I wish I could rate it "zero". I bought a 2nd handed car from this dealer in Sep. 2012 when I was out of town. Try to do wire transfer and their accountant gave me wrong account Number. After spending tons of time back and forth with bank they finally found the issue and money went there. The car was delivered way later than I hoped. After I got the car I found the plastic part of the one key was broken, while the sales person told me over the phone everything about this car is "perfect"...o well. Sales promised sending license plate. After 5 months, I finally got it. During these 5 months, I called, emailed more than 10 times to the company and no one seem to care about it after they sold me the car!!! Finally they sent license with my own UPS account, while they told me they will mail from their shipping account while trying to convince me to buy their car. Also, warranty: it is very phony warranty. Lots of stuff not included - be careful. So, stay away from this dealer is all I suggest to any auto buyer. read more

Where is the dislike button? nothing Starry about this location!....This place is the kind of place that gives USED CAR SALESMAN a bad name. They advertised a vehicle for one price and once we ecided to make purchase they gave us a price of $1000 over the advertised price. Spoke to Tony the Sales Manager and he refused to HONOR the advertised price stating that he could not sell me the vehicle for someone's "IDTIOTIC MISTAKE", according to him it was a TYPO. Beware! The car which they advertise are not available in their inventory. Their salespersons are not polite and if you try to ask them for a little cheaper segment car, they ridicule you by cracking sub standard jokes which sound so unprofessional. I have been to many dealers in the past and N-FORCE AUTO SALES is definitely the worst of the lot. There are bad dealers, then there is the really pathetic so called "N-FORCE AUTO SALES" . The ABSOLUTE WORSE place to buy a car!! Definitely not a reputable place. Overly aggressive sales guy named Paul definitely fit the mold description of a "used car salesman" in both his awful attire and listening skills. He didn't listen to anything the customer said and tried to "up" the price of a BMW by $2,000 more than the price the manager quoted no more than 5 minutes before speaking to him. After reiterating to him more than 10x the only car I was interested in he brought keys to another car that I told him over and over that I had ZERO interest! Then he persuaded the finance guy to run my credit on the car I had no interest. His is intelligence is far below that of Jethro's from the Hillbillies. I too wish I could rate a zero! First off I want to be open and say that I do NOT under any circumstances have good credit. So I knew right away that I would not be getting a good deal, not jsut from N-Force, but from anyone, period. I know that, I knew that, I have come to terms with it, and I am okay with it. That being said, I went to the location today while looking for a new car, I stood in the sales lot for about 10 mins (not that big of a deal, just part of the overall experience) finally "Maria" came out and addressed us. I asked about the price of the car I was interested in, as it was not posted, but instead I was told that I could not be told the price until I came in and filled out a credit app. Already alarm bells were going off, but my wife liked the car, and I liked that car, so I relented. Make no mistake the car was amazing, in great condition, as most of their cars are, they do have an impressive selection of clean, good condition cars. Once inside, I was told that she could not give me that price until I filled out a credit app, which I did. Then I was told that the car was retailing for $6995. WOW what a good deal, as I was putting down $2000.00, then she pulled out her little piece of paper and "4Squared" me. To those who do not know, "4square" is a very old used car technique, which truly means you are about to get the shaft. I told her, up-front, that I was aware that "4squaring" is a sure fire bet we were not going to do business, she hemmed and hawed, but refused to budge, so I let her go back and run my credit, just for fun, while I took a test drive, which I did, and immediately drove it to my Mechanic, which is amazing by the way, and he pulled the codes for me, he came back and told me there was about $1000 - $1500 bucks worth of problems with the car, and that it wont pass inspection, and some other hinky stuff, ehich is hearsay, but he advised me that if I spent the $1500, bucks that the car would be in pretty good sahpe, so I was stoked to get a good review of the car, if not a glowing review of what N-Force had done to it to make it look "Sellable"... I got back to the dealership, but "Maria" hadn't run my credit, she went off to do so, but as soon as she was away I informed my wife "She is gonna come back with what they call "stupid high numbers" and she did. To finance $4995.00 N-Force wanted 48 payments of $340.00... if you do the math, that is $16,320 dollars... for $4995.00. I thanked her for her time and walked out, with her still asking me if I still wanted her boss to try and get me a better deal. Please please please educate yourself when going to buy a used car, as there doesn't seem to be many good one's left, and N-Force is one of the bad ones. I bought my car from them a year ago. Since then I have had to change about $4000 worth of parts just to keep it running and driving. Not to mention I discovered that the car had been in an accident prior to my ownership and they gave me the run around for a month about the car fax. They were super shady and I wish I had never stepped foot onto their stealership. avoid them like the plague. read more

To start off, I had a very pleasant experience when I purchased a car for my son from N-Force Auto Sales in May, through a search we found on Auto Trader. So naturally, when my daughter wanted to purchase her first car a month later, I took her there based on my previous experience to reward them with repeat business. Having no credit history at the age of 18, and me having just purchased a vehicle and poor credit due to divorce, it was probably going to be her best option since they guaranteed 100% approval. Short version of a long story, couldn't get a lender to approve the loan (contacted me two weeks into taking possession of car to say they were working a better loan for my daughter, and was last I heard from them until yesterday). While I know I should have been diligent and followed up with them sooner, life happens and I didn't think any more of it. Then I get a phone call yesterday saying they need my daughter and I to come back in to redo the paperwork. Since my husband and I just put an offer on a new home and are now in escrow, I can't do anything that would potentially damage that approval. So, I told them we will just have to return the car if they couldn't get financing after the past 6 weeks. Expecting to have the time we had the car pro-rated from my daughters down payment, I calculated her getting just under 75% returned to her. LITTLE DID I KNOW, I signed a form regarding payment should the car be returned (with a signature that DOES NOT look anything like my writing and was not part of the documents they gave me when we did the initial paperwork in early June). After all was said and done, they kicked us off the lot after giving me a copy of this form I supposedly signed that states we are obligated to pay $25 per day AND .18 cents per mile driven. Thank GOD for my lawyer friend that will not allow these people to screw us over! Tomorrow morning, I am taking this forged document they gave me, along with sample signatures to the Harris County Sheriffs Dept to file a police report on the criminal activity of forging my signature. My lawyer friend will also be in contact with them in the next day or two, AND I am gathering up as many friends and family as I can to picket outside their shop on Saturday! Funny, I would have rated them a 5 a month ago, now I also wish I could rate a zero!!! I will never buy a car from them again!!!! They super glue all the parts back on the cars that they get from auctions tell you they will fix the things that are wrong with it and never do!!! When you have no working AC and no working window in Texas it gets a little hot!! I have 4 kids and did not know before buying the car that the AC nor the heater worked and have been fighting with them about it every since! When I call they put me on hold for up to 30 min plus at a time but why would they care they got my money and thats all this business cares about!! I would never recommend anyone going here!!! Now they are telling us that they will not fix the AC at all because they didnt put it in writing wow!!! They will sell you anything to make money!!! No working window no working AC or heat the sunroof doesant work! The shift knob fell off within the first week of buying it and now the check engine light is on and we have had it about a month!!! If you want a good car I would not go here!!! I would also like to say that the one good review on here sounds alot like someone that works there for them! read more
