My daughter and I came here. I have a stamp card I need to fill up. One more visit and I get $5 off my purchase. They had so many cute stuff from jewelry to Hello kitty stuff. Random things in their store. I saw some Hello Kitty stickers for $4.99. not bad so I bought them. My daughter loves collecting pins so she got one and a pen. The guy at the cashier was so nice and friendly. I definitely love coming in this store when we are at this mall. So many cute finds. Store was clean and bright. If you're into anime and hello Kitty stuff, come here. Too bad they don't sell Hello Kitty shirts. read more

I'm not really sure what N Cat means but it's NICE! Absolutely love all the cutest K-pop and latest trend items such as face masks, phone covers, socks and all kinds of sparkly accessories. The staff here is super friendly and helpful for any questions. It is my go to place to get that difficult to find characters for such an amazing price which makes gift shopping so easy. Great shop and great service. Though its not more convenient as I dont live on the Windward side, I prefer this store for my Kpop needs. Staff are always helpful and never make me feel rushed. I appreciate tgeur time and attention. read more

My friend Jean loves coming to this business at Windward Mall. She bought me chimmy coin purse, bts face mask, Jungkook keychain, and cooky face mask. Instagram page is kpop_hawaiiwindward. Employee posts on IG when new merchandise comes in. It could K-pop music cds, or apple earbuds silicone cover. I have to come to visit this store. read more

I have 11 year old twin girls and they LOVE this place. Tons of knickknacks and accessories - like phone cases, masks, hair clips, stuffed animals, etc. - that appeal to the pre-teen/teen/young-at-heart crowd. None of which they NEED, but all of which they WANT - if you know what I mean. Convenient location (1st floor of Windward Mall). Super friendly service. Stamp card (for $5 off once it's filled - I think). Pretty sure you can't use/interchange stamp cards with the other locations (Keeaumoku and Aiea) as they aren't the same owners, but you can try. I am certain we will be back. read more

There good but they do not smile and they dont act like they are gratful that shoppers are coming and buying so they can get money. There stuff is cute but whenever i am there the worker never asks me if i need help getting anything or if i need help finding like a sertain keychain or phone case or whatever read more

This evening I purchased an adorable Bear Pop-Socket for $3.95 from the #1 Korean Accessory shop in Korea, this location is located in the Windward Mall! You can also find them @ncathawaii on Instagram! I would definitely recommend this location! Kiara was so sweet and helpful and now I feel secure taking pics on our honeymoon, not to mention it doubles as a stand! I'll definitely be returning for cute gift options! read more

Love love love shopping here for all the cute earrings and Disney/Pixar socks! I get compliments all the time on my Star Wars and Disney character socks. Wish they carried some Harry Potter ones. The earring are priced much more affordable than Icings. Even though the sister location in Aiea is more convenient for me, this spot is one of my usual must visits when at Windward mall. Lots of accessories for birthday gift bags and bridesmaids gifts too! read more

Overcharge. The store clerk overcharged me on items. I purchased 9 items and in return she charges me with 13! Shady practice. She also didn't give me my credit card receipt. Horrible. read more

This is the cutest Korean accessories place for kids and adults alike. They are located on the 1st floor around the corner from Gyukaku side in the Kaneohe Windward Mall. I change phones yearly, and always go here for my phone covers, they are reasonably under $15 if you're in need of one right away. They also have the cutest hair accessories for super cheap. They have earrings, jewelry and other kids stuff that I see the young girls go crazy over! They do have a punch card to for every $10, on your 10th punch you get a $10 credit. They sometimes give out cute socks for a $20 purchase. Cute place and I almost never walk out without a purchase! read more

Five stars for this shop. My daughter loves it. Of the 3, this is her favorite. Great variety of K-pop items! Pens, socks, notebooks, CDs, posters, coin purses, etc....... The owner is really nice, she opened a bit late the day that we went and there were many people trolling the storefront waiting...hoping...wishing...that the store would not be closed due to covid related issues. All were relieved when she arrived! :D read more

