I have been following NTD for over 6 months and finally took my old 2006 Lexus GX in for a ceramic 3 year coat and interior detail. Normally, when I pick my cars up I'm instantly disappointed. This time I was impressed and the car looked like it came off the showroom floor. I waited over a week to write this review to see if I came across any poor craftsmanship and nothing... Cant' say enough good for the crew here! I called them (spoke w/ JD) with a last minute request that a few other detailers in town couldn't get to for over a weeks time.... and though he admitted he was busy, he said to bring it in and he'd get it done. He offered roughly the same price as any other business in town for similar service. Just as we agreed, the vehicle was in and out in under a business day. The truck was so clean that it made me really reluctant to step into it after having walked on gravel. It truly looked as good as the day I drove it off the showroom floor 2 years ago!! After purchasing a Crusader Deal, we took our Toyota Sequoia to N-Touch for detailing. We're pretty messy people (as those Yelpers who've been in my car probably know), so even though the car is only a year old, it was in dire need of a de-crumbing. We got an appointment on a Saturday (called Wednesday), which took just under four hours. N-Touch is rather, let's just say, 'minimalist' in terms of its interior design. (i.e. it looked like an old abandoned garage with a single worn out couch in the waiting area) However, performance is all that matters, and Keith (?) did an excellent job scrubbing down our car; it looked brand new when we got it back. I found one pocket (Sequoia has a LOT of hidden pockets that are hard to identify, we're still finding new ones) that he missed, but other than that, we're very pleased. Exceptionally friendly service too! In short, we highly recommend N-Touch, and will likely take our other cars there as well, in the future. (Well, after using our Extreme Clean Groupon) Detailing is something I don't get done often enough, but it feels like a guilty pleasure, especially not having to do the work myself: Abandon your old yucky car somewhere, get a brand new, squeeky clean vehicle back, in only a few hours. After 10 years and 85,000 miles the car appears relatively clean but has accumulated grime, dust, finger prints, the usual detritus after a decade's use. I brought my Black Pearl as I like to call her most of the time, or in some cases the Intimidator like good ole race car #3 to get detailed. She was a dirty thing when I dropped her off from the weather, and going up to the Mountain from the red rock. When I came back I could hardly believe it was the same car! She was so shiny, like a mirror! I already knew they did an awesome job here because they did my sons car, and I have several friends who also get their cars done here. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the job they have done. They have recommended in order to keep the nice shine, to have it hand washed. Which since we bought the car we mainly hand wash. I have maybe done touchless 2-3 times. But probably will go here from here on out now, unless we wash her at home. We are so happy to have found N Touch! Our 11 year old Lincoln Town Car has been with us since our twins were born, and over the years, everything you can think of has been spilled onto the upholstery, carpet and even the headliner. After a few hours at N Touch, she looks and smells sooooo nice! I'm actually proud to be driving her again! I just took my super dirty, muddy, dog hair covered Subaru Impreza to N'Touch yesterday and they did a REALLY good job! I have this suede-like fabric in my car that is super soft but it acts a lot like a lint roller because it literally catches EVERYTHING on it and it is a huge pain to get fur out of. I called in the day before and they were able to take me the next day and I have to say I am really impressed with the service! Not only were they really nice guys but they did an awesome job with my Impreza--it has not looked this clean since the day I brought it home brand new! Called N-Touch to get my wife's car detailed. Nobody answered the phone so I left a message. The owner called me back within 30 min. (Because he was working) I told him what type of car I needed detailed and he quoted me a price and gave me a time I could bring it in. I brought the car in at the time we agreed on and his employee was pulling it in as I was leaving. The owner called me that afternoon and said that it would be ready in half an hour. I met with Rudy who was very friendly, enthusiastic and assured me my concerns would be addressed. I have a new black vehicle and even though it's new it had a fair amount of waterspotting and could benefit from a good wax job. Usually I detail my own vehicles but because of the waterspotting I decided a professional approach would be best. I was not wrong. I dropped the vehicle off at 9 and shortly after 2, I got the call to come pick it up. Wow! Waterspots are gone. Shine is amazing. Exactly what I hoped for and expected. These guys cleaned it up perfectly and cleaned my wheels too, just for fun. I have been to EXTREME CLEAN before and they were EXTREMELY AWFUL! These guys did an excellent job on the interior of my wife's car that had years of dog hair and dirt ground into the carpets. The carpets were so smashed down I didn't think they'd be salvageable. Some stains didn't come out completely, but I still can't believe they got out what they did! Nothing I ever tried could even touch some of the stains. I don't usually leave reviews, but I have not had a good experience after I got my truck detailed at N-touch. I had a paste wax and interior shampoo done on an older Toyota Tacoma. A few things... 1. the bug deflector on the hood had been cracked for a long time, it is removable and there is painted surface under it. Some how when the were buffing or something it was damaged further and broke apart while I was driving on the highway. It's really not that hard to be careful. 2. They used some kind of perfume scented cleaner on the interior and 6 weeks later I still smell the fragrance. 3. There were 2 areas where paste wax was not removed from the paint. One area was at least 18"x 12 on the door and the other was a small area along the back of the canopy. 4. I didn't appreciate my truck left running unlocked for hours outside the building to run the heater to help dry the interior. The price I paid was a going rate in the Eugene area. I would not recommend N-touch to anyone. read more
