and stains on the floor mats that I thought the only way to get rid of was by replacement. My car is so amazing right now that I don't even want to driver her! Great customer service. They were pretty busy the day I took my car in but they kept me informed when she'd be done. They took longer than they originally thought (which made no difference to me) in order to do a complete and thorough job. They could have easily called me me at the time they'd quoted and sent me on my way. However, when I showed up to pick up my car right around their closing time, the owner told me it'd be another 15 minutes because they were doing a final run through to make sure everything was done and up to their standards. I appreciate their desire to do the job right and they hold themselves to very high standards. You definitely get what you pay for and I won't go anywhere else and would recommend N Touch to anyone I know. The owner is really appreciative of business and is a very nice guy. Wow after reading the other reviews, I am surprised. I did a living social deal for what was described as a complete detail for $60. When I called, the owner pushed getting a carpet shampoo for an extra $30 which I turned down. I was dismayed that this was not included ( in fairness, the fine print said it would be an extra charge) . A complete detail means a carpet shampoo to me, and if you pick up his flyer, it says his complete detail includes this. What I ended up receiving was a wash, wax and vacuum, which his price list states is $50 - I paid $60. OH, and when I got in the car to leave, no vacuuming had been done. When I questioned this, he did a QUICK vacuum. Dash was still dusty. I would never return here and have told everyone not to go here. I would prefer to give no stars. If you want a thorough job from a company that cares- go elsewhere . read more

Fantastic! I am yet again amazed by their work. I have now had N'Touch apply their ceramic coating three times (one car, a 2005 TT that is continuously exposed to the elements, has just been re-coated, and another car which is usually in the garage received one coating a few years ago). The ceramic Opti-Coat provides amazing protection that really lasts as they suggest, and not only protection from the elements but it retains an amazing and hard gloss. When Opti-Coat was applied to the TT back in 2015, they told me to expect about three years. Well, it lasted nearly four years, but lately it was no longer shedding water well, so yesterday it was given another application of Opti-Coat. Amazing. The finish is again just as fresh as new, with deep clarity and no visible scratches or blemishes. No exaggeration: this stuff works, and their attention to detail and the uniform sheen they produce is just fantastic. JD, the owner, is very trustworthy and straightforward, naturally friendly and relaxed, and he runs a great shop which reflects those qualities. That sort of care and professionalism is hard to find. This place is the place to go for a complete auto detail. The price was very reasonable at $130 for my smaller suv, which took about 5 hours, so plan on having someone pick you up and take you back. I've been the only owner of the car and had a child a few years after I got it. In the 9.5 years I've owned it I haven't ever had it professionally detailed. These guys blew me away with the quality of work they did on my vehicle. They took it back to its brand new look. Minus some scratches here and there from the wear and tear on the vehicle that's happened since I had it ( which is entirely from us, not the shop). My daughter has stuck gum to the seats, spilled yogurt, grounded in chocolate, crackers, and granola bars and you wouldn't even know it after they got done with it! They did the outside as well, wheels, tires, etc... it just looks amazing, I can't even tell you all how great of a job they did. I won't ever be going anywhere else to get my car detailed. I showed some family members and they will all be calling shortly to set up appointments for their vehicles as well. I highly recommend going with these guys if you want a reasonable, fantastic job on your auto detail. read more

I have never had my car detailed before and it was ready. A stain on the front seat, dog hair, dog slobber on the windows and general dirt made me embarrased to bring it in. I scheduled the appointmant for a Friday. It was finished in just under 4 hours and I coiuldn't be happier. It was clean but didn't have any chemical smell, the seats were dry and it feels new again. Took my vehicle here a couple times because of a reference from a friend (who knew one of the owners & told me he had many years expereince detailing). The second time I went back, when I picked up my truck I wasn't as pleased. I got attitude from the young owner and felt the quality of the job had also went down. When I asked about the other guy that had done detailed my car the first time I was told he left. I wouldn't go back here. I'd rather pay more for quality and good job than from a punk kid with an attitude problem. read more

I purchased a living social coupon for a detail including wax. They did a good job on the inside, but did not even touch the roof of my mini van. did not get all the bugs off front of car or mirrors. They did not wax the car. They said there was wax in the soap. read more

I had a Crusader Deal for $125. worth of detailing. When I called them, they said they couldn't shampoo for that price because they didn't make enough on the Crusader Deal. They wanted another $30. to shampoo the rugs and seats in my car. I said that the voucher was for $125. worth of detailing and this should include the shampooing. I checked their website, and they had a deal for $69. which included the shampooing. I mentioned this, and they said that was a totally different deal, and can't be compared to the Crusader Deal. I said I shouldn't have to pay extra, but would agree to pay an extra $20 because the main thing I wanted cleaned was the carpet and seats. Also, since I paid $49 for the Crusader Deal, the additional $20 would equal the price of their $69 deal on their website. I set up an appt. When I brought my car in, the co-owner said he couldn't agree to this. I explained how I didn't feel this was fair. I would agree to pay $20 more (though told him I didn't feel I should be paying anything extra). If he couldn't shampoo the rugs/seats for that, I'll leave and forget the whole thing. He agreed to the $20 and shampooing, but said the car wouldn't be "ready till 6:00, or maybe 5". I was surprised when he called at 4:20 and said the car was ready, and that I needed to pick it up before 5, when they close. When I got there, he said he didn't do the shampooing, because he just couldn't for only $20 more. I was upset because this was not our agreement. The work they did was adequate, but the service was terrible. The one co-owner was very arrogant, and didn't keep to his word. I cannot recommend anyone supporting this business. read more