KORL 107.5 was tirelessly promoting Naughty Cat's Grand Opening for weeks now so this curious cat had to go see what all the fuss was about. Nothing to lose since they were promoting 20% off the entire store from 2-5pm to celebrate their Grand Opening. Wowza. I like. I would say this is the Korean version of Claire's or Icing. Lot's of cute accessories and costume jewelry in fashionista style. Very affordable prices. Anyone with a teenage daughter beware, haha. They stock rings, toe rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, baseball caps, purses, socks, baby socks, phone accessories, key chains, sunglasses and hair pins and clips in various styles. They even have enough head bands to make Blair Waldorf go green with envy. Will need to go back at a less hectic time and check out their hair clips as they had some really nice looking ones. TIP: Another N. Cat will open in Aiea inside Pink Box. read more

Cute shop in Windward mall that sells adorable merchandise from Korea. From KOREA. This is the sister store to Pink box in Waimalu Shopping Plaza in Pearl City. The only difference between the two shops is that Pinkbox carries kpop merchandise in addition to hair, jewelry, socks, character items, phone cases, and other accessories. They have such a variety of items that it's not hard to not look and try on the hair and jewelry accessories. Even with a item I was planning to purchase, I kept starring and looking at the variety of goodies. It's an Asian woman's paradise singing in my head. BTW, not a real song but a made up song I thought of when I walked in the store. The staff are so friendly and offering a wired basket to shop easier, but it's a trap to buy more stuff. Nope won't fall to that trick. They sell Totoro memorabilia :) I bought myself the catbus character keychain for your purse or backpack. So irresistible lol Located on the first level next to Lids. Happy Shopping!!!! read more

I love this store! New addition to Windward mall. Been to at least 3 times now. N. Cat is a cute little korean store with MANY accessories for your phone such as phone cases, phone stickers to TONS of hair accessories and jewerly. I would frequent this shop more if I lived out on the windward side but every time I am in the area, I stop in. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable and ready to assist you! It is a little cramped inside, I wish the store was a little bit more spacious, but all in all a nice shopping experience. My daughter loves this store, she is 5 yrs old and into ALL types of accessories. So if you got young ones, heed with caution you will end up buying everything here! I know we have several times! read more

I'm fully a bling bling gal and lover of all things that are adorably cute. This store is where I got a cute handheld fan, a blinged out Hello Kitty tin (which houses my small custom business cards), blinged out hair clips and jeweled out hair chopsticks. Love it all. The staff and Manager Jeanne are always nice and will work hard to assist you in finding what makes you happy. read more

My friend thought that the N stood for Nice. HAHA. That was a laugh. This new korean accessory store is right next to Aloha Crepes in Windward Mall. To be honest, it's really small and cramped in there. I don't think the place can hold more than 10 people, and if it does...be sure to fight for your space as everyone will be trying to maneuver themselves. It's a cute store. Filled with sparkles and shiny jewels everywhere! They have an abundance of earrings, rings, necklaces, sunglasses, and keychains for all different types of tastes. They also have a selection of wallets, hats, hairbands, socks, and other miscellaneous things LIKE THOSE SELFIE STICKS! If I didn't already had bought mine from online, I would have gotten it here cause shipping is horrendous to Hawaii. N.Cat is a perfect store to buy gifts for a female someone. Prices are comparable to Claire's or Icing....though a few of the really nice jewelry range between $15-20. The other thing I would complain about is that when I was at the store, there was about 5 girls on the floor. Some looked lost, like they weren't sure if they were working or shopping(?) and then there was one who I felt like was following me around providing her comments on everything I looked at. That was annoying. After reading the other reviews, I wasn't blessed with any sales or deals going on. I guess me and my friends went at a bad time/day? They do have a stamp card, but it's for every $10 you spend...so I don't know who would spend like $100 here for $5 off lol. read more

I live in town and frequently drive to Windward Mall to meet up with friends & family. My 3 year old daughter loves this store! We love the assortment of hair accessories and other toys that they have. We always find something new to buy every time we go. We make good use of the stamp card even though we usually don't intend to buy so much. The staff are always so friendly and make us feel welcome. They usually recognize my daughter because we go so often and she loves that they take the time to chat with her. I was so excited to learn that they recently opened up another N.cat store near Ala Moana. I am excited to check out the new location because if it is as awesome as their Windward store then I will be there more often. I would highly recommend this place for gifts because they have a great selection on items for all ages. And this store is not just for girls, my brother & nephew like to shop here for Anime and K-Pop stuff. read more

I always knew this store was here, but I never found the interest to go in. Its in Windward Mall, right next to Aloha Crepes & across of Champs Sports. What peaked my interest is the fact that I was at the mall with my sister & not with my son or fiance with me (my son always tends to take me to the play area or Fun Factory & my fiance is a grade A complainer when it comes to shopping lol) and I saw from a distance (actually, from one of the tables right outside the store) that they had some cute socks. And to be quite honest, I have quite an obsession with socks, it's a problem, LOL! Went in, and went straight to their socks. They had SO many cute socks to choose from! They were all 2 for $5 and I opted in buying a Spiderman one & this other one that had a cutesy face on it...I don't know how to explain it, haha. But as we looked around more, we saw that they had MANY hair accessories, headbands, bows, hair ties, and everything in between all from Asia (not sure if it's from Korea or Japan, cause they were playing Korean music in the store) but they're all so cute! They have a whole bunch of keychains/landyards, phone cases, jewelry, sunglasses, bags, plushes and they're all decently priced! VERY affordable! They had some sort of special where if you spend $20, you get a free felt Christmas bag..didn't really need the bag but I ended up spending over $20 anyways. The workers were very nice and patient with my indecisive self...taking FOREVER trying to figure out what I wanted to buy. They also gave me a stamp card, and I know for sure that I'll be back to spend more money here!! read more

Just noticed this new store tonight. I love it! They have the cutest accessories! And pretty reasonable prices. Although, with all the cuteness in there it could add up quickly! I could have been in there forever... But my family got hungry and cut my shopping short. I will be back for sure! read more

No Doubt.... the store is Cute. All the BLING is what caught Mine and My 10 year old daughter's eye.... Unfortunately, that's where the AWESOMENESS Ended..... When we entered, the music playing was VERY LOUD! The Icing on the Cake was the Filthy Obscene Lyrics that were spewing out on the highest level..... After hearing 3 "F**K" words, I asked the Cashier to turn the song off. She immediately did, and then apologized. This kind of music is UNACCEPTABLE! It's one thing if it's in an ADULT STORE, and another when in a Public Place patronized by many children and families. read more

I love this place. Every time I go to windward mall, I have to stop here to look at the k-pop stuff. I also like all the jewelry too

Updated review: the owner sent a message explaining the jewelry in question has a Buddhist symbol on it which was the basis for the swastika. Not a commonly known fact so I think the smart thing to do would be to not sell this item to avoid confusion amongst customers. read more

NCat was a good experience staff was very helpful and polite. I came there especially because they have these mini clips with nice bling rhinestones I just LOVE IT! Which reminds me I have to get more cuz after time of use everyday the claws break off eventually good value. I think they're Korean own but yeah pretty cool place I would definitely shop there again and tell other people about them . read more

Very nice salespeople and great selection of cases, wallets, hair accessories. Also has good variety of kpop items! I was impressed!

Excellent customer service. Needed a gift and found several cute items! Something new in our Mall!

Omg. I LOVE the merchandise that they have (mostly Korean hair accessories) so I would give that 5 stars. The two star is for their annoying sales clerk following me and watching my every move. I mean, seriously? Was it because I had a bulky stroller that they think I was gonna steal something? I felt like I was in one of those Chinese stores where they do the same thing and follow you everywhere just for wanting to look at their merchandise. This happened a couple of times I went in there with my little girls and my bulky tandem stroller. I wonder if I looked like a poor shmuck with her kids in there. I don't know. I'd still buy their hair accessories but I guess I shouldn't bring my girls with me next time. So annoying. read more

I went in here to pre-order a case just in case I wanted it when I got paid because they told me that I can put it on hold for at least two weeks. I came into the store today & the case was back on the shelf & the sales associate was rude. The manager told me when I put the case on hold that I could come back & get a refund, but when I went in today they didn't give my money back. They told me some BS policy that they just established. It's been about a week since I put the case on hold & it was back on the shelf. The lady had to call the owner & the owner told me about the new store policy that just came about! He was rude over the phone & the sales associate was rude when she was helping me. I honestly don't recommend you go in here unless you're going to buy something and not return it. I'd give it 0 stars but I can't. read more
